• Emma (8/5): Lovely views in quiet neighbourhood, Superb hosts, - Hosts met us arrival, they are so friendly and amenable, even helped us when we had a car problem. Lovely big room with all we required in the kitchen. Comfy bed. Great views of Sarande from the patio. A great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy parts. It was great to be able to walk a short way to the beach ( stony) for an evening swim after the heat. Easy to get bus or drive to Butrint or Ksamil as on that side of the city A great place to stay Bathroom could do with refurbishment. A good walk to a decent supermarket - we like waking so fine for us. The local market shop had little and expensive.

W sezonie nie było szans wybrać się do centrum - na piechotę za daleko, samochodem - brak parkingu. Rewelacyjni gospodarze, bardzo rodzinna i spokojna atmosfera. W naszym apartamencie strasznie śmierdziało grzybem (z łazienki i brudnej klimatyzacji). Internet prawie nie działał. U naszych przyjaciół, którzy mieli apartament u góry, wszystko było ok.

Нам дуже сподобались апартаменти: окрема спальня з двоспальним зручним ліжком та 2 одно спальні ліжка у іншій кімнаті. Постіль білосніжна. За 2 доби нам запропонували зміну постільної білизни, це просто респект!!!! Рушники великі, чисті. На кухні є посуд та кухонне приладдя, цукор та кава. Шикарний краєвид з тераси-балкона!!! Господарю велика подяка за допомогу чоловіку з ремонтом авто Трохи не вистачило в дрібничках: солі та олії на кухні. Та трохи заходили мурахи в гості😁 Душ, як на мене, трохи специфічний, але пристосувалися. + Є швабра, якою легко прибрати воду. В іншому, все чудово!!!! Однозначно рекомендую!
• Matej (9/5): - Really nice host, helped us with our trip to Ohrid. Great place to chill with friends and enjoy quite part of Sarande. We had a parking spot and also AC in both rooms. Bus stop to Ksamil was really close Bit off the city, so nearest supermarket was 20 minutes walk. But there were some local shops for water, beer and some basic food, so it wasn't big problem.

• Janusz (10/5): - Apartament choć nienowoczesny, to czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Ładny widok na Sarandę z najwyższego apartamentu. Klimatyzacja w obu pomieszczeniach z łóżkami. Trochę daleko od centrum, ale za to cisza i spokój. Blisko plaży. Właściciele mili. Jestem zadowolony z pobytu. Podczas mojego pobytu piekarnik nie do użytku, ale to drobnostka.
• Grzegorczyk (10/5): - Bardzo przyjazny apartament. Dojeżdżając do samego apartamentu można być zaskoczonym okolica, ale to tylko pozory. Na miejscu czuliśmy się jak w najlepszym kurorcie. Cenimy ciszę i tak było właśnie tak jak chcieliśmy. Bez zgiełku miasta.

• Liubov (9/5): Nice and comfortable apartment - We were here in August. Very nice place. The owners are friendly. They are always open to help if you need anything. There is a great beach next to the apartment. Two sun loungers cost 30 euros for the whole day. Also in 10 minutes you can walk to the public beach, which is very nice too, where you can take a sun lounger or use your own sunbathing thing. Our rooms were exactly like in the photos. The apartment has a balcony with a magnificent view of the sea and the city. There is no air conditioning in one room. It's quite hot in the summer, so it would be another plus. But this is more of a recommendation for the owners than a disadvantage.

• vanja monia (9/5): ci tornerei - buona posizione, lontano dal casino di Saranda e ksamil, cmq molto vicina ad entrambe. accanto ad Heaven beach, per noi la più bella!! sotto una spiaggia privata raggiungibile a 3 minuti a piedi. proprietari super gentili, carini, ci hanno offerto raki, olio, 2 persone veramente gentili, non parlano italiano o inglese ma a gesti ci capivamo. parcheggio disponibile manca la tenda della doccia, ma manca a tutti gli appartamenti.

