• István (10/5): - Az elhelyezkedés és a környék nagyon jó!, A lakás tágas kényelmesen megfelelő hat szemelynek. A konyha és nappali tökéletes volt a beszélgetéseknek. A reggeli a közeli kavézóban is finom volt.

• Magda Bu (6/5): Nocleg w porządku z paroma wadami - Apartament jest w dobrej lokalizacji, pieszo w ciągu 15 min można dostać się do dworca głównego Garibaldi czy stacji metra. Sklep spożywczy znajduje się jakieś 5 minut. Bardzo duży i przestronny apartament dla 6 osób. Kontakt z właścicielem jest bardzo trudny, na wiadomości czeka się przeważnie cały dzień lub pozostaje się bez odpowiedzi. Chcieliśmy zarezerwować transport który oferuje właściciel, ponieważ samolot mieliśmy o godzinie 6 rano - niestety do godziny prawie 21 dnia poprzedniego nie uzyskalismy informacji czy transport się odbedzie. Musieliśmy skorzystać z taksówki która znaleźliśmy 'na drodze'. Kolejny minus to bardzo słabo działający odpływ z prysznica przez co łazienka jest cały czas zalana. Troche słabe wyposażenie w kuchni. Ostatnia rzecz to kiepskie WiFi w apartamencie, najlepszy był w pokoju który znajdował się najdalej od kuchni i pokoju dziennego.

• Paul (6/5): Spacious apartment, but basic facilities to assist you during the stay are missing. No assistance available within the - Spacious. Interesting design. Basic facilities lacking, like a kettle, dishwashing liquid, only one garbage bag, which had to be re used. No instruction booklet in the home. Need to work everything out for yourself. Nothing available to guide you in the neighbourhood you are staying in. Be aware that this three bedroom apartment only has one shower. I note some of these issues have been raised in previous reviews, but it appears there has been nothing done to fix them.

• Lauren (1/5): Don’t waste your time and money. Place is full of mold and bed bugs. - Nice interior. That’s pretty much it. Bed bugs in one of the bedrooms, an insane amount of mold in the bathrooms and the freezer, common area kitchen utensils looked dirty, bath towels like sandpaper, pillows flat as pancakes, several chairs were broken and not able to be used. One of the bathrooms was hardly a full bathroom, with a standing shower than was so close to an electrical outlet, no one felt safe using it. There’s a ton of noise down in the courtyard area as well as people come and go to different units. No elevator.
• Theresa (9/5): Superb - The apartment was amazing and such a great space for our family. It was clean and comfortable. Hosts were great about coming back in and setting the hide a bed while we were out without hesitation and they were all very responsive to any questions that we had. The Wifi was not great, once you went into the main bedroom there was no signal. The main bathroom shower was leaking all over the place and the bathroom in the main bedroom was really small.

• Gary (8/5): A lovely spacious and comfortable apartment in an excellent location, but not really 2 bathrooms - The apartment is in an excellent location in one of the main streets of the historic part of Naples. It is clean and very spacious, especially considering we had 6 people. There are 2 living areas, which really helps. It also has some lovely art work which adds to the pleasant ambience. The price is reasonable. The accommodation is advertised as 2 bathrooms. This was important for our booking since we were 6 people - 3 couples. But really, there is only one bathroom plus a second toilet. This should be made clearer on the website so people know what they are getting. There was also an issue with the maids, which to his credit, the host tried his best to solve. One morning a maid turned up when 4 of us were out, but 2 of us were still at home. She was surprised to see anybody at home. She had brought washing to do and had also come to collect washing. This was not washing for our apartment, but from somewhere else. The washing machine is locked away and not available for client use (the providers do not advertise a washing machine, so this aspect is fine). However, we felt it a bit odd that a maid could come into our rented apartment to do washing for somebody else. This raised security concerns for us. Then on the last day after 4 of us had left and the same 2 people were still in the apartment having cleared the checkout time with the host, the maids turned up an hour before checkout insisting that the 2 people had to check out immediately. An act of vengeance???
• K (9/5): Brilliant for a group of friends. could do with more kitchen appliances - The apartment was so spacious, aircon in all the rooms. It was about a 5-10 minute walk from metros and busses, with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops around. Shutters on all the windows to keep the light and heat out during the day. Airport transfer get sorted which is really convenient. There is also a chance to leave bags for a reasonable fee There is a main entrance to the building block which is open during the day, and closed once the receptionist leaves. In the description this was not mentioned so it was a little confusing when we arrived, which code we needed where (there is one for the main door, then for the safe) thinking we were in the wrong place. The kitchen lacked some equipment, like kettle, toaster, or hot drink mugs. There was enough glass cups, but not suitable for hot drinks. The stove was also difficult to figure out, you had to light it with a lighter to get it going. There was no lid for the pans, so cooking was difficult. The en suite sower is tiny. Literally as you shower the whole room gets soaked in water. Its is okay for a quick shower but its not what we expected.

• Doroteya (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of Napoli - Spacious apartment, beautifully furnished and with an aristocratic appearance. The place is clean and equipped with everything you need. Perfect for group of six people. It is located in an old building in the heart of the Centro storico, very close to Duomo di Napoli and Pio Monte della Misericordia with the famous work of Caravaggio. The staff was always available and very helpful. The place was a perfect addition to our lovely stay in Naples:) There is nothing we didn’t like

• Yazan (7/5): All in all, it would be a very good stay for a couple of families or a family with 4+ members - Just make sure you can contact the owner by phone upon arrival and check in becomes super easy. The house is in the center. Close to most attractions we were interested in. It is at a short walk from the cathedral of Naples, most old restaurants and market. very convenient location. The apartment has three bedrooms and a living room that has a sofa bed for two. It is on the first floor with no elevator. The house is renovated and is pleasant to walk in. The balcony is small but gives amazing sense of the city in the morning. I did not like that I had to pay additional fees in cash for the city tax, I would have preferred to include it in the price of the house. There is no park in the building and the closest park which is about 100 meters has extremely high prices. I had to pay 70 euro to park a 9 seater for one night. Driving there with big cars or a minivan like the one I had is challenging and not recommended unless you really can handle super narrow roads. The house is also in a ZTL (Limited traffic zone) which means you have to park in a parking that should notify authorities that you are a tourist, other wise you would get a fine. Regarding things I did not like in the apartment: It only has one big spacious bathroom and another super tiny in suite bathroom. The tiny bathroom has technically no space to move around. It has no ventilation. The large bathroom had mold as shown in the photos and needs continuous maintenance. The shower leaks out as it is not sealed properly. We were three families and one single person and the bathroom was a bit of challenge.

• Patricia (10/5): Amazing apartment big and great location. - The apartment is simply gorgeous, I would recommend anyone to stay in! Location was great and we were very pleased with the apartment so big perfect for all the family. Everything was so clean which was great as we travelled with a toddler. Bed not bad but not great. Kitchen utensils could be better as we struggled to cook with what we had. Everything else was perfect!

• Darja (8/5): Large clean apartments - Luxurious apartments in white and black tones. The interior looks impressive. Plenty of room for everyone. Very poor equipment. We did not have enough included in the price of a kettle, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, high baby chair, there were not enough chairs in the kitchen for everyone.
• Nikolaos (10/5): Great choice A++++, highly recommended - The appartment was as advertised. Very spacious, very clean and tidy and our host was helpful. Especially the huge kitchen which was our gathering spot before and after our sightseeing. The location of it was great and the main attractions of the historic centre were at a walking distance. Great choice A+++++
