- Oscar (5/5): La información es nefasta y causa incertidumbre - Sólo recibí un correo del alojamiento con el PIN de acceso y el teléfono de contacto INNOPERATIVOS. Cuando llegue a la dirección del apartamento y llamé a otro teléfono que figuraba en la fachada no contestó hasta pasada media hora. Tiempo que tuve que esperar sin saber si dormiría o no en lo contratado. La información para la recepción y el modelo de contacto. Claramente es deficiente y genera incomodidad y vértigo el no saber si uno va a poder dormir en un lugar que ha contratado.
