• Christine (10/5): Your home away from home in Palermo! - Our favourite thing was the staff! Every single staff member was exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate us. We also loved the architecture, the gym and the roof top was beautiful. We loved everything!

• Andrew (9/5): Hidden central haven. - A lovely converted property with a pool outside and great spa pool inside. Roof garden ideal for rest and the breakfasts. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to Central station for trains and buses. Ideally placed to walk to main areas including a labyrinth of food venues. Tricky to find but once beyond the front door, it opens up to be a haven in a central location.

• Naira (10/5): Gorgeous boutique hotel in the historic district of Palermo - Absolutely beautiful hotel that is converted from a factory hence comes with a few loft rooms. And the heated pool and the gym are super nice extras. The team is very helpful and responsive. The hotel is in short proximity to historic city center and all the restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back when in Palermo.

• Gam (9/5): It is a great place to stay in Palermo. We will not forget the wonderful staff who took care of us. - This property is tastefully revamped into a modern boutique hotel. Everything is walking distance and we enjoyed our stay. Staff are super friendly and made us feel at home, starting from the owner and rest of the team. The service was extremely personal and genuinely warm. Salvo is very hard working and takes care of everything. Lucas is an excellent worker, friendly, hard working and always has a smile. He helped us choosing great nearby restaurants. This has been our favourite stay in Sicily and would stay there if we visit Palermo again. We wish everyone all the success. Nothing.

• Manuel (8/5): Très belle expérience principalement parce que le personnel est très à l'écoute - Situation parfaite en plein coeur historique de Palerme. L'établissement réalisé dans un ancien atelier de confection de sauce tomate ne manque pas de charme ni de caractère. Le personnel est extrêment attentif, sympatique, a l'écoute, professionnel et arrangeant. Petit déjeuner très agréable sur la terrasse du bâtiment principal. L'accoustique des chambres est... surprenante pour ne pas dire déroutante. On entend beaucoup ce qui se passe chez les voisins, que l'on soit dans un duplexe ou dans le coeurs du bâtiment. Les nuits peuvent être compliquées si vous n'avez pas le sommeil lourd ou pas de boules quies.

Je voelt ook dat ze trots zijn op hun hotel. Hier voel je jezelf geen nummer maar een echte gast . Het hotel is gelegen in een karakteristieke buurt, met veel leuke restaurantjes, kleine gallerijen en winkeltjes waar je mooie handgemaakte dingen kan kopen. • Jaclyn (10/5): - This has been our favorite stay ever in all of Italy. The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful with the luggage, the information, and the breakfast ( delicious every morning!) A special thank you to Salvo and Sabrina. The property is an old tomato canning factory, what a cool design our loft was. I booked this for my older parents and they were so surprised and happy. Parking was easy and only a 10 min walk to the market. The beds were very comfortable and they greeted us with a bottle of champagne. This was a really special stay for us, thank you a million times! Absolutely nothing

Die Dusche hätte ein bisschen Pflege nötig (Schimmel an der Dichtung) in einem sonst absolut gepflegtem Haus.

• Yaël (9/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel (et pourtant je suis assez exigeante). Le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours disponible et attentionné. L’établissement est très propre, récent et bien entretenu. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Palerme, dans un quartier vivant avec plein de bons restaurants, sans être envahi de touristes. Le vrai gros plus a été le petit-déjeuner : ils ont pris le soin de proposer des pâtisseries fraîches sans gluten spécialement pour nous chaque matin, ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné Au final, une très belle expérience et un hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter. Petit bémol sur la première nuit : notre chambre donnait sur la cage d’escalier et dès 7h du matin, le bruit de la préparation du petit-déjeuner rendait le sommeil difficile. Mais après en avoir parlé à l’équipe, ils nous ont immédiatement changé de chambre. La seconde était plus grande, plus confortable, et nous y avons parfaitement dormi.
• Susan (10/5): A hidden gem! - Such a little gem of a hotel! Tucked away (hidden away!). The room was amazingly cool/beautiful. The people were SO nice. The pool is lovely, the roof top is gorgeous. Neighborhood is young and fun. No door on the master bathroom. We made it work. Also, the hot tub is not very hot.

• ANAMARIJA (1/5): Not recommended - A dozen of annoying messages asking to pay and to check in three weeks in advance. Although it was reserved as non refundable via booking (and charged) I have received at least 10 or more emails with a link requesting to pay. When I asked the hotel why all those dozen emails they still demanded to submit additional on line payment (I thought it was maybe a spam but it wasn’t).

