The apartment was spacious, well-equipped with everything from coffee essentials to a full kitchen setup, and the bathroom was generously stocked. The romantic arched ceiling upstairs made the space feel cosy and special. The hosts were incredibly helpful—sharing great local tips via WhatsApp and even booking hair appointments for us before a wedding later that day. They also stored our luggage after checkout and were quick to return it when we needed it. A perfect base in the heart of Catania. Highly recommend!

They were very warm and friendly. They showed us around the amazingly beautiful apartment and gave us suggestions for dinner nearby. They were always available to reach for any questions and responded promptly. The location was wonderful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay!! There was nothing we didn't like about this place!!

• Angela (10/5): Perfect! I have already recommended the property to friends. - What a lovely home! It is much bigger than the pictures can convey, and everything was pristine and cozy. The hosts gave very detailed instructions on how to get to the property, and met me at the door to show me around and make sure I felt at home. Marco even made my arrangements for getting to the airport very early in the morning, which was a huge help. This was a perfect spot with perfect hosts for a tired traveler on a tight schedule; my only regret is that I was only in Catania overnight and couldn't stay longer, because it would also have been perfect for a much longer stay.

The apartment is located in a great spot, central to everything and can walk everywhere from sightseeing to cafes and restaurants. The hosts Marco and Fausto are very kind, both met us to show us around the apartment and hand over the keys. Marco went above and beyond for us when we arrived, took our bags early and also was kind enough to make sure we found a carpark right near the apartment (after having a not so great experience with a parking lot). Highly recommend and we will definitely be back! Thank you M&F! That we didn’t stay longer!

• Fedor (10/5): Fantastic apartment right in the middle of Catania - Great location, fantastic hosts with Marco and Fausto, the apartment has everything you need and is even equipped with a lot of details you often need to buy or bring yourself - this is not the case here. You can't be more central and there is a secure parking nearby. Everything is in walking distance so that you don't need a car to move around Catania. We can defnitely recommend this place, we stayed for three nights. There is nothing to complain about. In case soemone stays longer the bathroom is a little humid and there is not much space to hang up your towels.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is in an old building, restored to high standards and with great style. It is close to all the city sights. There’s a bakery and coffee shop just round the corner. The apartment also has all the facilities you might need. We had a brilliant stay.

The photos of the booking are confusing, as there are multiple units and they are represented through combined photos. Our unit had its entrance right off the busy street, with the living room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor, and the bed in a loft above. Not a nice walking area. However, within 5 minutes walk you can turn into a nicer pedestrian area, and the major sites are within walking distance.

Located in the city centre, but in the more peaceful area - you can reach Piazza Bellini or Piazza Università in 5 minutes walk. Also, Marco and Fausto are great hosts, definitely the best we’ve ever had. Always in touch and eager to help with everything. 10 out of 10.

The host was very hospitable, we had prompt communications. Location is very convenient, walkable distance to everything. Host provided us with a discount for parking nearby, was very appreciated. 1. Flat is on the ground floor. You can hear cars going by, sleeping in the bedroom was not comfortable because of the noise. 2. Sleeping on the sofa in the common room was even more inconvenient: the noise from the boiler was extremely (!) loud as it would switch on and off every few minutes. There is a note "do not switch off boiler". Impossible to sleep. I was waking dozens of time throughout the night.

The apartment has very comfortable beds, amazing shower, coffee machine, fridge and two powerful units of air conditioning very needed for Summer visits.
