• Yann (10/5): Escapade en amoureux. - Emplacement ideal, juste ce qu il faut à l écart des gros spots touristiques, hyper accessible de l'aéroport, à deux pas du pont de l'Academie. Chambre propre confortable et bien équipée ( réfrigérateur, clim...) On a meme pu laisser nos bagages gratuitement après le check out ! Vue sur la place barnaba et le canal identique aux photos.

• MRenton57 (10/5): First time in Venice - Great apartment well equipped which was very clean and in an excellent location to Ca' Rezzonicca water terminal. Also the squares nearby had heaps of restaurants and a supermarket. Marta was very easy to deal with and would respond quickly if we had any inquiries. Just a small issue was the noise from the working boat on the canal that would start up every morning around 6 am and disturb our sleep

• Karen (8/5): Cosy, good value, little gem in beautiful Venice - Great location and very helpful staff who let us leave our bags early, and kindly brought them up to our room. It was very good value for money with a large bed. The little terrace was a lovely place to watch the sun go down. We enjoyed our stay very much. The WiFi and A/C did not work properly in our room. Not sure if the A/C was broken, kept flashing ‘P6’ and mostly made noise. Which is a shame as we couldn’t open the windows due to the mosquitoes. I wish we’d had real cups/glasses, as it’s a better experience and more sustainable. I suggest adding a strip of glow in the dark tape on the beam across the bathroom entrance so you don’t bump your head at night.

• Anna Beatriz (10/5): Incredible location and positive surprise - Walking distance to the train station (about 15 minutes). The room was a big surprise, we stayed in room 4 with a cool balcony. Very well located. Stairs were not a problem for us, but you should know that you’ll have to carry your luggage upstairs. Also, don’t leave the window open because of mosquitoes.

• Thomas (7/5): A relatively affordable, confirtabke stay on the Venice island - Nice scenic area with plenty of restaurants. Large, comfortable bed. Everything in the apartment worked. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Nice wardrobe to store suitcases. There is a small balcony with ok views but it’s a little hard to access. It’s a 20-25 min walk to St Marks but it’s an enjoyable and scenic walk. Some steep flights of stairs to get to the apartment. This was not too much of an issue for us but could be for older guests or those with mobility issues.

And the facilities are just p - The property was perfectly situated on one of the local squares… we had a corner room with a view of the canal, and a view of the square. It was clean, the host was communicative, and it was an easy walk to everything. Would absolutely stay there again. Loved everything about the property
• jamal (7/5): - Fairly nice location. Walking distance ( 30 minutes ) from most main places. The bed was really comfortable. The place was really clean. The only downside to this place is how loud it gets. You can hear everything from the other rooms and from the streets.

И обязательно(!) пара стеклянных стаканов, чашки и приборы - пришлось обжигаться картонными стаканчиками с чаем и руками есть пирожные) Пусть это будет не в номерах, но хотя бы в шкафу у хозяев)

Ho apprezzato il check out alle 11. Personale gentile e disponibile. Per chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione c'è da segnalare che ci sono le scale strette e ripide.
• Jan Carlo (9/5): Excelente y cómodo alojamiento - El alojamiento no incluía desayuno. La habitación que nos tocó era como un pequeño apartamento con un buen baño grande, moderno y limpio. Nos tocaron dos habitaciones pero sólo usamos una y la cama de matrimonio era bastante grande donde pudimos dormimos mi mujer, el peque y yo. La cama era bastante cómoda y dormimos muy bien.
• Mathew (8/5): Perfect and cute spot for a weekend - This cute and quaint hotel was in a perfect location to explore Venice. Short walk to bus and train stations while also feeling central. I love the rustic feel and the room I was in (top floor) had a gorgeous balcony. There are several flights of narrow stairs and you better watch your head when moving around but it only adds to the charm.

You are in the heart of the action lots of bars restaurants, in the immediate area and a supermarket just around the corner. Not too expensive to eat out and a couple of museums on your doorstep. Low ceiling into bathroom, and a stepladder to the terrace. We were in room 4 so lots of stairs to climb up not ideal with heavy cases.

• Christine (10/5): Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen - Tolle Lage im Universitätsviertel von Venedig; Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Anlegestelle des Vaporetto war in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen; Aber, auch fußläufig gut gelegen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Dazu durften wir deutlich vor der offiziellen Uhrzeit einchecken. Fragen wurden per Email, SMS, ..., sofort beantwortet.

A hangszigetelés kamu az utcáról is felszűrödött a zaj és azt is hallottad hogy melletted trappol fel éjfélkor a szomszédod majd bassza be az ajtaját és a beszéd is áthallatszott. A paplan nem volt egy normális huzatban benne és folyton szétcsúszott. A csapból nem jött meleg víz. Üres volt a minibár.

Muito bem localizada, a walking-distance dos principais pontos turísticos de Veneza, e com check-in descomplicado. Recomendo fortemente a qualquer um que esteja em busca de acomodação em Veneza.

The flat at the 1st floor is spacious with nice view of the plaza nearby. Since there’s a plaza nearby, it could get noisy during the day. And the shower gets hot and cold with small flowing.

Na miejscu nie ma kubków ale personel donosił codziennie jednorazowe. Bardzo czyste miejsce. Niczego nie ma do poprawy , może tylko kubki ceramiczne bym dodała- żeby nie generować śmieci.

• Anna (10/5): 100% would recommend this hidden gem. - The location was fantastic. The property was such a good price for a spacious room and super comfortable bed. Great amenities and Luca the host was so attentive with great communication. We could leave our bags before check in and after check out which was really helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. The aircon unit wasn’t directing towards the bed so we had to stand in front of the air con unit when we really wanted to cool down from the heat outside.

• RadekWAW (6/5): It was OK but not sure if worth returning to - The place is conveniently located in Dorsoduro, some 15 minutes away form the train/bus station, some 10 minutes away from Academia and maybe 25 minuted to San Marco. The view from the room was very nice as it overlooked a canal. Communication with the property was convenient - entirely online. I was disappointed with the toilet and bathroom - the toilet was in a very cramped closet-like space and it was difficult to use it conveniently. The bathroom floor was on a slope so it almost felt like a ship during a storm. The wardrobe didn't fit into the room so it was placed in the bathroom which was a little bit inconvenient. Also, beacuse of the uneven floor, the closet door would slam shut unexpectedly. Wifi was poor - it was difficult to do any real work done.

• Sandra (8/5): Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip in Vendig - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super praktisch gelegen. Wir konnten alles fußläufig erreichen und waren direkt am Geschehen aber trotzdem nicht zu trubelig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super, die Check in Anweisungen waren sehr klar. Wir hatten eine kleine Terrasse, die durch das Fenster erreicht werden konnte. Somit erfüllt alles seinen Zweck. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein und wir sind nur mit zwei kleinen Gepäckstücken angereist. Außerdem ist zu beachten, dass das Bad in der Dachschräge ist. Durch Stützbalken muss man teilweise gebückt gehen.

• Laura (9/5): A wonderful trip to Venice! - It’s in a great location for exploring Venice. The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. Host was really helpful and available over WhatsApp with instructions for check-in and key info. Overall we had a lovely stay here! My only criticism would be that the air con unit makes it difficult to get in and out of the bathroom.
