• Tom (6/5): Nice static home, lisiting needs to be more clear about facilities. - Instructions where clear and found the place easily. Clean and tidy, nice and quiet. Host answered all questions promptly. On the listing it states about the facilities including a pool and such like. What it doesn't make celar is that because your not booking through Haven you need to buy seperate passes to use any facilities, these are £50 per adult and £20 per child. That is a massive extra expense that needs to be explained before booking. Plus you cant buy the passses till you get there and therefore run the risk of alot of activities being fully booked.

• Damian (2/5): I am very unsatisfied with this stay, very disappointed. - It was a nice caravan in a nice location, but that was about it. On arriving we was given the wrong code for the lockbox then we noticed there was no hot water no gas so we couldn’t cook no bed covers provided we own a king size bed and in the bedrooms there was only two single beds and one double bed, which means we had to buy Covers just for this occasion which is ridiculous very very unsatisfied with this stay!!!

• Ioana (9/5): Cozy - Very spacious, comfortable and lots and of amenities. Great location and i personally loved the swing at the doorstep. Only thing that isn’t very convenient especially as we found this out when we were already on our way there is that they have no linen or towels. But still worth the money.

Easy to find and tucked away in the corner with a nice garden giving more privacy. Lovely set up, inside and out There was nothing I didn’t like

• Carol (10/5): We had a great couple of days at Allhallows. The entertainment was fantastic, especially for the children. The food opti - Very modern and clean. Plenty of room No outside lights. Very dark at night. I fell over on the grass outside one night. Luckily I wasn’t hurt. Very muddy walking from the roadside to the caravan.

• Lee (7/5): Once the misunderstanding was resolved, a pleasant stay for a weekend getaway. - Good price and the space was clean and welcoming. I didn't see the communication sent on the day of booking in that there was no bedding, or the instructions to find the location. So, the staff on the site, not realising it was a private hire (neither did I), sent me on a wild-goose chase. Finally, I noticed the communication in Bookings.com and was able to locate where we needed to go. But having not seen the message, I then had to do 1 hour round trip for bedding for the night. Not the fault of the host, but I wish I'd have seen reference to no bedding before we booked.
