Helpfully all 3 double bedrooms are of equal, generous proportions so no one felt like they had been squeezed in. As a family of 4, it was just the perfect place to relax after wandering the island. The location is super accessible and the view is amazing. We had an amazing time there. 100% recommend to book it. There was nothing "run down" or otherwise out of sorts. It was a fantastic home to stay in, just wish we had been able to stay longer! I can't think of anything that we didn't like. I guess, if we're getting real picky, the stairs were a bit hard to navigate; if you struggle going up and down stairs, this may not be the right place for you.

• Pak (10/5): A Memorable Stay at Stratheyre Cottage - We very much appreciated that the owners, Adam and Caitlin, provided an accommodation which was well-equipped, with many facilities at Stratheyre Cottage. The Cottage was well maintained and very nicely decorated. It was very clean and tidy, spotless and cosy. It must be one of the best accommodation we experienced. Following the directions given by the owners, the Cottage was easy to find. The location was not too remote and the surroundings were amazing, peaceful with stunning scenary. And, quess what? A welcoming gift of a bottle of white wine and tea cakes was thoughtfully left in the kitchen for us! There was nothing we didn't like!
