• Isobel (6/5): Because of the stairs and the lack of information it’s not ideal for older people such as myself.the location is excelle - The location was great. Close to the station, the town centre and the beach. There were no instructions at all. Nothing re the TV, the heating or the cooktop.
• Katsi Pei Ling (9/5): Lovely little flat with plenty of natural light. - Close to town and where I needed to be for 4 days No oven mitts (unless I was blind. Otherwise everything was pretty much in order. Was advised to lock the main communal/entrance door but this is not possible due to the door either being wonky or somehow not fitting the frame so the lock doesn’t physically lock. People seem to leave it on the latch even though it doesn’t lock.
• marek (7/5): - Dogodna lokalizacja, blisko stacji kolejowej. Duży salon i sypialnie. Duża kabina prysznicowa. Zameldowanie jest możliwe od 3 pm. Byliśmy tam o 3 pm i apartament nie był posprzatany po poprzednich gościach, mimo że uprzedzaliśmy że będziemy o 3 pm. Po inaszej nterwencji przyszły panie sprzątające i sprzątały już podczas naszego pobytu. Wąskie łóżka. Zbyt miękkie materace, czuć każde poruszenie się drugiej osoby w łóżku. Brak suszarki sznurkowej by po prysznicu powiesić ręczniki do wyschnięcia. W łazience brak półek na kosmetyki ( apartament jest dla 4 osób), oraz brak wieszaków na ręczniki w okolicy prysznica. W kuchni nieporęczny stół do posiłków, lepszy byłby zwykły stół i 4 krzesła. Wieczorem w sypialniach bardzo przeszkadza głośny wentylator innego budynku/ mieszkania, który jest za oknami sypialni.

• Stéphanie Smagghe (7/5): Appartement très bien - sauf les lits. - L'appartement est chouette, spacieux et bien aménagé. Le salon est confortable, la cuisine et la salle de bain également. Les chambres sont grandes. Les lits n'étaient pas du tout confortables, un vrai trampoline. C'est dommage car l'appart est super. Mais dormir en vacances, c'est très important, c'est donc un gros point négatif.

• Carol (9/5): Lots of room and a good location. - A large, comfortable, spacious apartment. Maybe a little bit tired, but reflected in the price. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the station. Would stay here again. The lockbox was a bit sticky to open and caused a bit of frustration until we got the knack how to open it.

• Rae (5/5): Passable - lovely size apartment feel radiators not right size or need changed to double ones due to size of rooms and high ceilings was very cold in the apartment as issue with bathroom window taken a shower and window wouldn't stay shut water lovely and warm but could air blowing on you while having shower was not fun the issue with bathroom window and not being able to get warm when we sat in the flat had to be under duvets was a cold weekend with the storm and didn't feel flat got warm properly

• Murphy (7/5): Great location - Location is excellent, very close to numerous shops, bars, restaurants, take-aways etc. On-street parking right outside the door. Well equipped. The street door is swollen and isn't closing, but there is a second door into the apartment itself so we felt ok. There was a strong smell when we first entered which we cleared by opening windows. The bed we slept in was incredibly firm and not the most comfortable.

• Sarah (8/5): Dalblair Apartment Review - Central location with shops, restaurants, and pubs close by. Big apartment with 2 good-sized bedrooms and a big bathroom with a shower. The apartment was clean and tidy and had zero noise from neighbouring apartments. The beds are small doubles and are comfy. Good kitchen facilities. Nothing to do with the hosts or apartment, but I think we arrived in seagull nesting season, and that means they don't sleep, ever. The apartment is up two steep flights of stairs, which wasn't a problem for us but would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. The lights in one of the bedrooms and the kitchen didn't work and we couldn't get the TV to work. Again, this wasn't a massive issue for us.

• Nicholas (1/5): Would not stay again - Location Filthy apartment, black long hair hair smeared all over the worktops, hair and dust all over the floor, urine stained all over the side of the toilet and more black hair in the bed. Shower did not drain, lights did not work in the main bedroom, blinds broken and dirty, no lighting in the stairwell up to the apartment which was also disgustingly dirty.

• Mary (5/5): Most likely wouldn't stay again. - Good location. Lots of DvD and games should we have chosen to use them. Broken storage tray in fridge, broken drawer front, clock with no battery, someone had left their underwear in one of the bedside drawers, small beds, light on in hallway that lit up one of the bedrooms all night, slow draining shower, no hand soap in bathroom (just a bottle of hand sanitiser), noisy fans or something outsodr the bedroom window that go all night. The on street parking is minimal. Hole above door that's stuffed with toilet roll and we weren't warned about the locksmith who was coming to fix the front door on our first night who buzzed up to us to speak about the door, not ideal when you're trying to sleep at half 11 or whatever time it was!
• Hazel (7/5): Decent stay, location great - Great location, centre of town. It was cold, didn't find any instructions to put heating on. Some bits and pieces around the apartment didn't work e.g. the bedroom light, no remote control for the TV in bedroom.

• Mary (5/5): Exhausted - Location good, close to all shops and amenities, Wouldn't recommend to friends aged 50 or above with health problems or very young children, toddlers or babies in prams, due to steep and winding stairs, that has no hand rail on right hand side, the wide side of the stair, needed a good clean, hair blocking shower and toilet seat broken, curtains marked, wardrobe s, unsuitable as spare bed in one and spare linen in other so no room to hang clothes, and dust everywhere,, not for me, very noisy due traffic and environment

• Peter (7/5): Great Location if you don't need Live TV - Location, Location, Location. Perfect for the purpose of our trip to attend a concert at The Gaiety Theatre and visit with friends The beds were not, in our opinion, not full size single beds, There were what's known as three quarter beds which makes it uncomfortable for two grown adults to share the same bed, We had to end us using both beds in separate rooms. Also there was no Live TV available . The TV is managed via an Amazon Firestick which uses Apps and unless you want to expose your own personal login details you cannot watch live TV other than Sky News. I would have expected that the TV Apps would have had a generic login. I dont mean for Amazon or Netflix but iPlayer or TV Hub

• Alistair (10/5): Excellent flat with lots of space in a great location - Fantastically central location with many excellent shops, restaurants and bars within 150 yards. Slight disadvantage was that overnight (paid) parking was 150 yards away.

• Elizabeth (3/5): disappointing - it took us from 3pm till 7pm to try and get the keys when we finally did half the day was away the tv had no areal so had no tv the stairs was so bad and should have been told how high up it was so once you were in there was nothing to do or watch we called the landlord about 6 times but no reply it was so bad would not recommend
