• carole (10/5): Grand appartement très bien situé ! - Appartement très bien situé : à deux pas de la vieille ville et à proximité immédiate des commerces ( boulangerie, supermarché). Deux des chambres sont très grandes et ont un joli parquet. Yvan est très accueillant, il parle le français. Nous avons apprécié les attentions de bienvenue : chocolats, gâteaux et eaux fraîches et ses nombreux conseils. Logement que je recommande ! Petite suggestion : un grille pain. À noter qu’il n’y a pas de salon dans l’appartement.

• Biba (10/5): - fantastic apartment, premium location, you are in central Split, yet its fairly quiet. only one flight of stairs and its clearly noted in the ad. fully equiped kitchen, bathrom with toilet + separate toilet = eases everyones life. beds and pillows were super comfy. apartmant is full of light, but also has proper blinds on all windows for longer sleep-ins. as its pretty rare for apartments in Split to have central heating it was very important for us that all rooms had a/c in each room, so that doors could be closed but also to maintain warmth. host was amazing, was there for all the queries and questions and the place is full of various guides and books and useful information for first time visitors. for me personally, another very important thing - wifi was excellent, so i was able to pick up work related tasks. all great
• Karl (10/5): Great city break, in a great apartment in a great location. - The apartment is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Diocletion's Palace. There are two small supermarkets across the road from the apartment, both of which are adequately stocked for a few day's stay. Ivan, the host is brilliant. From the minute I booked the apartment he kept in touch. On arrival, he met us outside the apartment with the keys, and showed us around the apartment, and explained where and how, or what was what inside. He also gave us a lot of information about Split and the various things to do and see. He even sent us a link to a few of his favourite restaurants. Great apartment and a great host.

• Paul (10/5): Exceptionnel - En tout premier lieu, l’accueil de l’hôte. Très bonnes suggestions de restaurants et explications complètes sur l’appartement. Équipements de logis très complets. Confort de la grande dimension des chambres et de l’accès à deux toilettes. Site hors pair : marché fermier et palais de Diocletian à 100 mètres. Tout était parfait.
• Mili (10/5): The apartment is amazing, very comfortable, spacious, with everything you might need. - Everything was perfect. The host is very kind and willing to help. Apartment is spacious, well equipped and just few meters from Diocletian's Palace. Highly recommended.

• Marijanca (10/5): Prelijepo, komforno, savršena lokacija - Prekrasan građanski stan opremljen svime potrebnim za bezbrizan i iznimno komforan boravak. Stan je u mirnoj i urednoj manjoj zgradi. Luka, riva i autobusni i zeljeznicki kolodvor su na 10 min laganog hoda, dvije veće trgovine na 1 minutu, a najuži centar (zidine) na 3 minute. I uz sve to strpljiv i brižan, a nenametljiv domaćin. Vrh! --

• Jan-Bas (10/5): Excellent location, spacious rooms and fantastic host. - Excellent host, very welcoming, informative, punctual, and attentive throughout the trip. Great restaurant options are available nearby, and free parking is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again with a group and highly recommend it for families or friends visiting Split.

• Matej (10/5): Luxury Split city center apartment - Ideal location in the Split city center, with a huge balcony with a view on the Palace of Diocletian. Ivan the host was amazing to us, so welcomed, relaxed and nice, with huge respect which is rare to find during Ultra where everybody is extra cautious. Extra clean, big "old school" rooms with high ceilings. Three A/Cs, even a PS3. And a room to dry your towels and clothes. Big big big recommendation! /
• Giulio (10/5): Eccellente appartamento centrale con host favoloso - Posizione eccellente (a 5 minuti a piedi dal Palazzo di Diocleziano e dal porto, da cui si possono prendere molte crociere interessanti), casa spaziosa per 5 persone, pulita e comoda, e il miglior host che abbia mai avuto in vita mia: Ivan, davvero premuroso, ci ha accolto in modo paterno, mostrandoci sulla mappa tutti i punti di interesse, dandoci consigli su dove acquistare la frutta e dove mangiare in base ai nostri interessi Nulla, sono pienamente soddisfatto

Comfortable beds and very nice to have two bathrooms with six of us there. Ivan was a fantastic host. He met us at the property and gave us so much information about the area. He was super flexible and was able to help us out with a later check out time because the next guests arrived late enough to allow this. This was extremely helpful. Thank you Ivan for a lovely stay
• Linnane (8/5): A very comfortable stay in a great location adjacent to the hustle and bustle of the market and old town. Our host, Ivan - Location was excellent, right outside the old town, and 1 min walk to the market. A little noisy from traffic, but otherwise it was perfect for our family trip to Split.

A lovely and spacious apartment that comfortably fit 6 people, in a great location in sp - Everything we needed for the week, with lots of amenities For the price, a really spacious and lovely apartment that’s less than 5 min walk from centre of Split!! Ivan was really friendly, and really helpful - always very quick to respond to any queries we had and accommodating to any requests we had. Everything worked great, we encountered no issues Balcony was long but quite narrow which made it a bit difficult for the 6 of us to sit on it (although not a major issue)
• Grace (10/5): The best weekend ever! - Ivan the host was absolutely fantastic. He went over and above to welcome us and to make sure we had a fantastic time. He sent us local recommendations and showed us where the best places to go where. He was so welcoming and his flat was perfect. It was very spacious for the 6 of us and had everything we needed. It is also located in the prime spot, with easy walking access to everywhere we wanted to go. I could not recommend this more! Nothing, it was perfect.
• Jonatan (10/5): Fantastic apartment which I would love to return too. - Central location, large apartment with comfortable beds that hug you when you lie down, but not too soft. The apartment is modernly refurbished, large bathroom, which is rare here in Split. I could have licked the floor, that's how clean the apartment was. Host was also exceptional! Would love to have more keys as a group, but other than that, I have no complaints.
• Carl (10/5): A beautiful apartment in the perfect location to explore Split - Everything was perfect. Location was ideal, right next to the old town and the owner, Ivan, was so welcoming. He greeted us on arrival with fruit from his own garden and chocolate to celebrate Easter! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious with everything you could need to enjoy your stay in Split. A towel rail in the bathroom would be good (a very minor issue!)

Warm welcome and introduction by Ivan the host which was very helpful as he also shared more on restaurants, ferries etc. Clean and spacious and perfect for a family with kids. Supermarket right outside the apartment as well. Nothing to complain about
