Climatizzatore ottimo in tutte le stanze Pulizia stoviglie pessima. Purtroppo essendo parzialmente rimodernata in alcune stanze entravano le blatte. Il terrazzo sul retro da su palazzine interne con sporcizia visibile (probabilmente la causa delle blatte) Internet wifii completamente assente Porta d'ingresso e serratura molto precaria
