• Nick (9/5): would stay in the apartment again - Spacious and very comfortable. Everything available in terms of equipment although had some trouble with the TV programming.
• Karen (9/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely apartment well equipped, clean warm and comfortable.. Location convenient for shops and beach. The only suggestion I have is for a small rail to help people get out of the bath/shower. Other than that it was perfect.

• john (10/5): Excellent property in a good location, we will definitely return, probably in the new year. - Excellent location for walking along the coast, furnished to a very high standard, all the facilities you could need. Safe off street parking right outside your door. Dogs were not permitted upstairs, but there was no door or gate to prevent them from simply walking upstairs.
• carole (10/5): - Lovely clean apartment, in a great location to walk to beach nearby and visit local areas. Supermarkets and shops close by and a bus stop outside the accommodation.
• Kirwin (9/5): - Pretty much everything. Lovely size and facilities The only issue I had was with the television in the living room. It had a blue tint to it. Not a big problem though and I’m sure it will be solved
• Melvin (4/5): Stressful - If I had booked and paid for that apartment it would have been good. I booked and paid for a superior apartment but was downgraded on the morning of arrival . The hosts claim it was not a down grade but we paid for things that were not in this apartment. Booking.com we’re very weak in handling my complaint. I doubt if I will use them again and definitely not use QF again.

• Alison (9/5): Really comfortable and relaxing apartment - would definitely book again. - The apartment was very comfortable with a lovely bedroom and bathroom and was only seven minutes walk from the beach. It was very well equipped, especially for a short stay. The owners were very responsive when I called them. Parking onsite was a real bonus and, though the seasonal weather didn't encourage use, the garden was a nice area.

• Scott (10/5): - There wasn't a single thing to dislike about our stay. The Emerald apartment was just fantastic and we are already looking to book again. Spotlessly clean with a real touch of luxury. We can't wait to return.
• Charmaine (1/5): Absolute total gobshitingly, Boll**************!!!!!!!!! - Nothing as we never got to stay in the property. We phoned to find out about the parking and was told to park on the street, which had double yellow lines, by some extremely rude individual who was so incompetent that it made me extremely annoyed to say the least. Travelling across 4 different counties to stay in the SAPPHIRE Apartment. We explained our situation with nowhere to now stay overnight because the GREEDY MANAGEMENT Team would or could NOT refund us the fee of £165 for the night. They had the absolute AUDACITY to want to Charge us a cleaning fee. We hadn't even attempted to step one foot into the property. This was all witnessed by the next door neighbour at number 32 Yarmouth Road. This is absolutely WRONG in every sense of the word. We will NEVER book anything again through Booking.com One Angry, humiliated, seething, absolutely LIVID Never saw the INSIDE of the Property, just the facade of the outside. The photos of the property looked nice on booking.com. It was ' bijou ' in REALITY.

• Jennifer (9/5): A beautiful & clean apartment in an excellent location - A beautiful clean apartment in a central location of Caister where you could easily walk to shops, pubs & the beach, it was so well equipped & had the most comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. The bus stops are just outside & you can park right outside your own front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night !! The shared garden between the three apartments, it wasn’t a problem as we had nice neighbours but could be if the other guests brought a dog with them or were rowdy but hopefully that won’t happen.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay I experienced at the Amethyst accommodation April Easter weekend 2025. The hospitality and cleanliness of the property were absolutely commendable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Everything I needed was there from washing and dishwasher pods to tea, milk, coffee and so much more. My stay was in early spring so a bit chilly outside but the central heating adjustable thermostat was fantastic, I was so comfortable and cozy. I particularly appreciated the fabulous spa/jacuzzi bath and the very pretty garden which made my stay even more enjoyable. I will be sure to recommend this accommodation to friends and family, and I look forward to returning in the very near future. Warm regards, Elisia Nothing whatsoever to dislike.

The hosts went above and beyond by decorating it beautifully for Valentine's Day, which made it extra special. The space was really nice and spacious, perfect for relaxing. The location was peaceful, yet there were plenty of local shops and places to eat nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic stay so happy we chose this place! I would definitely return. Thank you to Nikki, Diane, the cleaners, and everyone who made our few days special ❤️

The bed is very comfortable, and the en-suite bathroom as good as any 5 star hotel. The kitchen and dinning room have everything you could possibly need, a home from home. Just as the first time it was an amazing weekend get away place. Fantastic spacious house , very comfortable, highly luxurious in its feel. Great bed and the whole bedroom. Amazing bathroom and highly relaxing living room. Cant find anything to say really.

