Estefanía (3/5): DECEPCIONANTE APARTAMENTO - La ubicación y las habitaciones. La cocina está bien equipada. Los ventiladores funcionaron correctamente. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. El baño necesita una reforma completa, de hecho, al segundo día nos llamaron a la puerta diciéndonos que mojábamos al vecino de abajo, lo que conllevó una implicación y coordinación molestas durante nuestras vacaciones. El ascensor estuvo estropeado durante día y medio (siendo un 5º piso...). La ducha era demasiado pequeña y tenía moho en algunas partes. El sofá se hundía completamente al sentarse. Nos entregaron las llaves 10 minutos más tarde de la hora de check-in. Por las numerosas molestias, nos ofrecieron una noche extra gratis. Dado que no era posible, reclamamos como indemnización que nos devolvieran el importe de una noche. Nos dijeron que se pondrían en contacto con nosotros para tratar ese tema y no hemos recibido respuesta alguna.
