• Ivana (10/5): - Odlična lokacija, mirno iako je okruženo zgradama i igralištem koje je ispred. Svi sadržaji nalazr se u blizini. A ukoliko želite do centra grada možete se prošetati ili iskoristiti mogućnost prijevoza lokalnim brodićem. Odličan apartman.Sve preporuke

• Jose Ramon (9/5): Apartamento con encanto y detalles útiles que aportan mucho valor - La propietaria estuvo muy atenta con los huéspedes y generó un ambiente de confianza. El apartamento tiene muchos detalles en cocina y baños que le dan un valor diferencial en la experiencia de cliente. Tiene un supermercado con temas básicos a 50 m que abre de 7am a 10pm cuanto estuvimos y genera mucha tranquilidad para compras de alimentación de última hora. El baño pequeño es muy pequeño

• RAFFAELLA (9/5): - L’appartamento è grande e dotato di tutto. Siamo stati solo una notte ma ci siamo trovati bene. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Non c’è l’ascensore e il palazzo non è esteticamente bello

• Frances (10/5): Spacious & attractive Zadar apartment with an experienced, kind host - Thoughtfully and attractively outfitted, very clean and comfortable. Host Irena greeted us with recommendations about getting to the old town via the rowboat pick up, as well as a good restaurant rec, Bruschetta. We liked the feel of the neighborhood and were very comfortable and happy in the spacious apartment! Nothing. A couple suggestions: some mugs with handles for hot drinks, heads up about the mosquito repellent plug-ins(wish we used them).

No lift to get suitcases up but only located on the second floor so not too bad plus the host met us at the apartment and helped us carry our luggage up.

The host Irena is a very welcoming friendly and warm lady.. she amde us feel very comfortable and came to house to ensure we have smooth onboarding. Location is also great just 5 mins walk to the dock from where u can get boat to go to other side of the sea in 2 mins. Free parking available cant think of anything

• Martyna (10/5): Apartman Franceska is an excellent place to stay when you are planning to visit Zadar :) It is that kind of apartment, w - EVERYTHING! :) The place was super clean, well equipped (it made you feel like you’re at home, rather than in a rented apartment). Not to mention the beautiful design and all the small details, like little handmade bowl of peanuts (very cute!). AC was working just fine throughout our entire stay, no issues with it. The shower was very convenient and nice to use during those extremely hot days. Irena is an excellent host, she adapted to our earlier arrival which meant a lot for us! Moreover, she was super helpful, kind and we could always call her whenever it was needed. We were all extremely satisfied with the apartment and all the help from Irena :) -
• Martijn (10/5): Remarkable stay in Zadar! - Irina surprised us with her beautiful apartment but especially with her eye for detail and attention to her guests. She called us to arrive early (we were already in Zadar) and adviced us to take the bootsmen to cross the river from the old town There she was, to pick us up and guided us the shortcut through the parc (in 5 min we were at the apartment) We knew the neighbourhood was a little less then suspected but entering the apartment surprised us again. Irina thought of every little detail to give us an easy and pleasant stay (a fresh lemon, peper and salt, a washing machine, hair dryer, two beautiful bedrooms a well equipment and designed kitchen and living room, a small terras and a spare room all brand new) we slept very nearby all the excitement of the old town but slept like a rose without any noise! Thank you Irina❤️
