Tetsuji (8/5): Good location apartment with reasonable price. - Reasonable price, good location close to Tennoji station and near Tsutenkaku area. Many restaurants around. Building is little old, but it was fine with me. There were mosquitoes in the room. Nº washing machine.

MANAMI (1/5): 繁盛期でもしっかり対応して欲しかった。次は泊まりたくないです。 - ホテル自体マンション名とホテル名が違うので分かりづらい。オートロックの解除も少しやりづらい。チェックインして部屋を開けたらゴキブリが出て電話にて最初は部屋替えか見に行きますと言われその後メールにて対応しますと言われ繁盛期ということもあり無理と言われ殺虫剤など自分達で買ってやらなきゃいけなくて予定もあり時間も迫ってたので買う時間がなく怯えながら掃除機で吸って処分しました。殺虫剤代は２０００円までなら出すとのことでレシートを提出しました。

As roupas de cama também estava sujas, com manchas e cheiro estranho. As toalhas estavam com muito cabelo embolado nelas. O banheiro também precisa de melhorias na limpeza.

Coordonnées GPS pas exactes, plusieurs codes à rentrer et une clef à trouver : ça nous a pris 1h avec l’aide de 7 personnes du voisinage et de l’immeuble même. Plafonds bas et irréguliers, attention aux plus d’1m80. Salle de bain pleine de moisissure. Aucune luminosité et balcon contre les murs des édifices autour. Absence de meubles, tout laisser par terre.

Maxximillion Thomas (8/5): Very convenient location - Very convenient location, only a short walk away from Tennoji station. This meant no shortage of food nor activity options, with many 7-11s and Family Marts nearby for late night supply runs (with take-away meals). The room was well kept and the 2 beds were quite large. The washroom was fully equipped with sink, bidet (privacy door), and shower (privacy door). We had a fridge, stove, and so on, with a recycling and garbage cabinet that used drawers. The host was easy to communicate with and responded right away. There was some difficulty with the initial instructions for getting through the lobby doors (requires a certain access pin combination), but every time thereafter was easy.

Kwan (3/5): Would not stay again, you get what you pay for. I’m the website they appear to be clean and organize but once you arrive - Not much There was multiple issues, the major one was the amount of bugs found all over the unit, from the bed to the floors. Had to constantly vacuum and clean each day. Microwave did not work, tv entertainment is not included. Could not check in through their tablet as it was broken. Stayed for 7 nights, each time I contacted the company for help, they would disregard the issue and focus on minor problems but would not actually solve it. Location is ok, not too far but still quite far from thr tennoji station. Quite a quiet walk to room at night from the station. Also when we first arrived, instructions was quite a bit unclear lead to a difficult time in unlocking the apartment entrance door, also the mailbox for our room key was unlocked and anyone could have taken it.
