• Verena (10/5): - Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft, sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Die Liebe steckt im Detail! Alles ist extrem smart und pfiffig durchdacht, sodass der Platz bestmöglich genutzt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Service via App oder WhatsApp reagierte schnell, sodass der persönliche Service vor Ort nicht vermisst wurde. Die Heizung war sehr warm eingestellt. Diese ließ sich nur zentral durch den Hotelservice regeln. Doch auch nach mehrmaliger Bitte, die Heizung runter zu drehen, wurde es nicht spürbar kühler.

• Maria (10/5): - Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dem Apartment sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung war modern, aber auch gemütlich. Alles was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Auch das Personal sowie die Betreuung waren außergewöhnlich freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
• Silke (10/5): Außergewöhnlich!! Ein alpines Wohnjuwel mit Liebe zum Detail! - Wir waren restlos begeistert von diesem Apartment! Schon beim Betreten spürt man, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail alles gestaltet wurde – stylisch, gemütlich und wunderschön im alpenländischen Chaletstil eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wie in einem luxuriösen Rückzugsort in den Bergen. Die Kommunikation war absolut unkompliziert und perfekt organisiert – über App und WhatsApp lief alles reibungslos und schnell. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die hochwertige Ausstattung: In der Küche findet man fast alles, was das Herz begehrt, inklusive edler Spiegelau-Gläser – ein Detail, das man sonst selten findet. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft und lädt zum Träumen ein. Nach einem Tag in der Natur ist der liebevoll gestaltete Saunabereich der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen – ruhig, stilvoll und herrlich wohltuend. Ein weiteres Highlight: Überall im Apartment findet man hochwertige Pflegeprodukte von Rituals – ein kleiner Luxus, der das Gesamterlebnis perfekt abrundet. Fazit: Dieses Apartment ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp für alle, die Stil, Komfort und alpine Gemütlichkeit auf höchstem Niveau suchen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Auf sehr hohem Niveau gibt es nur eine Kleinigkeit die ich persönlich noch schön fände: Es wären ein paar Basis-Gewürze wie z.B. Salz und Pfeffer in größerer Menge sowie ein kleines Fläschchen Öl in der Küche wünschenswert.

Funzionale il sistema di comunicazione via WA con i proprietari, forse un po' impersonale. Ampio parcheggio Lo spazio è limitato se si é in più di 2. Manca la cassaforte. A piano terra la privacy è molto limitata
• Marco (8/5): Bella struttura dall'ottimo potenziale - Struttura nuovissima, appartamento funzionale con tutto quello che serve. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere Seefeld e Mittenwald. Sistema via WhatsApp di check-in e check-out pratico e personale reattivo. Appartamento un piccolo, soprattutto se si é in più di 2: utilizzando il divano letto, la zona giorno scompare. Manca la cassaforte e sarebbe stato utile trovare del materiale informativo sulla zona: mappa, attività sportive, luoghi da visitare, convenzioni con ristoranti o bar della zona. Non c'è un giardino comune dove potersi rilassare.

• Omran (8/5): جميل - المبنى جديد وكان كل شيء فيه مرتب ومتكامل الخدمات وسعة الغرفة جداً ممتازه وكبيره كذلك البلكونه كانت جميله وواسعه واطلالتها خلابه والمطبخ كان متكامل عدم وجود اصنصير مما سبب لنا جهد في نقل الشناط إلى اعلى فالافضل السكن بالدور الارضي او الاول على الاقل لا يوجد تكييف او حتى مروحه لتلطيف الجو مع العلم انني تواجدت في احر وقت من السنه ما جعلني اطلب المروحه ولم يتم توفيرها وجود عناكب داخل الغرفه، كان من الاوجب حرص الفندق على تنظيف المكان من الحشرات سعره مرتفع جداً

Philipp the owner is very responsive and always ready to answer any questions have. We recommend this place There should be at least one cleaning services when you spend a whole week in the appartment. This is usally what makes the difference between an appart-hotel and an appartment.

• Julian (10/5): Relaxing and awesome stay in a modern apartment - The apartment was very modern and new, all the electronic equipment was very new and worked great. The kitchen was big enough to make a simple dinner/lunch/brunch, and there was more than enough room to store all your clothes. If you needed something, you could just send a message to the host (Philip) and he would sort it all out for you. The host also gave great advice for cool places to visit nearby, but also good recommendations for restaurants, swimming etc. The beds were big enough for me (1.85m) and very comfy. The bathroom was also well equipped, with a 10/10 shower. It really felt like home for the 10 days I spent here, and the host really makes you feel comfortable and is always available for help. I might have to come back here at some point since I enjoyed it so much. If you are wondering about the Spa, I did not make use of it, but it looked very modern and exceptionally clean. And the apartment also has a pleasant view over the mountains, and at night it is incredibly quiet in the area, so you can really get to relax during your holiday and not be interrupted by noises from the area. What might improve the stay more is to have basic cooking equipment ready (olive oil, salt, pepper).

• Carolina (10/5): Amazing modern but still authentic experience! - Amazing how Philipp helped with everything we needed and even gave first hand recommendations, we didn’t have to plan anything! Only a liquid soap on the sink would have been nice. But seriously, nothing to complain about.

• Lucy (10/5): Absolute treasure! - My dad and I had a fishing course booked at Lake Weidach and after some research I was pleasantly surprised to find a modern apartment just a few meters away from it. The booking as well as follow up conversation with the staff was extremely fast, friendly and easy. The best part was when we arrived and saw this beautiful building with high end furniture and utilities being the place where we will spend our father-daughter weekend! The style, cleanliness and peace of Chalina made us fall in love with it and we will definitely visit again! Thank you so much Philipp for arranging also a late check out for us!

• Olya (10/5): Cool modern apartments with great view! - Great, stylish, new! -Very stylish room: modern, high-quality, with pleasant touch in small details like cutlery, shampoo, wine glasses etc -Sauna was great: warms up quickly and keeps heat high; relax Zone was nice. Just missing an ice bath :) -Friendly staff. -Convenient location: 10 min to the Leutasch piste, 10 min to great supermarket, 1 min to bus stop
