A pesar de que el apartamento esta dentro de su propiedad, total intimidad.

• Lorena (10/5): - Posizione tranquilla, letto comodissimo. Casa super accessoriata. Conchi ed Erik sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno fatto trovare un bottiglione di acqua e birre in frigo in omaggio. Torneremo sicuramente!

• Jansen (10/5): Heel gezellig en heel praktisch - Heel rustig, heel privé. Klein keukentje, zelfs met een airfryer...En Erik is een goede gastheer, weet heel veel, van de buurt, van het eiland. Mag gebruik maken van hun zwembad maar ook van het buurt zwembad; veel groter en geen volk... Niets, voor iemand met alleen een fiets zit je redelijk ver van alles... maar is te doen.
• temple (10/5): Great Stay, will be back! - Very well equipped studio, which was a short walk to the strip. Hosts were amazing, very kind people! Outdoor areas were great, as well as the pool! I really enjoyed my stay here, I will definitely be back in the future, and I couldn't recommend more!

• Elisa (6/5): Fair accommodation - It was clean and fairly spacious bedroom and bathroom The studio is adjacent to the host house with only a thin glass door separating the two, so you can hear them and you don’t feel having that much privacy. I also found the door open when I got back in the evening. The outdoor terrace is shared with the other studio so again you don’t have that much tranquility if the other hosts are outside chatting noisily as it happened to me, when I only wanted to read quietly my book with a coffee in the morning. I couldn’t use the pool as it wasn’t near the property. Also, the place was full of mosquitos and couldn’t sleep much in the night.

• Jason (10/5): Exceptional - Erik & his partner were extremely helpful & very obliging ,the studio itself is possibly the cleanest we have stayed in & very comfortable,the surroundings are beautiful.There is a communal pool on site to which we had it to ourselves when we used it, but also Erik said we could use his personal pool @ anytime.Nothing was too much trouble staying here & was very relaxing, we defo would return. About a 25 min quick walk into Flamingo beach (didn't bother us because we like a walk) but no so good if you struggled walking, so do need a car & u do need mosquitoes cream. But all minor stuff to us.
• Gillian (10/5): Lovely & quiet studio - Lovely studio in a very quiet part of Playa Blanca with a nice outside seating area. Host was very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night as we were walking the GR131 across Lanzarote and were grateful that the hosts allowed a one night stay as many in Playa Blanca do not.

The landlord too were lovely, they live nearby and they are always available for anything. I can't wait to get back there!! I can't give any advice cause I found it amazing, It doesn't really miss for anything..
• Ieva (10/5): Want to return - A very comfortable and totally private studio with a generous outdoor space, sunbeds and cactus garden. Bed, shower, cooking corner all in perfect order. The area is quiet and safe. Wonderful views, the pool, the dogs, the birds and above all, the hosts Eric and Conchita who know all about the islands and cab help with anything. Thank you for creating such a gem! N/A
• Diane (10/5): Excellent studio apartment in quiet location. Very happy with the accommodation. - Lovely studio with excellent facilities. Lots of places to sit outside in lovely gardens plus use of owner’s swimming pool. Very comfortable bed which was huge! A fair distance from the sea - we walked once and then got a taxi as there is a taxi rank just down the road and we also had a hire car. Friendly and helpful owner. Would love to return.

• Paula (10/5): Well worth the money would definitely stay again - Taxi rank around the corner but 20 min walk away from town , bus routes to puerto del Carmen ,and playa Blanca town , very comfy bed and host was very accommodating, perfect for solo travellers as host lives next door and secure property. Great shower too

Welcome us really good.Give us tips about restaurants, shops,supermarkets (Dino),places to visit,etc.Amazing .Plus Eric withs a person with plenty contacts in Lanzarote. Dentist, doctors, etc and found a lady to do pedicure and manicure to my partner. Thank you. Nothing, all was good.

• Jan (9/5): Very modern studio - Very modern small studio. Owner cares about every detail. Darts, petanque including private place to play, own private terrace, access to owner terrace for the nice and big pool. Smart TV, electric grill, oil, coffee, tea, salt and sugar available as well as bottles of beer and drinking water. Perfect stay, walkable distance to beach and shops.  Not problem for us, but please mind description of accommodation says One bedroom appartment but it is not. Its just studio = bed is in the same room as kitchen.

• Kirstine (10/5): amazing value for money and staff were so friendly and welcoming! couldn’t of asked for a better stay! - the property was well equipped with everything you would need. on arrival we had drinks in the fridge and tea and coffee. we both had robes to wear which I loved !! nothing it was perfect for a 2 night stay!

• Elia (10/5): Awsome Apartement and friendy host - Very friendly and helpful host and awsome apartement with all you need for a great stay. We got private parking and could use the private and heated pool as well as the big community pool. We would definitely come back.
