• Alex Hess, (7/5): It's great but there are t&c - The location of the property was great, but I can see how it can be difficult for people with mobility issues or the elderly - but that's the whole of Upper Town Zagreb. The apartment is as advertised (minus the internet), plenty of space for luggage or if there's more than two people staying. The property is dated but not necessarily negative as it does have almost everything you need or would expect - as long as it's not a bread knife 😆 I haven't used but there was a lot of shampoo and shower gels. But the very best thing, I'm keeping it for last, was the heater - it's that old brick-filled furnace that takes forever to charge but it keeps the space perfectly warm. According to the owner, the storm was to blame for the internet (and thus the TV services) not working. Doors need getting used to, but being Balkan at heart, I was fine with it. The beds won't be everyone's cup of tea as I find the mattress too thin and it feels like a Japanese futon inside the bed frame. Also, the pillows are lumpy. The Iskon Tv box (think Android Apple TV) would be great for chromecasting if there was a working network because without the network even the box wouldn't work.

• Maria (10/5): Super! - Wir waren begeistert. Die Lage ist top! Auf dem geschützten Parkplatz Auto abstellen und dann zu Fuß alles erkunden (sehr nah, ging auch mit Kinderwagen). Zu Fuß ist man ruckzuck mitten im Geschehen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles roch frisch. Frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Klopapier, Küchenzeug etc. lag alles bereit. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Einrichtung sieht genau so hübsch aus wie auf den Bildern. Das ganze Gebäude hat viel Charme. Alles entspricht genau den Bildern. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer müsste mal getauscht werden, die ist schon bissle weich.
• Alex (9/5): - Fantastische Lage im schönsten Teil der Altstadt von Zagreb. Ein eigener Parkplatz steht im Innenhof des Hauses kostenlos zur Verfügung. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und einfacher Check-In.

• Magnus (5/5): Passabel für 1 Nacht - Die Lage mit inkudiertem Parkplatz In der Wohnung wird geraucht, die Wände z. T mit Laufspuren unbekannter Flüssigkeiten, das Bad ist eine kleine Abtrennung in der Küche. Alles in allem für eine Nacht auf kleinem Budget gut, aber sonst nicht.

Haustüre ging nicht zu und man konnte die Haustüre auch nicht abschließen, vorauf man uns sagte, dass dies eine sichere Umgebung ist. Sollte ich meine Wertsachen nicht abgeschlossen liegen lassen und mit aufgeschlossener Haustüre übernachten? Das Bad eine Katastrophe, kein Wasserhahn, Küche, Wasserkocher veraltet verkalkt, Kühlschrank….Bettwäsche ausgewaschen wie benutzt… Windel stand im Schrank rum…
• Chris (7/5): Für 1-2 Tage ist es ok - Das Apartment war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Lage war super und der Parkplatz im Innenhof ideal. Der Gastgeber reagierte schnell auf meine Anfragen. Die Betten sind unbequem und die Couch zu hart ( für eine Nacht ging es ). Und der Zugang zum Apartment war nicht so leicht zu finden. Alles in allem war es akzeptabel.
• Ralph (6/5): Keine Empfehlung - nicht nochmal - Parkplatz im Innenhof und ruhige Lage. Generell sehr ungemütliche Wohnung mit alten abgwohnten Möbeln. Speziell das Bad, ohne Waschbecken und mit einer sehr alten Badewanne, ohne Duschwand oder -vorhang sowie das Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett, wo die Matratze durchgelegen ist. Obendrein generell sehr sehr hellhörig, die Küche mit ua alten angefangenen Gewürzen etc, die Eingangstùr die man nicht zusperren kann (nicht unbedingt notwendig, da keine Türklinke sondern ein Knauf aussen ist), das Glasfenster an der Eingangstüre zum Haus zerbrochen, etc. Ich würde nicht nochmal buchen

• Χριστίνα (1/5): - Ηταν δεκτά τα σκυλιά και είχε θέση πάρκινγκ μέσα στην αυλή Το apartment βρισκόταν σε μια πολύ περίεργη περιοχή όπου για να πας στην είσοδο περνουσες μέσα απο ενα κτίριο σαν δημόσια υπηρεσία που δεν λειτουργεί, πέρα απο αυτο το χειρότερο ηταν ότι η πόρτα δεν κλειδωνε ηταν μαλλον χαλασμένη οπότε κοιμήθηκαμε μια βραδιά με άγχος μην μπει κανένας, όταν το είπαμε στον ιδιοκτήτη μας ειπε ότι δεν γνωρίζει γιατι έγινε αυτο στο τέλος δεν μας απαντούσε καν , πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία, επίσης δεν εχει καθόλου ηχομόνωση εμείς ακούγαμε ακόμα και την τηλεόραση απο το διπλα σπιτι . Επίσης δεν είχε νιπτήρα στο μπάνιο γιατι είναι μικρο και ο θερμοσίφωνας ειναι μέσα στην ντουζιέρα άκρως επικίνδυνο Σίγουρα δεν θα το ξανά προτιμήσω
• Stefan (7/5): Dobra vrednost za novac, ali nije bez mana 😊 - Dobra vrednost za novac. Jako zanimljiva lokacija/baza za turistički obilazak grada. Stan ima sve sadržaje za relativno prijatan boravak. Parking je veliki plus. Stare zgrade neretko mogu da budu jako šarmantne, ali ova je dosta zapuštena. Memla, stare drvene stepenice, stara bela tehnika po hodnicima... Što se tiče samog apartmana - kupatilo je pomalo klaustrofobično rešeno, a kada je baš mala. Nedostaje i tuš zavesa, pa samim tim i stajanje nije opcija jer ćete poplaviti kupatilo. Na kraju, dušek/krevet su izuzetno mekani/istrošeni.
• Michał (1/5): Naightmare - Nic. Takich miejsc należy unikać. Hotel znacząco różni się na zdjęciach, od faktycznego stanu. Do mieszkania idzie się przez brudną klatkę schodową, drzwi do mieszkania są uszkodzone, w środku panuje brud, śmierdzi wilgocią, brak umywalki, brudna pościel. Spałem w aucie, więc nie kładłem się do brudnego łóżka. Najgorszy mój pobyt zarezerwowany przez booking od wielu lat. Takie coś powinno być karalne, za wprowadzenie w błąd. Nikt nie czekał po przyjeździe, brak instrukcji, musiałem dzwonić na infolinię i pytać się jak zdobyć klucze i jak dostać się do mieszkania. Odpowiedź dostałem po pół godziny. Spanie na ulicy jest bardziej higieniczne.