• Daniel (2/5): Disappointing due to the cleaning state - The Jacuzzi bath , proximity to Tesco Myself and my other half went for a short break to Caister in the Premier Apartments (Sapphire) When we arrived at the property we were shocked when we went inside the property !! It was filthy!! There was hair , dust, sand and it was particularly dirty in the hallway. The rug was very dirty in the kichen and it was full of crumbs and sands. The stairs all the way up were the same. And even worse was under/behind the sofa in the dining room . I can't describe how disappointed and shocked myself and my other half were. We called the number we had from booking.Com. We spoke to a lady. She asked for evidence and we sent videos and pictures. She then sent the cleaner when we had already asked not to be disturbed as we were very tired and upset, so we asked that the cleaner should come the following morning . The following morning cleaner did come, and there was a slight of improvement. However the steps to upstairs clearly were still not vacuumed and surfaces by the kitchen sink were clearly not wiped properly and the floor in living room although vacuumed, was clearly not mopped properly as there were sticky patches on the floor. We addressed this matter to the owner, and their response was, ; an apology and an offer for a late checkout!!

Large bedroom with massive en suite through what looked to be wardrobe doors - great for making an entrance! Comfy beds, plenty of towels. Property located close to Great Yarmouth, the beach, & more importantly the seals at Horsey Gap. Comfortable stay & would recommend to others. I can't think of anything. It took a little bit of working out how to cook my porridge in the microwave but that's it!

• Peter (10/5): Great place for a short break, change of scene or even for longer holiday in the Summer. - The house was amazing. I needed a place to finish my end of the year work tasks on my laptop but also enjoy my time off at the same time. This suited the purpose perfectly. The open plan living room-kitchen was spacious, relaxing, very comfortable to work and chill out. There is also a nice, very well kept, little garden outside which I can see can be very nice to have breakfasts in the Summer. Lovely beach was only 5 min walk away, when I needed to stretch my legs and enjoy some fresh air. And the bathroom was definitely one of the highlights, really spacious, luxuriously designed, and with an amazing jacuzzi. Oh, and the designated parking space on the property is a bonus. Al in all, highly recommended. Will come back. Cant really find anything to complain about.

• Nina (10/5): Little Gem of accommodation in Caister - The Amethyst apartment we stayed in was spotlessly clean, had all the comforts of home including washer/dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, iron, ironing board and all cooking utensils. The bed was so comfortable too. The living/kitchen area looked out onto the patio and lovely little garden. There's bus stops outside the property so you can leave your car behind as they are so frequent. There's a shop opposite plus quite a few different takeaways. There are 2 other apartments both of which were occupied but because of the layout you don't hear anything from them. Will definitely stay here again. Nothing to dislike

I need peace and quiet,this property exceeded my needs.It was spotlessly clean and furnished to an exceptionally high standard.I truly cannot praise it enough. Rather sadly I tend to look on the negative aspect of situations and find it relatively easy to criticise. Try as I might I cannot find anything wrong to say about my stay in this wonderful property.

Very spacious and comfortable accommodation. The bath was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed. I didn’t like the window blinds. They flap in the wind and are noisy. They look a bit cheap and don’t do the property any justice. Microwave instructions would be good. There might have been sum but I didn’t find it.

Parking was super easy and access to the apartment was very quick and convenient. It had a real wow factor on entering - stunningly decorated and so well appointed. It had everything we wanted and more. Lovely kitchen and lounge area. Huge TVs downstairs and upstairs. Really cute shared garden area with pretty little bistro table and chairs. Lovely bedroom area with enormous bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Fabulous bathroom with double basins, rainforest and standard shower heads and jacuzzi feature bath. It was literally a 7 minute walk to the beach and Tesco was just 5 minute walk away. Very easy to get to Yarmouth or towards Cromer. We really didn’t want to leave this fabulous apartment. Absolutely nothing.
