• Elisha (9/5): Comfortable and clean stay in Kyoto! - We enjoyed a comfortable stay at Kyokoi Toujimukuni. Located in a quiet residential area, the townhouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. We loved the bathroom and furo tub, and also appreciated having a washing machine available. Everything we needed was provided, including clear instructions for appliances, restaurant recommendations and transportation info. There are several very good places to eat nearby, including a great ramen restaurant. The location of the townhouse was further away from many of the sites we wanted to see during our stay. That said, the location is walkable to the train station and there is a bus line about 5-10 minutes walk nearby. Otherwise we had a very good stay with no complaints.

• Xuan (9/5): It’s a cozy small house in the local neighbourhood , perfect for a family of 3-4 who want to explore Kyoto and its surro - It was a pleasant stay. The house is equipped with handy daily objects and appliances, from umbrellas, dishes, to all the white goods and a TV. It’s well maintained, cozy and tidy, giving a sense of home. The instructions from the staff and the guidebook are useful and timely. Have to walk 20 mins to get to the transportation hub (Kyoto station). But once getting familiar with the route, it won’t be a serious problem. There are convenience stores and restaurants along the way.
• Pasquale (9/5): Superb - The accommodation, a traditional japanese house, is very nice and comfortable, well equipped and clean. The staff answered promptly to all our enquiries. The area is very quiet, maybe a bit too much. Recommended :-) In the area close to the apartment, there are not many shops in case of need for food.
