Betsy (9/5): Best view in the city. - The view is unbelievable. Seriously, it's a million-dollar view. You can see the Duomo from one window and Santa Croce from another and the hills in the distance. The host was very helpful. The location is fantastic. The apartment is smaller than it appears, so best for just 2 people max. Like others, we ended up staying in the murphy bed on the lower floor since the stairs to the loft are a bit dangerous at night and you cannot stand up in the loft area.

Cowart (10/5): Gorgeous views - The views are just amazing. We couldn't stop taking pictures. This apartment is what you envision when you think of an ideal Italian vacation. It's like a postcard. Climbing in and out of the loft bed in the middle of the night is a little bit of work, but I would still strongly recommend this apartment for the views.

Anna (6/5): Pleasant - The host was responsive, and met us even though we arrived late If you arrive late, there is an additional charge for this. It's included in the property's conditions, but want t flag it here as well, as many people won't read the conditions until the booking is confirmed. The photos don't show it, but there are several steep and narrow stairs to climb to get into the flat. Luckily, we were fine with that, but that should be highlighted in the description. In addition, there is no railing to hold on to when you go up or down from the second level. This is quite dangerous, and should be fixed. The view is great, but the whole flat needs a lift. The bed was not very comfortable.
Pasquale (7/5): Stunning View of Florence - Views from the apartment were amazing and the little balcony definitely adds a special plus to the apartment. The location of the apt is really really good …close to everything and close to lots of restaurants. Nico was really nice and explaining everything about the apt. The apt needs a bit more of maintenance: the heating wasn’t working and the heat function from the AC unit didn’t do much. The shower pressure is not great.
Bruce (9/5): Beautiful views and perfect location, accessibility to many of the best parts of Florence - We loved the location and the views of the city from the balcony and all windows were amazing. The size of the apartment was perfect for us. The location provides restaurants and cafes within steps of the door but just outside the busy area of the central city. Caminito's empanadas and churros were so good! We slept on the murphy bed which was plenty comfortable. Nico met us to give us keys and to show us the ropes. He was so nice and met us early to drop our luggage. He also sent us a text of information including taxi service and restaurants. It was really helpful. He also responded quickly to all of our questions. Check out was very easy. The loft wasn't practical for us. The murphy bed more appropriate.
David (7/5): A good stay that was kind of spoiled by insufficient AC. - location, stunning view The AC is not sufficient at all, even at 17 degress. Very difficult to sleep because of this.
