The apartment is modern, very bright, with views of the park through large double-glazed windows, which makes it very quiet. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 sofa bed that can be made double or single, 1 bathroom, balcony in the living room and bedroom. It is fully equipped, heating with radiators in all rooms, hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cable TV in the living room and bedroom, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, WiFi, bed linen and towels. On the terrace there is a swimming pool and barbecue area (use of the barbecue area requires prior reservation) And although you can leave your car on the street because parking is free, we offer you the garage 164 feet from the apartment as an optional service.

Alejandra la dueña, súper amable y predispuesta a todo, una genia Estuvo todo muy bien. El único detalle que le agregaría es un espejo de cuerpo completo pero es solo un detalle porque el resto estuvo perfecto .
- Natalia (10/5): Mil veces volvería a elegirlo! - La calidez y hospitalidad de Ale sin dudas es lo q más destaco. Servicial, amable, siempre con una sonrisa, esencial para éste rubro! La ubicación del dpto que literalmente es a estrenar (sólo tiene 1 año) se ubica a media cuadra de calle Olmos, la cual es continuación de calle Colón(una de las principales de cdad de Córdoba), enfrente un pequeño espacio verde, a 1 cuadra 3 cafés increíbles, carrefour express a 2 cuadras, un punto neurálgico excelente. Van caminando hacia el centro porque son tan sólo 10 cuadras. Todo me gustó. No había absolutamente ni 1 falencia.
