• Ivy GUEGAN (9/5): A beautiful and spotless hotel with exceptionally helpful staff and a convenient location - The hotel is absolutely beautiful and spotless; I was deeply impressed by how clean everything was. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I ended up having some wonderful interactions with them before I left. The location is only about a 10-minute walk to the ski center, which made everything convenient. On the downside, the toilet seat in my room had some issues, and the shower water wasn't quite hot enough for a relaxing soak after a long day of skiing. However, these were relatively minor issues, and overall I still had a great experience.

Od samog prijema uz nasmijanu i prijatnu Adelu do restorana i usluge Adina. Profesionalno a ujedno prijateljski. Hrana ukusna. Sve pohvale za kuhare i konobare👍 I bitno...ako trebate, želite učiti skijati tu je opet Adela🫶- sve u sklopu hotela. Za minutu vas zove Amar iz #ski_head_academy dogovor za sve 👍👍 Iznajmljivanje opreme, satnica,instruktori učenja. Sve pohvale za instruktoricu Iman🫶👍 -preporučujem👍 Vikend za čistu 10. Od uživanja u hotelu do uživanja na snijegu. Dolazimo opet👍

• Halilovic (10/5): Jako smo zadovoljni i toplo preporucujemo ovaj hotel i drugima. - Dorucak je bio dobar, nije pretjeran izbor hrane, ali ono sto se serviralo je bilo jako ukusno. Posebno su mi se svidjeli heljdini ustipci svaki dan. Vidjela sam neke goste sa psom u sobi. Nadam se da su to odvojene sobe, i da ne koriste sve raspolozive sobe kao "pet friendly".

• Maro (8/5): - Ljubazno osoblje, pogotvo djevojka na recepciji. Kreveti su jako udobni. Generalno čistoća apartmana nije bila bas na razini. Nije bilo strašno neuredno i/ili prljavo, ali je djelovalo kao da je obrisano samo površno, 10 min prije nego sto smo dosli. Glavna zamjerka je sto smo imali posude u apratmanu koje je spremljeno kao čisto, a nije bilo čisto.

• Nihad (4/5): - Nisu imali krevetic za dijete od 3 godine. Trazili smo par puta od gospodjice na recepciji, samo je govorila naci cemo nesto, medjutim niko nista. Apartman je pun prasine, prljavo, morali smo sami sebi cistiti. Nasli smo dlaku u hrani, ako nesto narucite donesu vam totalno nesto drugo. Naplate Pizzu po skupljoj cijeni a daju vam pogresnu Pizzu koja je po jeftinoj cijeni. Katastrofa. Ne dolaze uopste da ociste sobu, smece da izbace ili da promijene peskire. Preskupo a katastrofa.

• Adin (5/5): - Austattung Parkplatz Ausblick aus dem Zimmer Die Hygiene war mangelhaft. Das Warmwasser war maximal für eine Person. Die zweite Person musste warten bis es wieder Warmwasser gibt und dann schnell duschen.
• Raimondo (9/5): - This spacious and modern apartment is clean and has a rational use of space, as well as two wardrobes for your clothes. The receptionist is friendly and dedicated. There are parking spaces available in front of the building. Breakfast is in line with local standards. Babin Do and the ski resort are within walking distance. However, if you need to take your ski equipment with you, it might be better to take the car to get closer to the lifts.

В пешей доступности ресторанов достаточно. Нет светильников у кровати. В спальне есть только верхний свет, и приходится вставать, чтобы его включить или выключить.

• Jure (9/5): Great stay over a new year - A spacious and modernly furnished pet-friendly apartment, with the option of breakfast and proximity to the ski slope (less than a 10-minute walk). Additional activities for children (table tennis, billiard, foosball, darts), good WIFI connection. Extremely friendly restaurant manager. The plates and glasses in the restaurant could have been cleaned more.

