• Irantzu (4/5): Decepcionante - Lo único que gustó fue la ubicación, aunque en Alicante se puede ir caminando a todos los sitios. A la casa le faltaban cosas esenciales, como trapos de cocina, había cafetera pero sin especificar qué tipo de cafetera (de cápsulas y sin un par de cápsulas siquiera; llevamos café molido pero no había cafetera italiana, no venía nada especificado) no había tampoco jabón para fregar, gel de baño, papel de cocina o incluso papel de váter, ya que solo había 1 rollo para 4 personas y una estancia de 3 días. Creo que son cosas más que esenciales que a los huéspedes nos gustaría encontrarnos cuando llegamos a un alojamiento; un mínimo de detalle y sentido común. Además, la casa tenía un olor continuo a cerrado y humedad, aun ventilando. Y la pared de la casa estaba llena de pintadas. Tampoco son formas el recibir un mensaje dando las gracias por la estancia y "recordando que tengo que poner un 10 al alojamiento"; denota falta de profesionalidad. En general, decepcionante.

En la cocina nos dejaron una cafetera pero no nos dejaron ni sobres de café o azúcar para preparar El apartamento olía muchísimo a humedad Abrimos las ventanas y de todo y todos los días seguía con el olor a humedad Tenías lavadora pero lo mismo que en la cocina no dejaron jabón ni nada! Quizás son cosas a la que estoy acostumbrada a encontrar en los alojamientos en los que me he quedado! Pero en general bien la verdad!

• Nicole (4/5): Okay for a short stay but it’s not the most comfortable. - It had good facilities such as cooking equipment and a washing machine although there was no bath mat, tea towels or detergents to use. It was very noisy despite it being a quieter area with no bars, pubs or restaurants. The windows were right next to the footpath/street so you could hear every little sound throughout the night such as people walking/talking, footsteps, cars, dogs etc. the room smelt and felt very damp as there is not a lot of ventilation. One room is very bright as it has no curtains and I had to hang up a spare towel to block out the street light that was shining through. The key is also tricky to use, we had to call the property manager to help us unlock the door and he was nice enough to come show us how to use it but it still took several times to get used to it.
• Luca (8/5): Consigliato, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Non vicinissimo al centro, ma per chi vuole con una camminata di un quarto - Casetta piccola e accogliente. Luoghi abbastanza puliti e dotata di comfort base per viverci una vacanza Nulla da dire…se proprio dovessi dire qualcosa, probabilmente letto in camera doppia matrimoniale da rivedere.

• Oktawia (1/5): - Lokalizacja nie była zła. Niestety lista jest długa. Nie oczekiwalyśmy cudów za taką cenę ale było koszmarnie. W apartamencie były robaki, brudne podłogi, śmierdziało w całym apartamencie stęchlizną. W szafie były oznaki wilgoci, brodzik przeciekał.

• Belén (8/5): Agradable correcta - Bien todo en orden fácil check in. La limpieza escasa las paredes blancas llenas de manchas da aspecto de suciedad y bayetas sucias en un armario para eso es mejor tirarlas.

Había netflix, disney etc. Difícil aparcar, la cama suena mucho cada vez que te mueves, está todo apretado y muy ajustado, había algunas arañas, y había algunas cosas rotas como la manguera del baño y el tope de la puerta del baño. Además, no había canales de TV (al ir en nochevieja, fue un punto negativo). También, se escuchan bastante los ruidos y la gente de la calle.

• Valbuena Rubio (1/5): - Muy bien decorado Estaba súper sucio olía a humedad que no podíamos respirar debajo del sofá una manta de pelusa en el armario no pudimos meter la ropa porque estaba lleno de humedad la televisión no funcionaba telas de araña en las ventanas y en el techo ,los nórdicos sin cambiar la fregona olía a podrido y el baño en la parte del inodoro el suelo asqueroso si hubiera estado limpio sería fantástico

• Anna (8/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko do centrum, aneks kuchenny, czysto. Uszkodzone łóżko dwuosobowe, mieszkanie na parterze, ale są kraty w oknach i dość spokojna okolica.
• Paul (7/5): Get what you pay for - Was good value for money for the location. 15 mins walk to the beach & amenities nearby are good. Cleanliness wasn't great. Mattresses are really firm, only 1 tiny pillow each & double bed squeaks ridiculously loudly! Provided 4 towels, but no hand towels for the bathroom or any cloths etc to wash up with.

• PIVOTECK INSTALACIONES SL (1/5): PESIMA EN TODOS LOS SENTIDOS. - Nada, el apartamento que nos dieron era pésimo todo lleno de humedades, las paredes mojadas por filtraciones oliendo todo a humedad. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la televisión tampoco. No hicieron nada por solucionarlo. No nos gustó nada, las fotografias son engañosas, todo lleno de humedades que podian crecer champiñones!! Era un bajo tipo sotano, que eso no lo dicen, con lo cual quedaba a la altura de la calle siendo muy ruidoso. Ofertan algo que no es. El dueño quedaba para ir a solucionarlo y luego no aparecía. Le solicitamos factura que necesitábamos y no la enviaron, se quedan con el IVA que te cobran de la estancia.

• Rosario (8/5): - Buena ubicación para moverte por Alicante.Cuando llegamos había un taburete roto y enseguida vino el chico y nos trajo 4 sillas nuevas

• Costa (6/5): Satisfatória para estadias curtas - Estava limpo, tinha os utensílios necessários, tinha guarda sol, transportes perto, supermercados (spar e Mercadona) perto, a anfitriã era acessível. A porta de um quarto não fechava, o ar condicionado pingava, uma das janelas do quarto não tinha persianas e a luz entrava, a cama de casal fazia barulho.

• Sally (9/5): Well proportioned space for 4 - Clean and spacious accommodation. Well equipped kitchen and great bathroom. It was slightly noisy as ground floor straight onto pavement.

• Johanna (9/5): Cozy and nice - Beautiful kitchen, spacious bathroom. Place was clean and there were everything we needed. Heating was very good, it was nice and warm inside even the temperature dropped outside! Easy check-in with a code. Street is not especially noisy, like no bars nearby, but of course you hear the traffic throughout the night, since its in the middle of the city. Many grocery stores and cafes nearby, city centre at walking distance, two bus lines right behind the corner. Peaceful neighbourhood, we had no problems. It was difficult to open the front door, BUT the host was very kind and came to show us how to do it. Due the weather, the humidity was high also inside the apartment, so the towels take forever to dry. We were not able to find the channels from TV.
