• Mark (10/5): Exceptional place to stay - I would go there again. - Location was perfect for the aqua world (3 minute walk) and about 20 minutes taxi ride to Budapest centre . The apartment was perfect size and beautifully finished - nice materials used and a high quality finish . Nearest shop is about 10 minutes walk but a very high standard Spa supermarket with everything you could need . Not a big issue for the walk , which was safe , unless it's raining of course .

Super und modern ausgestattet, sehr bequem und mit feinem Gefühl ausgerichtet. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen und grünen Stadtteil, bietet schöne Umgebung mit wunderschönen Spazierwegen durch den Park. Sie ist einfach ein Traum. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommt seinen Kunden gerne entgegen. Diese Wohnung verdient definitiv 10 von 10 und ist höchstens zum Empfehlen.
• Catalin (7/5): Un sejur frumos - Poziționare foarte aproape de Aquaword. Apartamentul dotat cu mobilier și aparatură high-level. Am fost întâmpinați la proprietate cu șampanie, vin, bere, cafea la discreție, ceai inclusiv lapte normal și lapte de migdale.
• Ioana (10/5): - Ne-a placut totul, ne-am simtit exact ca acasa. Apartamentul este amenajat cu bun gust, foarte confortabil, primitor, dotat pana la cel mai mic detaliu cu toate cele necesare. Curatenie impecabila. Este pozitionat foarte aproape de Aqua World. Parcarea ne-a fost asigurata gratuit in parcarea de la subsolul blocului. Proprietarul apartamentului este un domn deosebit, cu mult bun simt, foarte amabil. Totul a fost perfect!

• Irina (10/5): Идеальная квартира, идеальный хозяин, идеальный отпуск в любимом Будапеште 💜 - Идеальная квартира, идеальный хозяин! Мы останавливались в разных городах и странах много раз. Были хорошие и даже очень хорошие апартаменты, но эти превзошли все наши ожидания. Чистота на недосягаемом уровне, всё новое, стильное, продумана каждая мелочь, чтобы гостям было уютно, как дома. Очень удобная кровать, 2 умных телевизора, полностью оборудованная кухня, интерьер со вкусом. Сабольч - хозяин апартаментов, милый, доброжелательный человек, который вкладывает душу и любовь в свою квартиру и делает ваше пребывание максимально комфортным. С него нужно брать пример всем хозяевам, которые сдают жильё. Место находится немного в отдалении от центра города, но для нас это был плюс, тишина и покой. Удобный подземный гараж, чудесный балкон, стиральная и сушильная машина, стильная ванная комната, отдельный туалет. Мы обязательно вернёмся! Нет такого.

• Sigurjon (10/5): Exceptional - This is a very nice apartment and the owner, who welcomed us and showed us everything about the apartment and all the amenities that come with the apartment, is very helpful. There was water, coffee and milk and more awaiting on arrival. We had a nice stay there for the first 3 weeks in May and the owner was in touch every now and then to see if everything was okay. I always write honest reviews, since I myself rely on them when choosing apartments. Thank you very much to such owners as the owners of these apartments.. everything is not just 10, but 10+. we arrived around 1 am, the owner kindly met us, showed us around, showed us the parking lot and everything in the apartment. The apartment itself is equipped beyond all praise (tea, coffee, seasonings, etc., spare towels, etc.)We are athletes and go to competitions several times a month in different countries... I can say one thing - this is one of the best apartments in our 20 years of experience in sports. this question is not for this apartment

• U (10/5): Everythin excellent - we like to come back again! - Very spacious and well-equipped apartment, located in a relatively new and modern and well-maintained residential complex. The apartment and building are kept very clean. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. When we moved in we were given water, milk and a few bottles of wine as well as other basic necessities. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious, the shower was very comfortable (e.g. rainforest shower head with sufficient water pressure). Convenient and secure underground parking with direct elevator access to the apartment floor. There is a large shopping center nearby with all kinds of shops. The owner is very friendly and helpful. If we have to stay in the area again we would definitely like to come back.

I have stayed in more than 20 different properties in Budapest and this one is the very best. Super clean , modern and perfect attention to detail to make your stay excellent . I wish I could have stayed longer !
