• Sabrina (9/5): Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen gerne weiter. - Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen. Ganz nah zum Strand, zum Hafen und zur Altstadt :) Sie sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, sauber und gemütlich. Alessia ist eine freundliche Ansprechpartnerin. Es hat alles funktioniert. Dank Online-Übersetzer ist die Absprache per WhatsApp super einfach. Es ist klasse, dass es Schirme und Stühle für an den Strand gibt, so muss man nicht zwingend etwas mieten. Die weiteren Kosten für 8 Nächte für 2 Personen lagen bei ca. 65€ für Bettwäsche Handtücher und co. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine auf dem Dach und genug Platz und Möglichkeiten, um die Wäsche zu trocknen. Es gibt in ca. 300m Entfernung einen buchbaren überwachten Parkplatz. Die Kosten liegen bei 10€ pro Tag. Kurzes Halten zu be- und entladen war immer problemlos möglich. Es hat uns alles gefallen, mini kleine Abstriche: Meerblick gab es keinen (aber da man nur 50m zum Strand hat ist das ok ;) und einen Grill wie angegeben gibt es auch nicht. Blick von der Dachterasse nach vorne und hinten als Bilder anbei. Die Klimaanlage kühlt ausreichend allerdings nicht übermäßig. Was man wissen sollte: man gelangt nicht über die Wohnung auf die Dachterasse sondern über den privaten Hausflur. Uns persönlich hat das gut gefallen, da der Flur und das Dach gut aufheizen und die Wohnung selber so kühler bleibt. Im Bad gibt es einen Schalter neben der Steckdose mit der man den Durchlauferhitzer ausschalten kann, falls einmal nur kaltes Wasser kommt ;) Den Müll stellt man nach Plan selber raus (da man sowieso immer runter geht um das Haus zu verlassen kein Problem)
• Daniel (9/5): Mit ein paar wenigen Abstrichen ein wirklich tolles Apartment in spitzen Lage - Zimmer war tipptopp. Lage sensationell, Strand, Café, Stadtzentrum direkt vor dem Apartement. Unterhalb ist eine Pizzeria, der macht nachts einigen Lärm.

• Vladimira (9/5): Superb - Great location, just step from the sea, downstairs very tasty pizza, coffee and croissant next door, close to supermarket. This appartment was really the nicest one we had in italy ( Sicily, Sardegna) in last 8 years!! Everything was nice, new equipment from Ikea, really nice bathroom with very good water pressure, super clean after our arrival. There was also some beach toys for our children. There is a beach umbrella and chair in the appartment (we didn't use it). Kitchen was good equipped, we only miss a wooden deck for cutting. The air-condition is in the kitchen and in the main bedroom- worked very well and made enough fresh air even in the small bedroom for children. I recommend this appartment for 100%. Grazie Alessia! if you use air-condition in the evening in the main bedroom you will probably have som pizza smell in the room- because of other airconditions in the building located outside close to others .We really missed mosquito net in the windows ( as always in italy), we wanted to have som fresh air in the morning from outside, just don't do it.
