- cecilia löthman winberg (8/5): Smidig övernattning med eget kök, vilket gjorde att vi kunde göra middag på rummet. - Smidigt läge, kändes som ett säkert område, bra och belyst parkering, fullt utrustat kök på rummet! Att rummet låg på översta våningen.

- Delphine (7/5): - L’appartement était bien situé, les lits étaient confortable et la climatisation fonctionnait très bien. La terrasse est très jolie et c’est vraiment agréable de déjeuner dessus. La plage de Kastela est proche donc c’est pratique pour aller à la plage et rentrer à l’appartement directement apres sans avoir a marcher longtemps ou a prendre les transports. Personne ne nous a accueilli lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Nous avons appelé plusieurs fois le propriétaire mais il ne répondait pas, nous avons fini par tomber sur une femme de ménage qui nous a donné une chambre (elle a dû contacter le propriétaire car elle ne savait pas quelle chambre nous donner). Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas depuis notre chambre, ou très très peu si on se collait à la porte (Nous étions au deuxième étage je crois). L’eau ne s’évacuait pas rapidement dans la douche, donc ça coulait dans toute la salle de bain car elle était trop rempli. Au cours du séjour, nous avons eu quelques problèmes comme la plaque de cuisson qui ne voulait pas s’éteindre ou une coupure de courant, et il a encore une fois été très compliqué de contacter le propriétaire qui ne répondait jamais.
- bjelinic (7/5): Dobra vrijednost za novac za noćenje u blizini Splita - Privatan parking (doduše potencijalno izazovan ako ste s velikim vozilom a na parkingu su već druga vozila), pogled na more, udobnost i duljina kreveta, komunikacija s domaćinom. Od stvari koje su bile navedene pod sadržajima koje smo zatrebali, nismo imali mikrovalnu pećnicu (pa smo se snašli bez nje). WiFi signal je jako slab i praktički ne dopire do apartmana na drugom katu u kojem smo bili (koristili smo vlastiti internet promet). Ne postoji utičnica u kuhinji; kuhalo za vodu smo morali staviti na stolac kako bi kratki kabel kuhala došao do utičnice umjesto hladnjaka (možda nekome manje bitno, ali dobro za znati ako računate na kuhalo). Prekidači za kupaonu su malo zbunjujući, nismo u svakom trenutku imali tople vode jer nije očito koja je za bojler (nije označeno)? Postoje tri tipke međutim i svjetlo u kupaoni je automatsko. Nama nije smetalo, ali ako imate lak san možda vas probude zvona crkve koja je u blizini.

- Olga (7/5): - Urocza kameralna lokalizaja i nie wielka plaża w pobliżu, w okolicy również piekarnia. Świetnie miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek Pokój który otrzymaliśmy miał już swoje lata, jednak czystość łazienki i kuchni nie była najlepsza

- Danuta (8/5): Fajny - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko plaży 3 minuty piechotą i blisko przystanku autobusowego 3 minuty skąd można szybko dojechać do Splitu i Trogiru. Blisko sklep i piekarnia. Apartament 12 na 3 pietrze - Klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze. Super widok z balkonu na morze. Łóżka wygodne. Bezkontaktowe zameldowanie. Niestety nie było za czysto. Dużo kurzu, mało sztućców, talerzyków,. W WC zepsuta spłuczka i cały czas działał wentylator i światło. Często zrywało Internet. Nie widzieliśmy wlasciciela.

- Alexia (4/5): - Le seul avantage, nous avions une belle vue depuis notre terrasse, même si nous n’avions pas eu le droit d’avoir une manivelle pour le store, donc difficile d’en profiter pleinement. Très déçu de ce studio, commençant par le parking où il n’y a que quelques places, pratiquement impossible d’avoir une place. Et quand on arrive à en avoir une, on se fait disputer parce qu’un monsieur ne peut pas rentrer dans sa voiture (alors qu’il y avait largement la place). Ensuite, ce n’était pas notifié dans l’annonce que nous avions de colocataire à quatre pattes qui se trouvait dans la salle de bain (infestée de fourmis). La douche était clairement très sale, intérieur comme extérieur, et la ventilation se cache derrière une couche de poussière pas nettoyé depuis des lustres. Concernant le reste, nous avons à dire du manque de propreté sur les grilles extérieures de la hotte ainsi que lorsqu’on a à disposition un lit deux place, ça serait préférable de mettre des draps qui vont avec ce format, pas la taille en dessous.

