• Ispas (2/5): - Nu se poate dormi, noaptea, clubul de sub camera se deschide la 22 și se închide la ora 4 iar dimineața, la ora 7 mașinile fac mult zgomot și muncitorii încep sa spargă cu bormasina.
• Stefania (6/5): Le notti bianche - La vicinanza ai punti di interesse della città , la semplicità di accesso all' appartamento,,le vivande disponibili per la colazione,la presenza di asciugacapelli e di climatizzatore. Il rumore della vita notturna fino alle 3 di notte, l'isolamento acustico con gli altri appartamenti molto scarso e il letto,cigolante e con una rete e materasso troppo molli nonché ho dovuto rimuovere il ghiaccio dal freezer perché non ci stava nemmeno una lattina.

• Guest (8/5): - Colazione adeguata. Posizione centrale, perfetta. Si sentiva molto la musica dal locale sottostante.

• Salvatore (6/5): - Posizione ottima vicinissima al centro,appartamento pulito solo il box doccia un po' trasandato e la colazione può essere migliorata Bisognerebbe insonorizzare di più il finestrone che da sulla strada
• Ciro (6/5): Il soggiorno è stato comunque positivo. - Mi è piaciuto fare il check-in tramite whatsapp e dunque non perdere altro tempo al nostro arrivo. La posizione della struttura è ottima. La camera da letto è abbastanza spaziosa ed è dotata di smart TV. La casa si mantiene sempre fresca nonostante il climatizzatore resta spento per ore. Il bagno lascia un po' a desiderare, è molto vecchio. Il letto non proprio comodissimo e si sente il rumore delle molle appena fai un movimento.

• Ailin (4/5): - Als wir ankamen war das Zimmer unordentlich nicht aufgeräumt aber danach kam der Besitzer hat sich entschuldigt deswegen war nachher alles gut viele Grüße an Giuseppe
• Luca (8/5): - I cannoli . Il parcheggio , siccome non ho voluto dare i soldi al parcheggiatore abusivo e per Catania c'è pieno , al mattino mi sono trovato la macchina distrutta. La colpa non è sicuramente della struttura, ma la feccia deve essere estinta è un impegno che devono prendere i cittadini comprese le strutture per rendere una città più sicura e vivibile. Addirittura sono stato inseguito da un parcheggiatore abusivo e io che pensavo di portarci anche mio figlio piccolo , roba da pazzi . Non ci tornerò mai più, questo è più che sicuro.

• Serena (5/5): Passable - Close to the city center and cheap Room smelled like fish, the staff was nonexistent, it was not very clean, and the advertised breakfast was no more than prepackaged muffins/fette biscottate and coffee.
• Nikos (8/5): Very good - Really great spot, very close to the historical Center. There is a lounge bar down in the street, so if someone prefers quiet at nights this might be troublesome.
• James (8/5): Very good - I liked that the unit was located close.to the center. There was either a bar or a club next door and one night the.music was loud and went on until the early hours .
• Ahmet (7/5): decent stay - location: good for short stay, at the heart of old city, easy access to airport and attractions, clean and tidy place, donated with toiletries in bath and equipped with kitchen aids in galley area, here's a homestay with self service policy(except cleaning), max occupancy 2 pax, no more! if you wanna try this property keep in mind that the key u need to open up the door is placed on the door, ever-never look up around, right after completing the instructions to get the key you"ll be having those in the key pad box! if you're taller than 72,9 inches, pls jump to another location, gate to bedroom doesn't allow you to step up between the rooms as can be seen in the attached picture, cleaning activities that taken place early in the morning make outside raucous.

• Petr (10/5): Worth the price. Nice and comfortable flat. Grewat comunication with the host. - Lovely a roomy apartment with everything one needs. It has breakfast and tea and coffee. Everything is clean and practical. And its very close to restaurants and shops on Via Etna as many churches and historic sighseens. There is no need for any transport to se Catania. The flat is situated above a bar and the Saturday and Sunday night I'v stayed there were very noisy from the street. It is a busy street so even during the day is fairly noisy with open balcony. But once close its ok and Aircon is working well to keep the bedroom cool.
• Elies (7/5): Good - Very good located appartment and spacious room. Self check -in went very smoothly and staff communicated with us through whatsapp, very quick responses and ordered a taxi at night for us to the airport. Thank you! Bathroom and sheets on the bed were clean (!) but the other parts (floor, kitchen,...) were not cleaned in our opinion.

• Nattur11 (3/5): I won't be back - The location was good except for being on a noisy main road. It was close to the square with a lot of restaurants close by. 15min walk to the station which a train can get you to the airport in less than 10min. Although I would suggest to the owner/manager to leave at least one kitchen light on for when people arrive so they don't trip over the step like I did. Air conditioning works well. No natural lighting - the window was extremely difficult to open. Also smelt very musty when we first arrived. Not clean - had to clean cutlery before using, shower wasn't clean, had a non slip mat at the bottom which I removed because it felt gross, and there was a lot of hair stuck under. There was also spare bedding that we wanted to use but couldn't because it smelt bad Shower pressure very poor. Also no shelf in the shower to put shampoo, razor on etc. The bed and pillows wasn't very comfortable. No fault to the owners but be aware as of earl- mid October 2023 there are road works going on outside and renovations happening inside the building. Thankfully they did not disturb us as we are early to bed and early to rise. But if you like a sleep in then it may be an issue. Hopefully is only short term.
• Vicky (6/5): Pleasant - The kitchen was well supplied with plenty of tee, coffee, milk, sweet yogurts, toasts and packaged pastries. The location is good, very near many of the main attractions. The apartment is next to a bar, we didn't know that, and there was quite loud music both nights we stayed till 3 am. It's nots the worst thing in the world but if you have an early day next day it can be a problem. We couldn't figure out how to open the only window in the apartment so it was hard to ventilate and it gave the whole place a bit of a smell of humidity. Over all I think it's good value for money and it's ok if you are going to stay only a few nights, it's not a very big place nor incredibly comfortable, it's fit for exploring the city and maybe resting if the bar is closed.
