• romina (9/5): Nel cuore di Malaga - La posizione perché a piedi arrivi ovunque, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei Proprietari. Il posto non era rumoroso come descritto in alcune recensioni, abbiamo riposato bene. L'appartamento ha vicino: supermercati, negozi, farmacie, parrucchiere.... Con qualche piccola attenzione sull'attrezzatura e sulla pulizia diventerebbe perfetto

On several occasions, people knocked on our window asking for money, which was honestly frightening, especially at night. This is not the kind of place where you can relax or feel secure. The common areas were messy, with laundry hanging in the hallway, creating a very poor first impression. Cleanliness was also below expectations – the whole place felt neglected rather than prepared for guests. Overall, we did not feel safe, and that overshadowed everything else. Instead of a relaxing stay, it was a stressful experience. I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. • Alexandra (8/5): Bastante buena - Estaba todo muy limpio y teníamos cosas básicas que en cualquier lado podrías necesitar (bastantes mantas/utensilios de cocina/calefacción..) y las instrucciones bastante claras Su ubicación, coincidimos con gente que se quedaba en los pisos de al lado que no eran respetuosos.

• Carlos Andrés (10/5): - Estaba todo muy bien. Fácil de ubicar y tenía de todo. Solo echamos en falta un microondas como posible mejora pero por lo demás estaba fantástico a unos 15 minutos andando del centro.

• Giorgia (8/5): - Ottima posizione, circa 20 min a piedi dal centro e fermate dell’autobus nelle vicinanze. Presenza di aria condizionata e lavatrice (molto apprezzata). Supermercati nelle vicinanze. Struttura pulita. Prezzo più che onesto. Si potrebbero migliorare gli utensili della cucina.

• Mariajbferreira (4/5): Desagradável - Ser central e estar perto de tudo. Durante a viagem andamos sempre a pé. Único ponto a favor. Antes da viagem, entramos em contacto com o proprietário para que o check in fosse realizado às 14h, no qual respondeu que sim. Tal não aconteceu, tivemos de estar mais de 40 minutos à espera, no calor. Tivemos de enviar várias mensagens para pressionar o proprietário. Na véspera do último dia, enviamos mensagem a questionar como seria com a chave, muito prestável respondeu que podíamos deixar na cozinha e que tinhamos de sair às 10h, quando durante a reserva tínhamos verificado que o check out seria até às 11h. Referimos isso por mensagem e o proprietário só respondeu " ok, até às 10h30 " . É lamentável, uma atitude muito triste. Em relação ao apartamento, pouco limpo e cama demasiado desconfortável.
• Giulia (2/5): Very poor - 20 minute walk from center really regretted this booking, was not clean at all! the first day everything went well, i saw a couple marks on the walls but nothing too concerning, the second day we decided to cook at home, just some fish and chips that we bought, not many utensils but just the necessity. the problem was when we went in the bedroom and found A HUGE COKROACH ALIVE near the bed . we found already in the house the spray for killing it and we killed it. the windows were closed all day so it came from inside the house. I contacted the owner but NO RESPONSE. nothing, we couldn’t wait to leave. another thing the towels and tea towels stank. oh and the window in the bedroom doesn’t close.
• Andrey (1/5): Host didn't accept me, and didn't return money. Do not get in the trap - Host didn't accept me, because repair in the Appartment. He also didn't return money for this case. Travelers, be aware and don't get in the trap with this Property
• Adam (2/5): Nice price, but location, peace during the night and bed bugs dont justify it. - Nice apartment, generally well equiped. Kitchen, fridge etc were working. There was also wifi. Sketchy location. You can't sleep at night, as it is located in the ghetto and people are partying outside often until 3am. For example, during our stay, they would do motorbike races with little children running around until 4am. You can't catch any sleep. Also in one of the beds there were bed bugs. I was bitten and even by accident brought some of them back to my apartment and had to call specialists. Price was great, but in the future I am willing to spend a little more to avoid lack of sleep and bed bugs. Also in the corridor somebody stole one of my father's towels.
