The location, quiet, residential area within walking distance of the town centre and beach. The friendly people Im the area. The modern well furnished and equipped apartment with everything provided, bed linen, towels and accessories Just a little improvement in the bathroom; a longer shower screen, a roller blind on the window and a toilet roll holder on the wall opposite the toilet
• Angela (6/5): A large one bedroom flat in a quiet, yet central, area, good for a short stay - Roomy flat.Comfortable sitting room. Lots of towels, bed linen and coat hangers. Plenty of hot water. Nice shower. *Lack of fire instructions - second floor flat with narrow window openings, - were the doors fire doors? * Owner needs to revisit kitchen to supply potato peeler, new chopping board, saucepans with usable lids, sink plug or washing up bowl. Also plug that fits for bathroom basin! * Temperamental TV in living room

• Becky (7/5): Satisfactory Place to Stay Central to Station - Perfect Location and nice hot water (once we got it to work). Smart tv (Sky) was great. No room darkening shades in the bedroom. And the bed linens were appalling - like sleeping on sandpaper. Pillows were very used. There was construction on a building behind the unit, which woke us up every morning. This was not disclosed when we booked - nor was the 40 stairs we had to climb to get to the unit. The refrigerator was not clean upon arrival nor was the microwave as evidenced by the attached photo. All in all the unit is passable, but just needs updating.

• Best (9/5): Great apartment. - I apartment was warm on entry, which was great as we arrived in the evening. The apartment was spotless and the instructions provided the day before check in was very helpful. No complaints whatsoever
• Christopher (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment. Good location. Needs to be done. Bathroom: Hot water tap moves. Water too hot. Sink plug too small - lets water drain away. Living Room: 2 wall lights not working. TV is terrible. Problems getting programmes, i.e. no satellite signals. The keys were not secure. They had been left on the railings outside!! Your "Booking Confirmation" needs to be altered. Delete "mountain view" and "desk". Parking should say that parking is on the street Under "Categories" you rate staff as 9.2. There are no staff.

• Ofosu (8/5): Very good - Nice place which feels like a home, and everything you could need as a necessity is there, except a pizza cutter... but we managed.
• Sarah (8/5): A good place to stay for a weekend. Well appointed. - Location was central. The apartment itself was well equipped but there were no dish clothes available. The fridge had remnants of food in it and when I moved the bath mat to the side of the bath, lots of hair from previous guests fell into the bath. Obviously not major issues, but somethings that could easily be rectified. The smell as you entered the communal hallway.

• John (8/5): Town is very clean, good to drive around in, lots of cafes and shopping and lots to do. Could have stayed a day longer t - Close proximity to the town centre, major attractions,railway (we didn’t use it) and the beach. The 4 flights of stairs I had to carry 2 x 25kg bags up. A lift would have been good however once settled etc, it was a good stay.
• Jane (8/5): Great location for what we wanted to do in Eastbourne with free parking outside. It is a twenty minute walk to the seafr - Very spacious. Clean. Lots of storage space and towels. Hot water plentiful. The taps in the bathroom were extremely difficult to turn off enough to stop drips. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that our third person had to sleep in the sofa itself which wasn't long enough. The sofa bed mattress was almost non existent and so the mechanism was felt through mattress. The headboard in main bedroom creaked and woke us up. The timer on the staircase lights was a bit short to get down each flight illuminated.

• Carol (10/5): Perfect couple of days visiting our daughter in Eastbourne - Very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. Great location near to the station. shops and sea No handle on bedroom window meant we couldn’t fully close the window at night.

• John (9/5): Superb - A well equipped, nicely decorated apartment within easy walking distance of the town centre. The host was very helpful and we would happily stay there again.
• Fay (10/5): A Good Find - Great location close to town and seafront. Quiet and peaceful very comfortable stay. Polite and friendly host, greeted us on arrival. Would recommend and hope to stay again in the future. Apartment on top floor so quite a few stairs to climb.

• Edjang (8/5): Eastbourne big flat - Big space, Clean, Good view, well equipped kitchenette and kind host. No adapter for recharging electric devices, but host(Andy) brought it to use.
• James (9/5): Value for money, a lovely stay - The apartment was spotless and spacious, more than enough room for the three of us. It had all the facilities we needed. Parking in front of the building was free. The host was excellent in his instructions of where to find the keys, how to work the heating/TV, etc. The apartment itself is wonderful but the interior of the building it's in has definitely seen better days.

Facilities were all accounted for, and the proximity to town was very convenient. We stayed for two weeks, and the apartment felt like a home to us for the whole time!

The location is quite good with everything important just 10 mins away. The building itself isn’t as good as the flat, could be maintained better.
• Sheila (6/5): central location apartment - once into the apartment it is great and has been decorated well with the right appliances etc the entrance hall and stairs are grimy and dingy and it feels like going into an old fashioned student house but once in the apartment all fine.

• Lesley (8/5): Very good - The apartment was lovely and clean with great facilities The communal entrance hall and stair well before reaching the apartment was dark, dirty and dingie. But the apartment made up for it.
• Christy (8/5): Great Apartment but needs some attention to detail with safety - Modern and great quality finish inside the apartment it’s self. Unfortunately, the communal staircase needed some tlc. Inside the apartment there was no working smoke alarm (It had been taken down and was in a drawer and I don’t think the electrics were pat tested.
