The room is the size of an average hotel room. It was a colder night and there was no blanket in the property. The host delivered one the next day. There should just have been one in the property.

Host molto gentile e risponde immediatamente per qualsiasi richiesta. L’appartamento era molto pulito e accogliente in pieno centro di Bolgheri. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Condizionatore rumoroso Colazione che non chiamerei così, forse più un simpatico benvenuto, non era di certo una colazione. Non aver incontrato il personale.

• Paoangio (5/5): Non soddisfatti - La posizione, e la pulizia della struttura. Il condizionatore fa un rumore che sembra un trattore. Non abbiamo dormito. Il prezzo è eccessivo per questo periodo visto che i locali sono chiusi (in tutto il paese solo 2 aperti)

• Francesca (10/5): Evasione a Bolgheri - La stanza è posizionata molto bene. Consta solo di camera da letto e bagno, ma per soggiorni brevi va benissimo. Tutto nuovo e ben tenuto. Bagno spazioso. Entrambi gli ambienti sono riscaldati.
• Anita (4/5): Abbastanza deludente - Posizione ottima e camera tutto sommato carina ed accogliente Ho prenotato un appartamento dotato di camera bagno e cucina , poco prima dell’arrivo mi viene detto che c’è stato un problema ; inizialmente con il riscaldamento e successivamente con la luce . Veniamo spostati in una stanza più piccola e senza cucina creandoci disagio . Durante il soggiorno scopriamo che l’appartamento prenotato inizialmente ospitava già un’altra coppia ( camere/appartamento dotati ognuno di nome proprio )

• Sina (8/5): sehr ruhige, zentrale Lage - Sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage mitten in Bolgheri. Sehr nette Vermieterinnen, self check-in hat perfekt geklappt. Wasser und Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Ende November ist es in solchen Häuser eher kalt. Die Heizung/Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und musste in der Nacht ausgeschaltet werden.

• Sibylle MAHLER (8/5): Im Herzen von Bolgheri - Ein sehr gepflegtes Appartement im Herzen von Bolgheri. Unkomplizierter, kontakloser check-in/check-out. Die Kaffeemaschine mit reichlich Kaffeekapseln haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir hatten lokalen Käse gekauft, konnten ihn aber nicht kühlen, da das Zimmer nicht über einen Kühlschrank verfügt.

• Julia (10/5): Perfekt ! - Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin per WhatsApp war sehr nett.Auch während des Aufenthalts war sie immer sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt.Es ist sehr aufwändig restauriert und sehr liebevoll mit vielen wunderschönen Derails eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war etwas laut.

La posizione è ottima, in centro e all'interno di un palazzo molto carino. La stanza è curata nei minimi dettagli. Super!

Perfetto per godersi Bolgheri e dintorni Il parcheggio è a pagamento e non custodito, difficile da trovare e non collegato alla struttura. Considerando che non sono inclusi parcheggio, colazione, nè pulizia giornaliera della camera, il prezzo è elevato.

• David (1/5): Ac was not functioning, so they sent a fan , which solves nothing only blows hot air around - Do not stay We would never return again Very poor response to our concerns about ac When it’s 95-100 F each day you need proper Ac We selected the apartment because it was central, renovated and was supposed to be with AC. but they just don’t understand the equipment must function properly. One room ( bedroom was passable ) the lounge and kitchen ac blew warm air No compensation offered for our troubles

O que menos gostei foi não ter obtido uma factura para justificar as minhas despesas, o que acaba por ser quase sistemático em Itália, parece que não pertencemos todos á UE, onde penso que a política fiscal é igual para todos os membros.
