• Tamara (5/5): - L'hôtel est situé à proximité du métro et de la ligne Marmaray.ce qui vous permet de vous rendre à l'aéroport sans aucun problème et le plus rapidement possible.En deux minutes, c'est-à-dire en traversant le pont, vous arriverez à un petit port. L'ambiance y est très agréable, avec plusieurs cafés avec un excellent café en terrasse, une pharmacie et un McDonald's. Il y a aussi une petite boutique très pratique comme un petit supermarché avec du pain frais et des boissons. En longeant les quais depuis le port, on arrive (2 minutes ;)sur une place bordée de restaurants de poissons en bord de mer, ainsi que d'une poissonnerie. Nous avions d'excellents lits dans notre chambre, très confortables. La nuit, par temps froid, le chauffage se mettait en marche automatiquement. L'hôtel est situé dans le vieux quartier en peux choquant , comme dans les films d'horreur.Mais les gens qui habitaient les maisons voisines étaient sympathiques. Sur la carte, l'hôtel est situé au bord de la mer, mais en réalité, il se trouve juste à côté d'une immense autoroute constamment embouteillée. L'hôtel est constamment sale. Tout est très sale. Mais Les draps et les serviettes sont propres et d'excellente qualité. Nous avons toutefois aperçu une jeune fille qui faisait le ménage. Les toilettes de notre chambre ne fonctionnaient pas, Il est presque impossible de se débarrasser d'une grosse commission.De plus, il est impossible d'enlever la saleté. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas non plus, mais d'autres clients l'avaient signalé et j'en étais consciente lors de ma réservation. Le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas non plus.

Era imposibil de locuit în asemenea mizerie. Pe lângă jegul de nedescris, nici ambianța din jur nu oferă deloc siguranță, zona fiind foarte dubioasă și inconfortabilă pentru mers la pas. Din cauza mizeriei crunte, am fost nevoiți să plecăm imediat și să ne căutăm de urgență altă cazare. Proprietarii au refuzat cu nesimțire să ne dea banii înapoi, având pretenția să stăm în jegul lor. The hotel gave us fresh towels everyday and the workers from the hotels were super nice! I really think its worth the money.

I would also like to commend the reception staff, Ammar and Al-Sadiq, who were extremely polite, professional, and always helpful. They made sure guests felt comfortable at all times. It was a great experience, and I wish them continued success.

The staff was very prompt and changed our room. General cleanliness in the rooms should be improved.

• Erisca (10/5): - The room is nice, the staff in reception was very accomodating. Location is walking distance to many shops and resto and train station. Its quiet enough despite the room facing the street, a very good surprise indeed. No spoon and lack of sugar for my tea lol.
• Octavio (9/5): Great location, outstanding view (room 501) - We stayed at room 501. It was one of the finest views I have had. The staff was friendly and gave us the privacy required. Great location, the area is a bit rundown but very safe. Least than 3 minutes away for Metro, Tram, Train, AND ferry. Outstanding location for exploring Istanbul. The only small downside was the stairs (no elevator), and the construction works in front of the hotel. However, in about six months, room 501 will face a beautiful new mosque when the construction finishes! I will not doubt return then and enjoy the experience.

• Natalya (1/5): Не рекомендую, обходить стороной этот отель! - Ничего не понравилось! Грязная постель, сам номер убран плохо, в номере ужасный запах, ужасная лестница к номеру. За свои деньги очень плохие условия, грязно, воняет, непонятно как застелена постель и вообще похоже, что это бордель! При уходе из этой гостиницы мы не попросили денег назад, переночевав одну ночь, а оплатили за 11 ночей, при этом администратор отметил в Booking, что мы вообще не заехали!

Camera a fost micuță, cu o chiuvetă de asemenea destul de mică, dar suficientă pentru o noapte sau două, mai ales dacă ești doar în trecere. Totuși, cred că se poate acorda mai multă atenție curățeniei. Am găsit foarte mult praf atât în pat (probabil pentru că este lipit de perete), cât și sub pat, iar perdelele erau vizibil încărcate de praf. O curățenie mai atentă ar îmbunătăți considerabil confortul oaspeților.

