Chie (7/5): - ロケーションはよかったです。道順もわかりやすく説明されてました。食事は主に外食で、室内ではコーヒーを飲んだり、外から買ってきたものをフライパンで温めたりして食べたので、そのための設備や備品は十分でした。部屋は2人ですれ違うのにも苦労する小ささですが、ロケーションとお値段を考えると妥当だと思います。洗濯を乾かすのは、お風呂のバーにかけて乾燥をOnにする、という方式で、半日ぐらいかけておけば十分に乾きました。宿泊は1月で非常に寒い日でした。部屋の暖房はエアコンで、夜つけっぱなしで眠ると喉が痛くなるので切ったのですが、そうするとお布団が薄いため寒くて眠れませんでした。ホストの方に追加の毛布をお願いしたのですが返答がありませんでした。自費で2000円くらいの毛布を購入し布団の上に掛けてみたところ、エアコンなしでも十分暖かく眠れました。冬の滞在にはもう1枚掛けるものがあると助かると思います。予約時に、身分証明書のコピーが要請され、送らないと入室方法を教えてもらえない、という手順でした。他の宿では名前や住所等を入力することあっても、身分証明書を送ることは要請されたことがないので、ちょっとひっかかりました。

Alex (9/5): Nice place to rest and sleep. - Awesome location, just a minute walk from Mita line metro station entrance. Kitchen, fridge, microwave and all needed. Also it's quiet. The staircase is very narrow and the walls in the entrance are not painted, because of this in the hot season it is very stuffy there and there is a specific smell. You can faint while dragging suitcases up to the fifth floor along a very narrow staircase in the stuffiness. The appartment is quite small and if you ~185 centimeters tall, you will constantly hit your head on the chandelier. (Dear host, your apartments are really nice and comfy but please replace that fancy chandelier with several simple lighting spots.)

Katie (8/5): Great location for tube and clean comfortable mini appartment - Great location two minutes from the metro Small but well equippped apartment with a small table in bedroom and a separate kitchenette Enough for two nights exploring Tokyo Very clean and comfortable easy to access and clear instructions from host on entering and also just generally the appliances etc Everything in good working order It’s quite small, not much space for bags etc if you want to use the table in the bedroom to sit at Weird loud gurgling noise from the a/c or the pipes behind it (we couldn’t really tell) on our second night, went on for about 30 mins at a time, maybe linked to someone using water next door but couldn’t tell for sure! Luckily it stopped before we went to sleep but it would’ve been disturbing it was very loud!
