• Ali (1/5): Please can you contact me directly to tesolve this ussue - Could not get into the property. There was no booking. We have been scammed. No one to contact. There were also other people there who had booked these apartments and couldn’t get in. There are no contact details to get in touch with anyone apart from this review!! 😡

• Natalie (1/5): - Nothing! On arrival we were told there were no such apartments available and that it was part of a scam. Told to contact booking.com who will refund but they’ve since said they can’t do anything about it as we should have contacted them at the time. We were in hull for a concert so needed to find somewhere else to stay costing 4 times the price so now very much out of pocket and nobody being able to help! Disgusting from the scammers themselves and more so booking.con who up until earlier this week still had the places available to book and stay. Avoid at all costs and do not pay if you’ve booked already!!!
• Guest (1/5): Horrific stay away - Travelled all the way to hull for an event, booked 9 months in advance got to the apartments no one there to book us in got in contact and they said they can’t accommodate us then everywhere else was fully booked or charging 4 times the amount originally paid to these apartments! • Garry (1/5): Our stay was non existent, rooms don’t exist and no contact whatsoever from whoever is supposed to own them. - Nothing because it doesn’t exist, the contact number provided is someone that doesn’t work for them and there literally isn’t any rooms we ended up stood there for over an hour then having to book another hotel for twice the price Everything

• Teresa (4/5): Great location but too noisy for me - Collecting the keys for the apartment was as per the instructions given which didn't come via the usual Booking.com process which seemed to fail. Fortunately I was able to contact the host direct and they sent me the instructions. The location of the apartment for my needs and also for the centre of town was ideal. The bed was comfortable as were the sofas, the apartment was spotless and towels were soft. The key for the inner door was broken which meant it would unlock from the outside but not lock from the inside. As my arrival wasn't 6:30pm - by the time I messaged the host - around 7pm - it was too late for anything to be done about this. While I could lock the external door which faced direct on to the street, due to the noise, large amount of people about, I didn't feel secure in the property despite pushing chairs up against the door. The bedroom faces directly onto the street and the window was very drafty and as I'd forgotten to take my ear plugs with me, I slept on the sofa but due to the door issue, didn't sleep well at all. The host had agreed for the key to be replaced as I'd sent a photo, but due to my lack of sleep I decided not to stay for a second night and drove home after seeing family.
• Cathy (3/5): A decent property let down by poor management and lack of attention to basic cleanliness. - The location was very handy for the station and easy to find. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. I never received a message with instructions on how to get into the apartment, so had to ring on arrival. When I got in, I found the toilet had been used and not flushed and there was a dirty sanitary towel in the bathroom cabinet. Despite that, the cleaning was generally of a reasonable standard. Later on, a maintenance man tried to let himself into the apartment without even knocking. He was most apologetic, as he did not know the place was occupied. A minor point, in comparison to the issues above, but the TV stopped showing a picture after about an hour - I could only get sound - and I never discovered the WiFi password. I messaged the management immediately on arrival and again when I got home about the dirty bathroom and unexpected visitor, allowing them the opportunity to respond and apologise, but have heard nothing. Very disappointing
• Clare (10/5): A beautiful little apartment with exceptional service and care from the Hosts. Highly recommended. - The location and the facilities were amazing and the hosts were so helpful and went above and beyond in all aspects from the short notice booking requiring an earlier than listed check in, being greeted at the property and shown the facilities and the nearby parking facilities. Up to being contactable when the WIFI went down for a very short period due to issues in that area of the city by the service provider and their efforts in chasing up the issue and keeping me updated about this ensuring all was working again before the end of the day. There was nothing that could have been improved in my opinion.
