Short walk down the hill into town. Close to the airport. Good value. The small pool area at the back could do with some refreshing. A mid week bathroom clean and fresh towels and wc rolls would have been nice.

- Katarzyna (10/5): - Apartament ładny przestronny z trzema sypialniami każda sypialnia ma swoje łazienkę i klimatyzacjie oraz bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia z salonem.Bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem było zmiana pościeli w trakcie pobytu i wymiana ręczników 😄Jedynie dostęp do grilla trochę nie komfortowy można było pomyśleć o przestrzeni wydzielonej na grilla gdzie można spokojnie usiąść i grillować rybkę trochę nie przyjmie stać na wejściu do garażu Jeżeli chodzi o basen był rewelacyjny do wykorzystania pod wieczór chłopcy nie chcieli wychodzić.Obawiałam się górki do obiektu i że będzie wysoko położony ale bardzo miło się zaskoczyłam ponieważ do centrum i morza było 5-7 minut taki miły spacer byliśmy bez samochodu ponieważ przylecieliśmy samolotem 😅 a spacer był bardzo przyjmny .Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy do obiektu. Jedynie dostęp do grilla można poprawić 😀

The washing machine provided allows for the dirt of sunbathing at the beach or on the rocks to be washed away so that each day starts fresh and clean. Excellent AC. Great shower. There is not a great deal of space round the pool. Some guests were rather loud when using the balconies. This is our third time at these apartments so there is not much that we do not like..

Great view from the main balcony. Really enjoyed having the swimming pool . The bus stop to Dubrovnik is quite close too. Great holiday home. CAVTAT is beautiful Nothing. Just be aware, it is hilly!
- Anna (10/5): Perfect! - Very good place. We stayed in 3 bedroom apartment, 3 teenagers and 2 adults, and there was enough space for all of us. Bathroom in every bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped, we stayed for 7 days and didn't feel like smth was missing. Balcony with mountain view, nice place to spend relaxing evening after active day. Apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the center with restaurants and souvenier shops. But you will have to climb stairs on the way back. It was not a problem for us but concider it if you have any issues with stairs. Host is very nice and very responsive. We had issues with wi-fi and air conditioner and it all was solved the same day. And they have iron! It is not mentioned in description so I brought my own 🤭 In general very good place. You will not regret if book it.
- Bennie (10/5): Great apartment - The apartment was very spacious and clean with all the facilities required. Additional towels were provided for the pool as well. The balcony was a bonus for sitting in the afternoon or evenings or for drying washing. Air conditioning was great as it was extremely hot during the stay. Quiet and safe area. The pool was lovely and clean and at a great temperature. The bedrooms were very good size with plenty of storage, all with ensuite, which provided good flexibility with a group of 5. . The apartments are clearly looked after and cleaned regularly, as was the pool. The host was easily contactable. The apartment was a 5-10 minute walk into town and close to everything you would need. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, (unless you have serious mobility issues as it is a steep hill back up from the town) There isn't anything to dislike.

- Shauna (8/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely spacious apartment with a small pool. Very clean. Host was very friendly as were the owners of neighbouring properties either side of us. Beds were comfy enough. Got clean towels and extra loo paper half way through our stay. Pool towels provided but not for beach use. Wash up liquid, bin bags, hand soap provided. Small kitchen area but it was fine for us - good kettle and toaster. The walk down to the beach/town was lovely but I hated the walk back! 2 lots of steps and a steep hill. It didn't spoil our holiday in any way but it was a bit of an effort in the heat!