Totuși, hotelul se afla in imediata apropiere a unor stații de mijloc de transport în comun. Daca folosești hotelul doar pentru dormit și atât, poate fi in regula. Daca vrei sa petreci mai mult timp in hotel...mai bine nu 😁 Daca deschizi geamul deschizi spre un acoperiș al unei proprietăți vecine. Este extrem de mult gunoi pe acoperișul vecin .

• Mitrovic (3/5): - Location is good, 5 minutes from main Yenikapi metro / train station and 10 minutes away from main street. Staff speaks english. Parking is free. Hair dryer makes weird sounds like it is going to explode or something and on top of that, if your hair takes a bit longer to dry I recommend doing it from one take, as when I was doing a blowout it didn't want to restart for a while.. maybe it overheated..? Water in the sink takes eternity to leave, so keep that in mind as well. Water takes long to heat, and the boiler as well seems to be smaller then usual ones in hotels. So forget showering after hanging out in the city. All of the things above are okay, but the reason for the bad review from my side is this: our room had no window. To be exact - there is a brick wall ~half a meter away from the window. Natural light doesn't exist so prepare for feeling tired even after 10h of sleeping. We did see some other rooms on 4th floor and they do have windows but if you get a room 502 good luck. If the staff told us about it, we would pick other place for sure. Additional info: there is no elevator and stairs are tight and high so be careful carrying your luggage to some of the 4 floors. Also, if you want to book a twin bedroom, in our room thr beds were put next to each other so there is an uncomfortable gap in between. Parking - they own a small spot where up to 4 cars can park. There is a construction work around so prepare to get all sorts of dirt on your car. Staff - lack of answeing on booking. Misleading information (window and elevator).

• Adem (1/5): Für kurze aufenthalte geeignet 1-2 tage mehr nicht - Die Rezeption war schön eingerichtet. Man konnte das Auto kostenlos parkieren und die Lage war gut in der nähe hatte man die metro oder U-bahn. Der Besitzer vom Hotel war nett doch einer der Mitarbeiter kam mit den Meinungen die wir hatten nicht zufrieden und wirkte deshalb bisschen wütend mit uns. Das Zimmer war klein und hatte an den wenden grosse flecken das Putzpersonal hatte bisschen mager geputz. Der Föhn im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht das lavabo war undicht ein tag hatten wir kein warmes wasser. Das hotel ist im grossen und ganzen keines für leute die es sauber und bequem haben möchten da sollte man lieber etwas mehr bezahlen und geniessen. • Авел Сеидов (10/5): В общем все понравилось. - Цена - качество. За эти деньги приемлемый отель. На ресепшене все рассказали, все показали. Не работал фен его поменяли. Шкаф есть можно вещи повесить и сложить. Уборка была каждый день. Телевизор, чайник, шампунь, гель дял душа. Полотенца и постель чистые. Терраса отличная на верхнем этаже. Тихий район. В принципе все отлично. Спасибо ребятам полностью выручали нас. На русском и турецком разговаривают. Спасибо Вам) Метро пару минут. Трамвай Аксарай минут 10-15 пешком ( с детской коляской). Район Аксарай хороший все есть. Поесть попить отдохнуть можно. Лестницы не удобные. Но это скорее уже не вина отеля а архитектура Стамбула что везде такие лестницы. Так как были с детьми немного не удобно было. Немножко требует мелкого ремонта. Но это не критично. Тапочки еще бы были бы более толстыми, слишком тонкие. А так в принципе вопросов нет.

• Syd Ahmane (10/5): - I stayed in this hotel for 13 days and it was great. The guys in reception Sadek and his friend (sorry I forgot the name) were really nice and welcoming. They gave me a lighter when I needed one and insisted I keep it, they gave me coffee every morning, they even gave me their own water bottle when I couldn't find any shops to buy one (because it was very late). The owner of the hotel was also very nice, he made us turkish coffee when there was no coffee in the machine. Also there was cleaning every day. • Atanas (6/5): It does the job. - We had no problem checking-in, the staff was nice and very helpful, the bed was comfortable, it is really close to train and metro station! It’s near a main road and a building site which makes it really loud when windows are opened, so I would advise you to bring earplugs for better sleep. There was leakage from the pipes under the sink any time the water was running at a higher pressure so we had to place one of the towels (which was with an orange stain) under the sink to absorb the water. Also in the morning there was only hot water coming from the sink so we had to use the shower for cold water instead.