- Ingrid (4/5): C’est vraiment dommage que l’appartement ne soit pas remis en "conformité" car il a une belle vue ! - Idealement situé avec tout à proximité (boulangerie, pizzeria, petite superette) La plage n’est qu’a 200m à pieds Le pommeau de douche était cassé donc giclait dans tous les sens c’était toute une technique pour se laver sans compter que la douche était bouchée et rien pour la déboucher. Pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain pas de sèche cheveux comme dit dans le descriptif ni de micro onde . Le ménage était léger fallait pas regarder en détail! le drap de lit était beaucoup trop petit pour deux . Et oui il y a un parking à l’exterieur mais compliqué de se garer quand un camping-car prends toute la place et se moque de faire galèrer les gens . Bref moi je n’y retournerai pas et je le conseille pas non plus!

- Jacek (3/5): Nie polecam - Na plus w obiekcie jest na pewno odległość od plaży, widok na morze, balkon i ładna okolica to chyba tyle. A szkoda bo miejsce ma ogromny potencjał. Niestety właściciel nie wyciągnął za wiele wniosków z poprzednich opinii, które ciągną się już dość długo :( czystość to największy minus tego miejsca, prysznic błaga o wymianę, na łóżku z boku rozdarty ze starości materiał, kurz, pełno czarnych włosów, poplamione ręczniki, brudna lodówka, kołdry które od razu schowaliśmy do szafy bo były obrzydliwe. Garnki pęknięte, czajnik z przeciętym kablem, jedna łyżeczka w 4 osobowym pokoju, jeden kubek bo drugi pęknięty, chyba nikt tego nie sprawdza. Brak jakiegokolwiek zameldowania na miejscu i kogoś kto na przykład wymieniłby ręczniki po tygodniu pobytu. Hałas imprezującej młodzieży z pobliskiego parku do nocy i dzwoniące o 5 rano dzwony kościoła 😔

- JANUSZ (4/5): - Lokalizacja - blisko od plaży i Ojciec właścicieli - serdeczny człowiek. Dużo w pobliżu przepięknych miejsc do zwiedzenie np. Split, Trogir i cudownych plaż np. w Omis. Właściciele - brak kontaktu, czystość - bardzo słaba, w wielu miejscach zalegający brud, zatkany odpływ w kabinie prysznicowej w łazience (2 razy zgłaszany problem - bez odzewu), za mały parking, brak części wyposażenia w kuchni.
- Poul (7/5): Fed beliggenhed, med mangler i forhold til listen på Booking. Com - ingen hårtørrer og et håndklæde så så lille, at man - Beliggenheden er perfekt med dejlig udsigt over havet. Værten - den mandlige - var sur og var meget træt af, at gæsterne parkerede deres biler som hø og hakkelse, så det kan jeg godt forstå. Vi parkerede derfor et lille stykke derfra i 2 nætter fordi der ikke var plads - fair nok. Den første nat parkerede jeg ok - dog foran en dør ind til en garage, men ikke i vejen for nogen - vi kom sent!!. Da jeg næste dag kom ned og spurgte om det var ok, så tændte han helt af på kroatisk, så jeg valgte ikke at fortsætte, men flyttede bilen. På sidste dag, hentede jeg bilen på P-plads et lille stykke væk og parkerede ved siden af værten på en måde som ham ved siden af mig gjorde - lidt skråt. Igen brok og denne gang en seddel i forruden - se foto. Jeg vil sige, at med venlighed kommer du altså længst, så måske værten skulle kigge lidt indad

- Michael Gaertner (7/5): Trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub - Die Lage im Ort und der Strand sind gut kurze Wege zum Einkaufen zm Strand und in die Restaurants. Die Sauberkeit war nicht so gut. Heizungsrohre ragten aus dem Fußboden, die Fugen der Dusche sind verschimmelt und das Wasser läuft nicht ab. Der einzige Schrank ist eine Garderobe