• Rostislava (6/5): - Две отделни помещения - спалня и хол с разтегателен диван. Оборудван с всичко за кратък престой.Има паркинг на място. Много трудно намерихме апартамента. Сградата е стара. Самият апартамент е отремонтиран частично. Банята е захабена, а пространството за душ неудобно. Липсва мивка в банята, ваната е в лошо състояние.
• Petya (4/5): It needs a major renovation - The property is located in a very good location, close to everything. The best part was that it had private parking included in the price. Very dated, the bathroom was old and there was a leak from the bathtub. No sink inside, had to use the kitchen sink to wash your hands after using the toilet. No AC in the bedroom, it was really hot and uncomfortable. The door looked like someone broke in and they just left it without fixing it. It’s a shame because the location is so good.
• Paula (8/5): За свою цену отличну ! - Отдыхали группой 4 человека на одну ночь , мы спали на диване , который был не очень удобный, а в спальне не было кондиционера, кондиционер был только в гостиной (но давайте без преувеличения - это и так здорово ) местоположение отличное - спуститься по лестнице (правда обратно придется подниматься !) и ты уже на улице с барами и в самом центре ,. Правда, за свою цену это отличный вариант с парковой!!!! Странный туалет -он маленький и нет умывальника, но это не проблем а если останавливаешься не надолго, есть стиралка, фен и всё остальное, что огромный плюс !!!!!

• Dionicio Jesus (7/5): - sehr zentral, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Man kann sich selbst versorgen, Küche, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Bett war nicht frisch bezogen. Ich hatte das Gefühl, Bettwäsche hätte man nicht ausgetauscht. Zum Glück gab es eine Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche selber gewaschen. Badewanne war nicht sauber, teilweise verrostet und mit weißer Farbe lackiert. Keine Vorhänge, Badezimmer war nach jeder Dusche immer nass.
• Chris (9/5): Superb - Clean, modern decor and secure parking. Nice apartment with living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (no sink). Location was great, short walk to market square and loads of restaurants. Would use again. The bathroom had no sink and although there was a shower head over the bath, there was no curtain/screen. The bed was reasonably comfortable but we ended up in the middle. Very bad roll together, either the bed or mattress needs replacing. The kitchen tap leaks.

• Anđela (6/5): A decent stay for one night, not for longer - It is very close to the city centre, trams and main landmarks. The windows are big so it is very bright and sunny. The parking space could also be convenient. The wifi or TV didn’t work our entire stay, we contacted the host but it wasn’t resolved. The tub is peeling and there was no shower curtain and the front door looks like it was or could be easily broken. The bed sofa is the most uncomfortable sleeping furniture I have ever slept on. And the parking was a bit of a hassle because another neighbor blocked it.

There is a wifi with no internet connection. Bathroom needs renovation. Water heater is litteraly in the bathtub. Needs a new mattress as well

• Slusarenko (4/5): Disappointing - The location was great and hosts responded fast and let us check in earlier The main reason I booked this place was because it had a bath, however I couldn't use it because there was no bath plug and there was no shower curtain so after the shower the floor and toilet was all wet. Internet wasn't working. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. And because the apartment was so old it was like it had cardboard walls, could hear every neighbour and the street outside

• Elena (1/5): Bad - The apartment is close to the principal street. The entrance to the apartment (the yard) does not have lights, you need to use the flashlight of the cellular to enter the building. It is an old building, and the common area is not clean. The apartment was clean, but the bathroom does not have a sink. You need to use the sink of the kitchen for both things: clean teeth and wash the kitchen utensils.

• Ioanna (6/5): Unacceptable - The location is perfect. It is next to the center of Zagreb The bed was broken the AC was leaking and the coffee machine as well. We only stayed one night and didn’t sleep because the bed was horrible. Won’t go there again
• Karolis (8/5): Very good - Typical city apartment, nothing fancy, but good enough for family stay. Good and safe parking space. City center not very far. Found very few electrical outlets and those are far away from sofa. Not sure about the bedroom ones. Overall everything is kind of okay.
