• Almudena (1/5): LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA - NEFASTO y ESTAFA. Tras esperar 30 minutos a que me “entregaran” las llaves y haber pagado la noche + 100EUR de depósito, me dijeron que “había overbooking” y no tenía donde dormir. Desde el trato de la persona que atiende por teléfono, que es PÉSIMO, hasta la GRAN ESTAFA de cobrarte y que luego no tengas habitación, dejándote en la calle con las maletas.
• Lauritz (1/5): Unmöglich - Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Kleiner Laden mit frischem Obst direkt gegenüber. Es ist super hellhörig - die Nachbarn oder Straße hat man gefühlt im Zimmer. Das versprochene WLAN ist nicht verfügbar und der Vermieter sagt lediglich, dass es ein Problem mit den Handys sein muss (relativ neue Galaxy S23 & S25). 2 Platten des Herds defekt. Kein Spülmittel und das Geschirr noch dreckig von den vorherigen Nutzern. Staub und Haare auf dem Boden. Wir haben uns super unwohl gefühlt und nach 2h eine neue Unterkunft gesucht. Obendrein wird eine Kaution verlangt für einen schlechten Zustand der Wohnung.

• Jose (1/5): - Nada, un desastre Ni siquiera es el de las fotos, son estafadores. Booking debería tomar cartas en el asunto. No vayáis aqui
• Ana (1/5): Horrible - Nada Olor a humedad horrible, era un bajo y sin cocina. Las fotos engañosas porque no había cocina. Todo sucio, mobiliario roto, cuadros de las puertas con cinta aislante, la lámpara apunto de caerse, cucarachas, fundas de almohada con manchas, no había ni papel higiénico. Se lo dije a la propietaria y me dijo que si quería que me fuera. A las 20.00h a donde me voy a ir ? Y sin devolverme ya el dinero claro, además se encargan de pedirte 100€ de fianza, para ese cuchitril. Un robo lo que vale la noche en un sitio así.

• Adela (8/5): - Es una estancia adecuada para el descanso, ventilada, luminosa, la cama era cómoda y tiene aire acondicionado. Limpieza fondo a mejorar. Estaría bien que dispusiera de vasos y algunos útiles mas. Tambien estropajo, lavavajillas y balleta nueva.

• Marlene (1/5): So disgusting we had to sleep in our car! - We arrived there late at night after 7hours of driving only to find the bedsheets really dirty, stained with black disgusting stains, hairs, pubic hairs, cockroaches in the kitchen area, a really dirty shower and a horrible smell. We had to leave and sleep in our car. Now it's the next day, late in the afternoon and we still have no answer from the property. We are afraid of not getting our 100€ damage deposit back. We want our money back or we will sue. This place is in no condition for living!

• Román (1/5): Horrible - Nothing Everything. For starters there is NO PARKING. The toilet was broken. The bathroom smells horrible. There were open bottles of alcohol in the fridge. There were cockroaches
• Gabriel (1/5): The checkin is at 16:00, at 12:00 I wrote the owner on booking and on WhatsApp if it’s possible to come only to let the - Horror apartment. NOTHING TO LIKE. Everything was dirty and broken. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Mold and humidity everywhere. The apartament stinks. YOU CAN’T EVEN DO A SHOWER because you can’t set the water temperature and it only comes boiling or cold. The place is to noisy, if you stay at A you can hear the people staying at B only talking or whispering!!! Absolutely disgusting place. Contacted the booking’s customer support in the first day! The sink was clogged, hairdryer broken, the sofa was miserable.. check out the fotos below
• Teresa (5/5): Passable - The location of this apartment was good, very close to different bus stops and metro The apartment had an important problem with the humidity and the mold. We needed to keep the windows opened to avoid to breath it.
• Voorest (4/5): Photo deception - The whole house was drowning in dampness and there was mold on all the walls, in some places the mold was simply covered with artificial plants, and it was terrible. The refrigerator was rusty, it was covered with film. All the problems with dampness in the house were hidden, not eliminated, of course, you won’t see this in the photo. In addition, ants were found in the bed, it was terrible. We made a mistake choosing this place to spend the night.