Buono anche il parcheggio, e servizi come tv, condizionatore e acqua calda in doccia La camera non era pulitissima , le lenzuola del letto avevano un cattivo odore di chiuso , come anche gli “utensili” da cucina . Mancava sia carta igienica che l’asciugacapelli che abbiamo richiesto ma non è mai arrivata;

- GIUSEPPINA (3/5): Pessima esperienza - La posizione. Praticamente è sul mare Pulizia molto approssimata. Stabile vecchio e male arredato. Assenza totale del minimo indispensabile per uso cucina. Pentolame vecchio e mal pulito. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

- Alenka (3/5): Lokacija super, odnos lastnikov pa pod vsakim nivojem - Lokacija je zelo dobra, blizu plaže, centra mesta, trgovine, pekarne, avtobusne postaje, restavracij V nastanitvi nas ni nihče pričakal, lastnik se ni oglašal na telefon. Dolgo je trajalo, da smo dobili ključ, do apartmaja nas je odpeljal fant, ki je tam na pičitnicah. Kljuka na zunanji strani vhodnih vrat apartmaja je takoj odpadla. Da smo lahko apartma zaprli, smo morali sami popraviti kljuko, saj je lastnik preko telefona rekel samo, da ne ve, kje naj zdaj dobi mojstra za popravilo. Daljinec za TV je bil brez baterij, police in predali prašni, jedilni pribor, krožniki in kozarci slabo pomiti. Od posode je bila samo en majhen lonec in džezva za kavo, kakšne ponve ali večjega lonca ni bilo. Bila so pa tri cedila in pokrovka brez lonca. Kopalnica je velika, tuš kabina pa že dolgo ni bila temeljito očiščena. Bila je polna vodnega kamna in umazanije v robovih. V celem tednu lastnika nismo srečali, v nastanitvi je bil samo starejši gospod. V celem tednu nas ni nihče vprašal, kako smo in ali mogoče kaj potrebujemo. Ob odhodu spet ni bilo nikogar, ključe smo pustili v vratih in odšli brez pozdrava. Ker nihče ni zahteval naših dokumentov, tudi prijavljeni nismo bili.

Peu de vaisselle : seulement deux coûteaux, deux fourchettes. Il n’y avait qu’un verre il a fallu en réclamer un qui est arrivé au bout de deux jours. Pas de passoire…
- Vedran (1/5): - Blizina mora. Iako je na Bookingu oznaceno da smjestaj ima privatni parking, na kraju sam o svojem trosku morao platiti tjednu parking kartu. I dok to napomenem vlasniku, dobijem bahati odgovor: "Ima koliko ima". Predzadnji dan pred odlazak sam nasao slobodno mjesto, parkirao unutar naznacenih parkirnih linija ali svejedno sam morao slusati naknadnu pamet da "Moram gledati liniju garaze i tako parkirati". Takodjer, Internet je uzasno spor, posebice navecer kada se na mrezu spoje svi gosti. Naravno, seljakluk i seljacke izjave tipa "Imamo puno sunca pa zbog puno vitamina D puno j....." ne zelim komentirati.

- Erich (8/5): Einfaches günstiges Appartment. - Lage ist gut, Appartement sehr einfach und abgewohnt, aber man hat alles wie beschrieben. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Preis-Leistung passt! Parkplätze zu wenig. In der Saison muss man unten am Strand parken. Ca. 300-400 Meter.

- Jaitip (3/5): Just a basic room to shower and sleep, no more expectations. - Hard to find anything to appreciate. Terrible experience. The microwave was just left outside of the room, unplugged, uncleaned. No hairdryer provided as described. The floor is very dusty and the bed sheets are not cleaned. WiFi basically has no signal at all. The owner is not responsive at all.

