• Ekaterina (8/5): Уютная квартира которой нужен досмотр и мелкий ремонт - Уютная квартира в классном районе. Последний этаж - классные виды с обоих балконов. Удобный матрас в мастер-бедрум, во второй спальне раскладывающийся диван, достаточно некомфортный. Очень приветливая хозяйка, была всегда на связи, оперативно отвечала на все вопросы. Такая чудесная квартира заслуживает лучшего управления!!! У нас не работали: кондиционер в гостиной (тк. этаж последний, квартира нагревается за день. Была попытка починить кондиционер, приходила хозяйка с мастером, но не получилось сделать сразу на месте), ставни в спальне (не поднимались), ставни в гостиной (не фиксировались и сами опускались с грохотом - меня чуть не заблокировало на балконе, когда я при заезде вышла полюбоваться видом), так же не работал отпариватель, капсульная кофемашина выглядела так, будто ее достали из костра. Морозилка не работала - была вся в наледи. На кухне не было ни кофе, ни оливкового масла, что очень странно для Италии, мы купили самостоятельно.

• Eva Maria (5/5): Traum Aussicht - Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Fussläufig 5 Minuten zum Lebensmittelladen, zum Taxistand. Einige Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso die Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Haustüre. Petersdom in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Wohnung selbst: Großer Gefrierschrank Klimaanlage gut Aussicht Die Austattung der Wohnung. Küche: Geschirrspüler nicht benutzbar (Verbot zu benützen klebt auf der Innenseite des Geschirrspülers), im Gefrierschrank noch Eiswürfel vom Vormieter, Besteck wirkt sehr fragil, kein Brotmesser Bad: Warmwasser ist sehr wankelmütig, es gibt nur heiß (dauert lange bis es heiß wird) und kalt. Dazwischen gibt es nicht recht viel. Putz bröckelt von den Wänden. Wohnzimmer: Mobiliar sehr abgewohnt. Die Couch ist durchgelegen. Fernseher nur für Italienisch sprechende Menschen interessant. Trotz mehrfachem Sendersuchlauf keine deutsch- bzw. englischsprachigen Sender gefunden. 2. Schlafzimmer Die Schlafcouch gibt es nur mit morgendlich inkludierten Rückenschmerzen. Balkon Mobiliar an beiden Balkonen kaputt. Vorhandene Markisen eingerissen Allgemeines Der in der Beschreibung angeführte Trockner wurde nicht gefunden Keine Deckenlampen Der Lift ist nichts für Klaustrophobiker (Wohnung liegt im 7. Stock)

• Elisa (9/5): Superb - The location is good, specially who wants to visit the Vatican. Supermarket and bus stop close. Good for a big family or 2 couples. The kitchen could be more equipped and the bathroom renewed.
• Tieme (9/5): Spacious apartment in a great location - Spacious apartment in a great location! Was perfect for us to explore Rome (even by foot). Contact with the host was great and very friendly. Good value for money. Well equipped kitchen. Would recommend! Some small things could be improved, the sofa bed wasn't too comfortable. Also the neighbours were a bit noisy during the night.

• Anna (9/5): Spacious apartment with a great view and very close to local attractions - Its a very nice apartment, well equipped to accommodate a larger family with a great view of the Vatican City. The place is very central which made sightseeing easy for us. There are restaurants and bars nearby with good food as well as local supermarket which is perfect if you want to cook at home. The flat is spacious, clean and airy and has 2 balconies where you can relax and admire the view.