• Наталия (10/5): Уютно по-домашнему - По первому впечатлению - приехали к морю на дачу 😄 По Google maps сходу нужные ворота не нашли, но хозяева очень оперативно выходят на связь, разобрались. Большой двор, 1 этаж, много зелени и плодовых деревьев, у каждых апартов своя площадка с обеденной зоной, удобным диванчиком и большой сушилкой для белья. Внутри очень чисто, у нас было сразу от входа помещение с двумя отдельными кроватями, тумбочкой и обеденным столом, дальше - кухонная зона (большой холодильник, электроплита на 2 комфорки с духовкой, вытяжка, мойка, рабочая поверхность с сушилкой для посуды, кухонные шкафчики и ящики со всей необходимой посудой, безупречно чистой), ванная комната (душ, раковина, унитаз, шкафчик с зеркалом, ведро и швабра для мытья пола, таз для белья), дальше отдельная спальня с большой двухспальной кроватью, шкафом и прикроватными тумбочками с лампами-ночниками. Кондиционер у входа в апарты, в отдельной спальне большой вентилятор. Стиральная машина размещена во внешнем дворике, рядом с входной дверью. Кровати и подушки очень удобные для сна, постель из натуральной ткани, идеально чистая и приятно пахнущая. Сами апарты располагаются немного в стороне от города, близко к морю. Пройти 100 м - и вот уже пляж. Спуск к пляжу довольно крутой, берег галечный, так что "коралловая" обувь лишней не будет. Зато и вода в море чистая и прозрачная. Если вернуться на дорогу и проехать или прогуляться чуть дальше, вдоль реки Бистрицы к морю, там есть и городской пляж, с галечно-песчаным берегом, парковкой и несколькими неплохими ресторанчиками. Рядом с апартами есть небольшой семейный маркет - как сельский магазин: всего понемногу, все необходимое. Фрукты, овощи и яйца - из своего хозяйства, очень вкусные. Что действительно приводит в восхищение - это хозяева: это настолько чудесные люди! Такой искренней заботы о своих гостях я еще нигде не встречала. Любой вопрос, любая просьба - они стараются быстро помочь. Интернет не очень стабилен, но похоже, это общая проблема в Саранде. Хозяин честно пытался решить эту проблему с провайдером, сделали все максимально возможное, но иногда интернет все-таки отваливается или ловит не везде. В дальней спальне более-менее ловит хорошо.

Bedden waren comfortabel, airco werkt perfect, maar jammer dat een kamer van de twee is voorzien van airco. Omgeving is een lokaal woonwijk rustige omgeving , goed voor gezinnen met kinderen. Alle belangrijke plekken zijn met 5 min rijden te bereiken, eigen auto is beter. Er ontbreekt doch gordijnen , wordt overal nat!

• Amina (9/5): Would stay there again - The apartment with the balcony was quiet and lovely. It had a parking spot in front of our entrance. The windows had nets on them as it's a must because of bugs. The double bed was very comfortable, the other 2 in the living area we didn't use. We used the washing machine, as we stayed there for 8 nights, it worked fine, a bit loud but fine. There is a full side clean fridge in the kitchen and a lot of dishes. The homeowners were so sweet, a bit of a language barrier but nothing a translation ass couldn't fix. I would recommend this place if you have a car, it is a 5 minute drive to the center of Sarande and approximately 15 to Ksamil (very nice beaches). The bathroom needs some updating. We wished the mop and sponges in the bathroom were unused as well as the one in the kitchen.

Though the English speaking son was abroad at that time, we could help ourselves with the online translator ;) We were surprised that in both appartments one of the bedrooms was in the kitchen. Based upon the pictures, we only expected it in 1 appartment. We expected 2 seperate bedrooms in the other appartment.

• Martijn (9/5): Just great. - A very nice and quiet place, away from the crowded city. there is a small beach nearby and a hotel with a swimming pool. The very friendly owners really made us feel welcome and at home. He brought us fresh pears and lemons from the garden. Recommended if you want to relax for a day or two. The place is on the road to Bütrint, just a half an hour drive.
• Anna (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean except for the toilet. Nice big fridge. There was no toilet paper. For a family of seven, we were provided with two bath towels and two small ones. Near the beach and cafes, cafes have disgusting food. The road to the beach is unpaved, the baby stroller did not want to go along this road. Good location, very easy to find apartments. From all the windows in the house there is a view of some kind of construction site. A dish sponge could be put in a new one. Very bad internet, it was not even possible to download the map.