- Martín Andrés (1/5): Disgusting. We found the toilet dirty with human shit. Dont go to this place - We didnt like it We arrived and immediately noticed that the room had not been properly cleaned. The toilet was dirty, with human feces and urine stains on the lid. (I have photos to prove this.) The beds didn't feel clean either. It was obvious that the place had not been cleaned at all. We were never given any instructions on where to park our car. There was only one available spot, so we parked there - only to be yelled at and insulted the next morning by a man for having parked in that spot. The Wi-Fi didn't work either. Honestly, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. We spoke with the owner, and he sent us €20 as compensation, which I find completely inadequate - when you're on vacation, you expect at least basic hygiene standards when renting a place. I do not recommend this place to anyone

- Sara (1/5): Mal trato, limpieza e información que dan - Cogimos este sitio porque estaba cerca de Split en coche y era el mejor a nivel precio y estaba disponible de forma rápida. Cuando llegamos estaba todo en obra, muebles por los rellanos, polvo, ruido de obra, del que no habían avisado. Dentro, la habitación parecía limpia, pero en el baño encontramos pelos en la ducha y gomillas de pelo usadas de otros huéspedes, así que tan limpia no estaba... Lo peor fue que no ponía en ningún sitio que había un horario para poder entrar en las habitaciones. Salimos a cenar y volvimos 00,15h y estaba el edificio cerrado, estuvimos 1h intentando llamar al alojamiento, timbre, todo... nos veíamos durmiendo en la calle. Al cogernos el teléfono por fin en la madrugada, nos echaron la bronca además diciéndonos que era tarde, cuando llevábamos intentando entrar horas. Nos dijeron que la hora máxima para poder llegar de noche era 23,30h algo que no pone ni en su página de Booking ni en la puerta del hotel ni nada. Muy malas vibras a nivel general, de limpieza y de trato.

- Šimunek (5/5): - Ubytovanie sa nachádza v tichej oblasti blízko pláže. Rýchly a bezproblémový check-in a vlastné parkovisko. Priemerné ubytovanie s nefunkčným vybavením. Sporák/varič nefungoval a rýchlovarná kanvica by možno aj fungovala no vyzerala byť v hroznom stave. Postele boli príliš mäkké ale to asi závisí od preferencií. Nepríjemnou skúsenosťou bol aj ranný check-out, nasadali sme do auta keď k nám dobehol majiteľ s tým že aby sme preparkovali auto lebo on nemá kde parkovať a miesto kde stojíme, je jeho. Nebol by s tým problém nakoľko sme odchádzali, ale ten arogantný tón si mohol odpustiť a miesto toho aby nám navrhol nejaké iné miesto ako správny ubytovateľ iba opakoval, že to je jeho miesto a že ho nezaujíma kde budeme stáť.

Właściciel który się nie pojawił ani razu. Klucze były w drzwiach (info sms-em), nie było zameldowania. Czy ten obiekt powinien oferować pokoje w tym momencie? Wymarzone miejsce na letni wypoczynek...

Cooker hood greasy and the filter hanging through the grating with the weight of dirt. Old oil left in a stinking pot. Bread left in cupboard dated from over a month before we arrived. Unwashed plates in cupboard. Cutlery in drawer sticky to the touch with grease.The owner's response to the selection of pictures we sent was to blame the cleaner. The bed looked clean, but we didn't take the chance. We had booked it to be near the airport for an early morning flight. We napped, fully cothed on top of the bed just in case.

Our air conditioner had not been cleaned in a while. When we got back for the day there was black stuff all over one of the beds underneath the ac unit. The host changed the sheets. WiFi didn't work the first night as well.

- Mingsen (8/5): Nice for staying overnight, i would say the sea view is just better than without :) - Supermarkets, restaurants and bus station nearby, the train station is not very far away. It is better to rent a car to stay here. I can hear the sound from something at the beach at night (sounds like sonar signal, not sure), but it's not a bad experience for me. The shower drainpipe runs quite slowly, and the hot water also needs minutes to purge all the cold water in the pipeline. No wifi, and the mobile signal (A1 and HT) is quite week even at the balcony.

- Daniel (7/5): - The host was kind to text us his location even after midnight. Our flight by Iberia was cancelled and we needed to find a lodge/hotel to sleep after midnight by Split airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk did not want to keep our luggage for a few hours after check out.
