• Cédric (9/5): - We had a great stay overall. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the large bathtub was a real highlight. The terrace is a plus, especially on sunny days. The apartment feels cosy and is ideally located near Regent’s Canal. Minor downside is that the sound insulation could be improved

We stayed here for a night in Hackney. The property had all the essentials. Super secure property.

• Lely (8/5): Very pleasant stay and would gladly come back. Recommended - Super location with good connection (bus & train station). Comfortable & nice apartment. Generous amenities. Independent & uncomplicated check-in. The apartment was available even earlier. Very friendly, helpful & quick respond contact. All necessary information was provided in advance. It's quite noisy because the train station is relatively close. Anyway, it was not really a major problem for us. Once you've taken a bath, there's no hot water left for the shower. The bath shower could be repaired because it was leaking a little. At first, it was quite difficult to lock the door. However after that, we had no more problems with it. Some kitchen utensils were missing, such as a large pot and a soup ladle. An additional trash can in the bathroom would be useful. The mattress on the sofa bed was relatively soft, so my son prefers to sleep directly on the sofa instead. It was big enough. But that is a matter of taste.
• Paige (7/5): Lovely apartment to stay - The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. Had everything we needed for our stay. Nicely decorated and modern. Loved the balcony. Location is great to the overground, local buses and tesco right next door! Towels and hair dryer provided, which is a big plus. As well as coffee, teas and sugar 😊. Unfortunately, there is a little bad communication of how to access the flat. I booked due it saying upper floors accessible by lifts. But the other lift was out of order. So my mum with wheelchair had to use the stairs 🙁. Pillows need replacing too, very uncomfortable and flat.

• Julie (7/5): A comfortable bed for a couple of nights in a handy location. - The location was great .. the Tesco Express next door, very handy. The apartment was spacious and clean and the bed really comfortable with hotel linens. The host was quick to respond to any and all communications. Little snags - The kettle was broken and the bathroom fan stayed on constantly. The host said that he would resolve these issues asap. Suggestions - A little welcome pack with tea & coffee would have been appreciated. The small balcony could be made more usable eg fake grass and a comfy chair?

• Michael (8/5): Excellent location for a trip to London - Anthony is a fantastic host – communication was smooth and easy. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, and furnished with everything you need. It’s located in a great neighborhood north of the city, with good public transport and an interesting local vibe. Highly recommended! The apartment is generally in good condition, but some areas could use a bit of renovation. It gets quite noisy at night due to nearby overground trains, street traffic, and neighbors. The sofa bed is small and not very comfortable – suitable for one person only. It can get quite warm inside because there is no air conditioning.
• Anita (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely use it again the next time we are in London. - The apartment is spacious and bright. It was very clean. It is well equipped in general and the bed was large and very comfortable. There is a washer dryer which we appreciated and which dried our clothes thoroughly unlike a lot of the combos. Wifi is fast and reliable. The place is five to ten minutes on foot from some excellent organic shops and lovely cafes. Lots of public transportation to everywhere in the city. A few minutes to the Regent’s Canal towpath for walks, lots of parks nearby as well. For us the location was perfect for daily visits to see our new granddaughter and our son who lives across the road. Most importantly Tony, the landlord, always responded very quickly to questions. We really appreciated his thoughtful and clear messages regarding entry into the flat and other details. There could have been a couple of bigger pots and pans in the kitchen but that was not really a major problem for us.
• Anja (9/5): Great apartment with super helpful host - Lovely apartment with a super responsive and helpful host. All the amenities one needs are supplied in the apartment - including Nespresso capsules! :) We wanted to stay at the apartment with 4 people, but found the sofa bed to be too uncomfortable for two adults. As our son lived nearby, he went home every night, which wasn't a problem for us, but if you are dependent on the sofa bed, that's a watch-out. No problem for one adult or two younger kids though. There is a corner shop which had everything else we needed (unfortunately, the Tesco Express in the building was closed while we were there). There's a bus stop right outside the door and lots of restaurants in walking distance. A stroll along the canal is highly recommended! Whilst the bathroom is beautifully big, there's unfortunately quite a draught from the window. Probably not much of a problem most of the time, but we were there in winter... One also has to be careful with the hot water. My husband took a bath and afterwards, my daughter ended up having to rinse her hair with cold water. A watch-out for people with mobility problems: In order to get to the lift, one has to go down a set of stairs. My daughter had a knee operation a few months ago. She just about managed now, but had we stayed there a couple of months earlier, she would have been in trouble. It might be worth checking with the host, if the back entrance near the lift can be used in case of a mobility problem (we've seen that door too late).

• Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment, very clean and fully equipped, is big for two persons and large enough for four (we were four). It's located in a nice neighborhood and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the surroundings. It's very easy and fast to reach every part of London, with three bus stops just outside the door and the overground station 50 meters away. A Tesco supermarket is placed in the same building, if you need it. Last but not least, Tony has been very kind and helpful, a perfect host!
• Joseph (10/5): Great location, easy access, central point to get around the rest of east london. - Amazing location, right next to public transportation, with a ton of bars, markets, cafes, and restaurants within two blocks. This became one of my favorite neighborhoods I spent time in, while visiting london. Digital key system was easy, and allowed our party to come and go as we pleased without alternating who holds a key.
