The owner explained everything in details and he was available when we needed. He helped us very much when my mother broke her finger during our stay in Athens. For sure we will stay the same place next time!

• Mark V. (8/5): Aanrader als uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip in Athene met alle gemakken van thuis. - Ruim appartement waar je heel rustig kan verblijven middenin de stad. Super uitvalsbasis om heel Athene te voet te kunnen ontdekken. Veel leuke brunchtentjes in de buurt om je dag mee te starten :) De aparte geur in het appartement wat waarschijnlijk kwam door eerdere gasten die er gekookt hadden. Voor de rest alles schoon en niets op aan te merken.

Supermarché a côté et des restaurants aussi. Léger manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. Et le bruit de la rue qui ne gêne pas pour dormir car les chambres sont sur cour.

Les chambres donnent sur une petite cours arrière, donc c est calme. Arrivée et départ autonomes avec une boîte à clé. Paris est un hôte super. Communication facile, à l’écoute, arrangeant…Je recommande.

Alles was für einen Städtetripp wünschenswert ist, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe: Kaffeehäuser, Supermarkt, Restaurants, U-Bahn Station, Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Apartment war sehr groß und sauber. Der Vermieter war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Wir können das Apartment zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Paris, our host, was very friendly and helpful — always quick to answer questions and proactively offering useful advice about the city. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Its central location made it easy to walk to all the major attractions, which made exploring Athens incredibly convenient. The neighbourhood is also clean and lively, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Athens!

Η καθαριότητα ήταν άψογη, όλα πεντακάθαρα. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός με άμεση επικοινωνία. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

• Fabian (10/5): Großartige Unterkunft im Herzen von Athen - Empyrean Apartment ist ein geräumiges, modern eingerichtetes Apartment im Koukaki-Viertel, ganz nah an der Innenstadt, der Akropolis und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Die direkte Umgebung bietet alles an Möglichkeiten für Einkaufen, Ausgehen und Essen, was man sich wünschen kann, ist aber nicht so überlaufen, wie andere Viertel. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit bis zu 4 Menschen braucht. Der Vermieter Paris ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, der sich fürsorglich um die Wohnung und seine Mieter kümmert. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Het appartement heeft een ruime woonkamer, aparte grote keuken, een grote badkamer met toilet en nog een apart toilet in de gang en twee ruime slaapkamers. Een leuke buurt met diverse koffietentjes, restaurants en bars. De eigenaar is super vriendelijk, reageert snel op apps, geeft goede tips en is zorgzaam. Een aanrader om hier te verblijven! Niks, alles was goed!

• Yvonne (10/5): Amazing, comfortable apartment close to centre with amazing host - Everything was perfect - location 10mins walk to Plaka and 20mins to Acropolis. Cafes and restaurants literally at the door step. So spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, 2 bathrooms and so quiet. Most amazing of all is Paris, so accommodating and responsive, easy to contact. He messaged nearly everyday to make sure everything was ok - what a gentleman. Wish we could stay longer 😭

Very short walk to nearby metro station and there is also a bus stop a little further down Veikou Road. Our just Paris was so helpful, providing us with lots of info regarding places to see, eat etc. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he also made himself available on what’s app to answer any queries we had regarding the apartment as well as getting around Athens. • Jean (10/5): A spacious retreat in bustling Athens - This clean Athens apartment is spacious and with smart decor. The 3 balconies are an added plus, with one off the livingroom facing the street, and the other two off the two back bedrooms. While the location is easy walking distance to the busy Acropoli and Syngrou-Fix metro stations, it is a quiet haven from the bustling streets of central Athens. Our family of four adults found this to be a welcome retreat. Our host, Paris, went out of his way to meet all our needs and also has a delightful personality. He offered an extra airport shuttle service that was economical and prompt.

• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - We have enjoyed our stay in the Empyrean Apartment for many reasons: firstly, booking a two-bedroom apartment in a safe and cozy area of Athens was more than we'd hoped for. Secondly, our host, Paris, gave us the warmest welcome, with clear input on the apartment details, and went further to provide tips to manage through Athens as we pleased. He regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, we found that very comforting. On the location: you couldn't ask for more. With two kids (7 and 4), we could walk anywhere, with Acropolis, Hadrian's gate and other attractions all around 20min apart. On cleanliness: all good, fresh towels, enough of soap and bathing creams (and the dishwashing fluid + sponges, I found that a nice touch). All in all, our earnest recommendation.

There are two streets close by with nice bars and restaurants (and the host gave excellent recommendations for where to go). The appartment is large, clean, comfortable and close to everything you might want. The service of the host is excellent and they react very fast and super friendly.
• Sara (9/5): Superb - Our trip was a mix of work and tourism. The location of the apartment is ideal, surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and many places with cultural and touristic interests. There are coffee shops down stairs, on the two sides of the entrance door of the building. The apartment is very comfortable and calm (especially the bedrooms which have windows towards a small interrior garden). The beds' mattresses are perfect, even for someone in my mom's age. The bedrooms are separated from the living room with a corridor. The living room has comfortable furniture. A very cute terrasse which welcomes the branches of one of the famous orange trees in the streets of Athens. The very caring host of this apartment is prompt in responding. We strongly recommend this apartment for your stay in Athens. nothing to dislike

Huge range of dining experiences. The location in Koukaki was perfect—an authentic area with fewer tourists, but plenty of locals, giving it a charming, laid-back atmosphere. There are so many wonderful little restaurants and cafes nearby, making it easy to experience the local culture. Plus, it’s just a short walk from the Acropolis and other historical sites. The hospitality was exceptional, with the host going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Athens!
