• Jane (6/5): - Close proximity to my destination Room is smaller than the image shown. It's a room in a flat it was very hot and stuffy. The owner of the flat seemed surprised that I wanted to see the living room. The shower was in bath and difficult for somebody with mobility problems like mine to use

• Peter (1/5): - Nothing! A horror show - could not drop off bag when I arrived, so had to leave it at a friend's place. In time for check-in I picked up my bag and travelled through a very busy London only to be told by the 'landlord' via the house intercom that he was fully booked and had no room for me! Despite the fact that I had a confirmation and had been charged the full amount!! I then had to phone a friend and ask if I could sleep on her couch. Again travelling 40 mins on the tube in rush hour, carrying a suitcase! Thanks for ruining my London trip - shame on you Booking.com and "Excellent chillout" Get your shit together!! Avoid!!

• Roger (5/5): A bed but disappointed with the facilities - Sharing the bathroom with owners toiletries. No tea making facilities in room or bedside light
• Stephen (1/5): didnt stay wasnt ready - not applicable The fact that I booked and the host wasnt ready for the booking so why accept it, had to look for another apartment at 6pm after being let down by 2 others apartments, they all take your money and have to wait for possible refund
• Tj (5/5): Expensive for what you get. - The bed was quite nice. It was clean and all in all worked ok for sleeping 6 hours in London. The whole experience was very unpersonal despite it was in a normal flat with several closed doors. The person that gave me the key moaned about that he did not know when I would arrive despite me telling him that in a message in the morning. The flat was pretty cold and it was unclear if I had other people in the flat at the same time. Not scary but a little weird.

• Narantuguldur (5/5): It's not a place for longer than 1 or 2 nights. Fair price for the location. - Location close to the tube station was the biggest and only plus. Price was good given the location and should you want to use it for sleeping for 1 or 2 nights maximum. Dark and cleanliness was questionable...
