• Federica (7/5): - Posizione comoda, ambiente pulito All'arrivo la camera era piuttosto fredda. Il riscaldamento era comunque acceso, per cui dopo un po' si è riscaldata

• Dr David (8/5): Luxurious apartment at a reasonable price. - Spacious unit, very well-appointed. Convenient to transport. Coffee machine with refilled capsules daily was a bonus. Check-in was a problem, partly due to the language barrier. Finally accessed the keys and had a problem with the door lock – more than once. Apparently this is typical of Italian locks, another resident explained.
• Eva (7/5): - La ubicación es buena, el apartamento es funcional. Voy a comentar lo mismo que he leído en otras reseñas y que nos ha pasado igualmente a nosotros. El propietario no responde a los mensajes y tienes la sensación de que te vas a quedar en la calle. Pero llamando al número de teléfono de la reserva, contestan inmediatamente, te abren la puerta del portal y te dicen el código del cajetín donde está la llave del apartamento. Solo funciona una de las dos resistencias de la vitro. Y lo peor es la puerta del baño, super incómodo para sentarse en el inodoro.
• Caitlin (7/5): Great! - The property was very central. Close to everything we could want and all of the main tourist attractions. Easy to find. The property was comfortable, clean and nice. Just check what kitchen appliances there are before booking to make sure it fits your needs.

• Antonio (4/5): Personalmente non ci tornerei. - Buona posizione ed alloggio gradevole. Riscaldamento scarso ( l'unica pompa di calore faceva molto rumore), casa pochissimo insonorizzata, (si sente tutto: chi cammina sopra e chiunque esce dal palazzo), bidet otturato, asse del water non fissato bene, doccia poco calda e getto d'acqua che è diventato freddo quasi subìto . Peccato l'ambiente interno a vista è molto bello e la casa molto pulita.
• Maria (6/5): Correcto para estancia breve - A unos 20 minutos del centro, un paseo que no se hace pesado. Estancia pequeña pero, para un fin de semana que estuvimos, correcto. El aire acondicionado hacía algo de ruido molesto y no salía mucha agua caliente en la ducha.

• Ken (2/5): Not great - Nothing Uncomfortable bed and pillows, cold water 2 out of 5 days we stayed there, mould in the bathroom, the toilet was hard to flush, the bathroom leaked into the hallway, the host was initially unresponsive to our complaint about the cold water and no compensation offered for the inconvenience

• Mirco (4/5): - L’appartamento ristrutturato e arredato di recente, è pulito e in una posizione centrale. Il problema principale è che l’appartamento era freddo, i caloriferi non funzionavano e non c’era acqua calda. Probabilmente un problema della caldaia. Può succedere… il fatto è che ho contattato i proprietari per segnalare il problema e non ho avuto risposta. Inoltre lo scarico del bidet non funzionava adeguatamente. Aggiungo che avevo scritto qualche giorno prima per comunicare l’orario di arrivo e non ho mai ricevuto risposta.

• Iva (6/5): It was just ok, but we wouldnt book again - The hosts dont awnser the messages until its time for payment! And they dont even write in english! My booking was for sunday and after unanwsered mesaages we called them, they told us they dont look at messages on sundays! Very unprofessional! Even though the apartment was nice and clean, the water cister in the bathroom was so weak you could barely fush the toilet. The bedroom window you dont want to opet because right in front are 3 trash containers.

• Pastore (7/5): Casa accogliente, basta pochissimo per renderla perfetta. - Gestori disponibili e cortesi, posizione favorevole a pochi passi dal centro, casa pulita. Internet non funzionava; avendo poco segnale in casa non potevo usare l’hotspot, a meno che non mi spostassi vicino alla finestra. La casa è al piano terra, con affaccio su una strada tranquilla. Il problema è il cassonetto dell’immondizia posizionato proprio davanti alla finestra. Inoltre, l’aria condizionata è piuttosto rumorosa. Riconosco di non aver sollevato le criticità con i gestori perchè ho pernottato solo una notte.

I would go again. Communication unfortunately only in italian I didn't get a reply to my message about early check out. But it wasn't a problem to leave early. The owners are very kind. A piece of advice, if you go to sleep earlier than 22.00, you can expect noise from the street on Friday night.

• Evgenia (8/5): Very tidy, great cozy and central location, a bit chilly inside :) - Very tidy apartment with great and cozy location - in the city center, yet not too central :) I also loved the coffee machine and some complimentary coffee capsules! I haven't got instructions on how to get the keys prior to my arrival, so I had to phone the host. It was also quite cold inside of the apartment, but I guess it's how the buildings are in Italy, constructed to keep it cool inside during the heat outside :)

• Luisa (10/5): Cozy place to stay in Bologna - I highly recommend it! Perfect apartment for short stay in Bologna, very cozy, near the city center but on a quiet neighborhood. There is no pictures from the kitchen, but it is good and well equipped. We were really happy with our stay here :) Wi-Fi is slow, so I wouldn’t recommend if you are searching for a place to work remotely.

• Lobley (10/5): Clean and modern! - The apartment was sparkling clean and beautifully furnished. It was better than I expected with a cute courtyard too. Check in was easy with a coded lock to get the key. Bed was comfortable, bathroom brand new. Highly recommend! Located in a calm and quiet area of Bologna with food options nearby. The owner didn’t speak English but it worked well enough to use google translate to converse over whatsapp. The door lock is a bit stiff so it takes a bit of jiggling of the key to open the door but that’s fine.
