- Anonymous (1/5): Bad - I stayed in your hotel last week I’m sure you’ll be able to remember the details, I’m the one that almost went blind from a faulty shower door smashing all over me. I was dealing with this through booking.com however they’ve stated on the phone they have contacted you multiple times for refund which they have stated was rejected the representative I spoke to with them was appalled and rightly so. You are a service provider and your first port of call to your customers is to provide satisfactory service - you couldn’t even provide a safe environment. This is a trip that I was looking forward too so much that when we got there we actually booked an extra like with you guys. This incident happened at the beginning of the trip which I’ll go into detail below. I got into the shower the fault was clear and evident and you shouldn’t have allowed people to stay in the property unless it was deemed safe there was blood everywhere abrasions all over my body all over my feet. These had lasting impacts on the rest of the trip. Activities had to be cancelled due to my injuries. We couldn’t walk anywhere we had to get taxis every where none of which your company sorted for us and put my friend groups over 500 euros out of pocket for this! I’m still in shock at this it’s impacted both me physically and mentally. The member of staff you sent up to clean the blood and pick glass out of my cuts was nothing but apologetic which means at least some members of your “company” are taking accountability. However, still to this I have no received an apology from this company or never mind refusing a refunded, they have completely disgraced how much worse this could have been. So if your thinking about staying here, for your own safety I wouldn’t.
