The property do not respond to sms, phone call, email, booking.com message. The email address is clearly a random burner account, and the phone number given is not a Swiss or even European number. If you go to the apartment location (only a street name is given, no specific address) you will not find the apartment, as it does not exist. The photos are fake and clearly not from the street listed.
• Mihigo (1/5): Accomodation was not provided yet I fully paid. I demand full refund for this booking it was a fraud - Nothing to like!!! The Apartment did not exist. The host was not picking up calls. The phone number provided was not for Switzerland; it was for Morocco. I arrived at the location and sat on the roadside for 5 hours. I finally had to book another apartment! Awful experience!!! I demand a full refund. The Apartment does not exist. I didn't find it. The owner was not picking up calls. Later, the owner picked the call about FIVE hours after my arrival, and he said Booking.com had cancelled my stay because there was no water in the apartment. But I did not receive any information about the cancellation. I travelled to the location indicated on booking.com, but there was no apartment. The Google Map took me to a crossroads, and there was no building. The phone number provided was not for Switzerland; it was for Morocco. This apartment should be removed from the website. I feel coned, my money should be returned in full.

The phone number listed was Moroccan, and no one answered my calls or responded to my messages. No check-in instructions were ever provided, and nobody from the property management contacted me. Upon arrival at the supposed location, I found nothing resembling the listed property. Local café employees mentioned that many others had also searched for these apartments without success, further confirming that this is a scam. Due to this, I had to book another hotel at the last minute, incurring much higher costs and significant stress. I strongly advise avoiding this listing, as it appears to be fraudulent. Be cautious and verify property details thoroughly before booking.
• Ali (10/5): Good, quite and big place, recommend it - Big place, clean, friendly people, complete kitchen. Nothing, if they had put the building number it will be easier to find.