• Kristijan (3/5): The hotel location was great, food was good and some of the staff were really kind and helpful. All in all the hotel nee - Property had a great location. A walking distance to ski resorts. Our server (we didn’t catch his name but he wore adidas gazele shoes)was great, and the food was good thanks to the lady chef that was extremely kind and friendly. What we didn’t like about the property was that the advertisement of the amenities which didn’t exist. Such as spa, gym, pool,etc Since there was a lot of snow, road to the hotel was not cleared so it was hard to park at the hotel. The room it self was clean however there was no cable TV (again it was advertised on the website), we had trouble connecting to the WiFi, the batteries were missing in the remote, in multiple occasions there was no hot water, or electricity for a shot period of time. The hotel was way overpriced for what it had to offer.

• Amina (10/5): Exceptional - We checked into the Aparthotel Phoenix Bjelasnica at the beginning of December and spent four wonderful days there. The entire hotel is newly furnished, and the rooms are comfortable, equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen with all necessary amenities. There’s even a dishwasher and kitchen appliances like a toaster and kettle. The beds are very comfortable, and the heating works digitally, allowing you to stay warm and cozy during the cold season. There are plenty of parking spaces available, and the center (ski slope) is just a 5-minute walk away. We especially want to highlight the lobby and the restaurant. Chef Sifa truly has golden hands. We enjoyed delicious meals made from local ingredients every day and still rave about them. Unfortunately, the wellness/spa area was not yet completed, but the staff gave us a tour, and we were left with a promising impression of its future completion. We look forward to returning soon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a fantastic getaway in the snowy mountains!

• Leila (10/5): The stay was exceptional, with attentive staff, clean and spacious rooms, a prime location, and delicious breakfast opti - I had an amazing stay at this aparthotel! The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to key attractions but still peaceful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!
• Guillaume (2/5): Incompetent and dishonest staff - The apartment is modern, spacious, nice and clean. When i arrived i had to wait 10 minutes so they get the key. Entered the room, it was obviously much smaller with a convertible sofa instead of a bed. They changed my room for the good one. Temperature inside the room was like more than 30° degrees, no AC. No hot water, no wifi. They had to call a technician,in the end i went myself to the reception get the keys of a room to get the password for a working wifi because they where so helpless. One hour after my arrival i could enjoy the room. I was patient, that's a new hotel still in construction, i can understand that and they were actually trying to help. At this stage i wouldn't have complain. I went to sleep, the curtains could no stop the spotlight coming right at my window for the whole night and soundproofing was quite bad also. The following morning i went to the breakfast, sat on a table, a waiter came and asked me what i wanted, an expresso an orange juice and an omelette. Nothing that original for a breakfast. When i left the waiter asked me to pay for the coffee and the juice, 5€ ! I Was not included, i had to get to the self service machine that i didn't even seen and no one ever told me that. I paid, went to the reception, told them the story about their conception of "breakfast included" but that was my fault, when a waiter comes to you and ask what you want you should tell him to go away and search for a self service machine. Then i wanted to pay the room, they explain me that i needed to pay the tourist tax, i had just tipped my pin on the terminal and wanted to show them that the tourist tax was actually included in the price on booking but the guy from the reception then touch the "validate" button on the payment terminal ! I've been traveling for 2 month all over the Balkans never seem staff so arrogant, without any self-questionning than here. Everything single step from the check-in to the check-out was wrong, that's a performance.
• Matheus (4/5): A place to be aware - New facilities, good internet connection but no A/C. They hold my passport overnight without my consent alleging during check-in that they are need to type something in the system and would give back to me in my room in a few minutes, what didn’t happened. Next day I just felt it was an excuse to use it as a “secure deposit” and to be honest this annoyed me a lot, if you can’t trust someone to do business just ask for payment upfront, and it’s kinda illegal in 2024 cause it’s a government official document. Every hotel just print a copy of it or take a picture, or even asks for a payment in advance, not store and unsecured area. What if I had an emergency(could be medical) and had to leave the city or country immediately? What if someone stolen it how trouble would I be in next days of my trip? Sorry guys but this attitude is thumb down.
• Ian (7/5): Not bicycle friendly but great value - Good value for money and excellent facilities in the room. Not bicycle friendly. It cost a lot of time and effort to remove and repack luggage when the hotel was spacious with a lift. It was totally unnecessary. Also, the staff were not trained to take card payments which cost a lot of time when I was tired and wanted to sleep.