The facilities were great, everything you needed including a washing machine. It’s well located for the centre of Cavtat as it’s only an 8 min walk down to the front via the steps or the road. The pool is a fabulous addition and harder to come by that close to the centre. The hosts were really welcoming and very helpful. Would stay here again!
- Judy (10/5): Excellent Family Apartments - We rented 3 of the 5 apartments and it worked really well for our family stay. The ground floor 3 bed apartment was great for gathering together and popping in and out from the pool. The host was really helpful and friendly. The kids loved the pool which many similarly priced apartments didn’t have. We would definitely recommend. It was great to be able to walk into the town although the hill was pretty steep. For anyone not so keen on the walk back it was easy to get a taxi or Uber.
- Giedrius (7/5): Holiday was too short... - Everything was quite OK, if you like cats (very interested in content of our plates), landing planes above your head (every 10-15 min. during day time) and hiking on a steep street to the city center and back (~10 min.). In general apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped - 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms + kitchen/dining room. Swimming pool was ready for us, though we used it just once. Warm sea is better. Location is calm (if no planes) and easy to find. Parking lot is just at the entrance. Terrace is rather small, but we managed bringing table there for evening meals. Just few minor notes for Niksa: if there is a dishwasher in apartment, there has to be a dishwasher tablets (we received 3 pcs. after request); dish set has to be doubled - we felt lack when dishes are in a dishwasher; if apartment is designed for 6 people there should be 6 wine glasses (but not 3 as we found, though received additional 2 after request); waste sacks are obligatory (we asked for them); detergent for clothes washing was not present on site (we purchased our own); coffee machine was defected and coffee filters were not matching it's size; some shelves in a bathroom appreciated (there is no horizontal surface where to put bathroom stuff).

- Joanna (9/5): You won't regret booking this apartment - The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Good location just 5 mins walk to Cavtat centre. Air con in every room, 3 modern lovely bathrooms! Small pool but never busy. We often had it to ourselves. Owner was very friendly and we had a nice bottle of wine as a gift.on arrival. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again. We arrived at 5ish and we had informed the owner in advance we would likely arrive before 6pm. Once landed we messaged to say we were there and would arrive shortly. He messaged back to say he couldn't meet us til 7.30pm. Caused a bit of panic that maybe the booking may not be legit etc (because we were tired and irrational!) and we had to float around in 30oC heat with all our bags and 3 tired children for 2 hours. He was very apologetic but maybe he could consider a lockbox for these situations? Says lockbox entry on the booking.com info but owner confirmed there wasnt one

- Maureen (9/5): Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment. - The apartment was about a 5 minute walk to the seafront. The walk back was definitely challenging in the July heat. We usually took the steps down and then walked back via the main road (10-15 minutes). We loved the apartment and would most definitely return here. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we received fresh towels after about 4 days. The washing machine was excellent and the pool area, whilst small, was lovely. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes up the hill. You can buy all the essentials here and it is exactly the same as the two supermarkets at the bottom of the hill. There is a fantastic bakery at the bottom of the steps and lots of choices for morning coffee. Everything about Cavtat is beautiful. We loved it and will most definitely be back! The bathroom towels could have been softer and a proper hairdryer would be better. Also a shower curtain in the bathroom with the bath. All of these things are very minor and in no way are meant to be a criticism of these fanastic apartments.

- Nils-petter (10/5): Very good and affordable stya - Very clean apartment with airconditioning and bathroom connected to every room. Excellent stay for two families with teenagers. extremly good value for the money. Very nice staff. The outside view is not that great.

- Lorna (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay in Cavtat. Very family orientated place with beautiful views. - Property had everything you would need. Property is up a very steep hill with a lot of steps. If you have any difficulties walking, this is not the best place to stay.
- Byron (9/5): Superb - Thought thus pkacecwas perfect for us, perched on the hill side its about a 5 min walk to cavtat centre. The walk back Is uphill and a challenge if you have mobility issues so bear that in mind but its perfect for burning off the holiday food and drinks. Niksa arranged an airport transfer for us both ways. And a welcome bottle of wine wa a lovely touch. I'd stay here again

- Paul (9/5): Great apartment with pool in good location. - Great 3 bed 3 bathroom apartment in a good location. 10 mins walk to the centre of Cavtat. The pool was fab and we often had it to ourselves. Very clean and comfortable.
