Important Information
The simple tidying up of the room with towel change takes place free of charge every two days, on the fourth day the sheets and towels are also changed. Extraordinary tidying up with change of sheets and towels has an additional cost of 15 euros and must be communicated by 9 am on the same day.
People in wheelchairs must communicate their advance notice so that we can set up a platform at the entrance to the building to overcome the three steps present. People with visual disabilities can download the BLIND TAG SCANNER app to be able to scan the special tags present right from the main entrance of the structure and which provide all the information to be able to move independently.
Check in after 6pm is not always possible. You have to make a request and wait to find out the availability and any surcharge.
Check out after 10 am is not always possible. This need must be communicated in advance and availability must be assessed based on the calendar. May be charged up to the full cost of the room based on the requested check out time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- maria (9/5): - La posizione della struttura: è vicina al centro storico della città e alla vitalità di via Toledo, pur restando in una zona tranquilla. Le persone che tí accolgono sono gentili e disponibili. La stanza dove ho alloggiato è ben arredata e confortevole. Difficile trovare qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto
- Marta (10/5): Perfetto - Tutto. La struttura é a pochi minuti a piedi da Via Toledo e da Via dei Tribunali. Comodissima per visitare la città e le sue principali attrazioni. I ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. La camera é pulita e spaziosa, come anche il bagno. Tutta la struttura é accessibile per persone su sedia a rotelle (c’è una pedana mobile per accedere allo stabile).

- Gretushy (7/5): Convenient stay for a short visit to Napoli - The location of the property is perfect for walking anywhere in Naples, the fact that there is a supermarket just opposite is also super handy! It's clean, cosy and very convenient for a short stay. The rooms are a lot smaller than expected and small details like not providing drinking water could be improved. Also highly recommend that the staff notify people in advance of the 4.50 Euro tourist tax they collect per day (and only in cash) so that travellers can have the money handy, instead of waking someone up who'd travelled for 12 hours just to get to an ATM to get that small fee.

Despite the location, it all felt very safe, with multiple gates locking the property. The room was very clean, with towel changes every two days. I highly doubt there is a better place to stay in Napoli.