• Sarah (6/5): Leider eine Enttäuschung - Die Lage ist gut, es ist sehr ruhig aber doch im Zentrum und die Betten sehr bequem. Frühstück war ok, aber wirklich nichts besonderes. Sonst hält die Unterkunft aber leider nicht, was sie verspricht. Es wirkt generell alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen, unabhängig davon, dass es eine alte Tomatenfabrik ist. Es wirkt einfach abgewohnt und nicht sauber. Auch das Zimmer war nicht sauber und im Bad rostig. Haare vom Vorgänger und Spinnweben. Auch nachdem ich es gemeldet hatte, waren sie noch da. Zudem roch es etwas nach Keller, aufgrund des Gemäuers. Wir haben uns nicht unbedingt wohlgefühlt. Wirkte alles eher wie eine 3* Unterkunft, für den Preis hätten wir uns mehr erwartet.

Le personnel est vraiment incroyable : accueillant, attentionné et toujours disponible, c’est clairement le gros point fort de cet établissement. Nous voyagions avec notre bébé de huit mois, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions, notamment la proposition d’un micro-ondes dans la chambre pour nous faciliter le quotidien. L’emplacement est idéal et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. L’hôtel est très beau, avec des équipements parfaits. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et délicieux, avec beaucoup de choix. Nous recommandons vivement ! Un petit point d’amélioration pourrait concerner les salles de bain, notamment au niveau des finitions.

• Mark Julien (8/5): Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in toller Lage in Palermo. - Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind super schön, die Lage ist super und das Personal wahnsinnig freundlich. Der Pool und Fitnessbereich sind gut ausgestattet, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Für ein Spa Hotel hätte ich mir noch eine Sauna gewünscht. In dem Zimmer hat es leider etwas streng gerochen – wahrscheinlich wegen des Abflusses im Bad.

La chambre est spacieuse, confortable, avec tout le nécessaire. Les gros plus : un personnel adorable qui fait tout pour que vous soyez le plus confortable possible et aussi la piscine intérieure chauffée et ouverte H24, idéale après une journée à crapahuter dans les rues de Palerme. Bref, l'hôtel idéal ! Encore merci à tout le personnel ! /

• Christian (10/5): Ein Kleinod in Palermo - Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt ist perfekt. Man kann richtiges Vierteltreiben erleben. Hat aber trotzdem seine Ruhe. Wunderbar. Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit. Man wird quasi ins Zuhause eingeladen. Außergewöhnlich und vor allem sehr authentisch. Alles wunderbar!
• Eva (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren alle fussläufig zu erreichen. Nach der Tour durch die Stadt kann man im Innen/ oder Außenpool die Muskeln entspannen. Tolle Dachterrasse. Die Betten sind viel zu weich. Ich mag weiche Betten, aber das war to much. Das Frühstück muss man vorbestellen und es wird dann morgens geliefert. Der Frühstücksraum auf dem Dach ist runter gerockt. Im Sommer aber bestimmt toll. wenn man draußen sitzen kann.
• Sarah Crépin (5/5): - La taille de la chambre. Gentillesse du personnel. Situation géographique. Petit déjeuner. Pas de système de ventilation dans la chambre. Dans la salle de bain, la vmc était bruyante et complètement inefficace. Il y avait des traces de moisissures et cela sentait fortement l’humidité. Il fallait attendre un temps interminable (presque 10 minutes) pour avoir de l’eau chaude, quel gâchis d’eau ! Beaucoup de moustiques dans la chambre. La salle de sport pourtant bien équipée était collée au spa. La ventilation étant inexistante, il y faisait une chaleur et un humidité intenables pour faire du sport.

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum. Das Hotel hat keine Hotelbar und keinen Aufenthaltsraum! Das ist ein klarer Minuspunkt auch im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

• André (9/5): Super Lokation. Gerne wieder - Super Indoor-Pool Bereich. Schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Räume. Schöne Dachterrasse für das Morgenessen mit individuell bestellbarem Morgenessen. Quartier ist einbischen runtergekommen, aber hinter dem düster anmutenden Eingangsportal erwartet einen eine schöne Anlage. Gerne wieder. Man weiss nicht so recht, ob man sich in einem sicheren oder unsicheren Quartier befindet. Die Anwohner nutzen alle zusätzliche Lenkradschlösser. Zufahrt vors Hotel ist zu gewissen Tageszeiten nur mit Anwohnerbewillligung erlaubt.

• Sara Marie (10/5): A lovely, intimate hotel near the center of Palermo - After staying for only 2 nights this hotel felt like home. The staff were so kind and helpful. The facilities are very nice, particularly the fitness and jacuzzi area. Breakfast on the roof terrace was fresh and varied, with local pastries to order. The location is excellent: very central yet still quiet, with some good restaurants nearby. We liked being so close to the harbor. The shower was nice but hot water required some patience.

Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Witzig die kleinen, von der Nonna der Familie selbst gefertigten Schlüsselanhänger als Abschiedspräsent. Werden nächstes mal in Palermo wieder dort einkehren Nicht ganz leicht zu finden. Wir sind in der Dunkelheit mehrmals dran vorbeigefahren, weil nur ein relativ kleines Schild ohne Leuchtschrift auf dem alten Einfahrtstor ((Patina) angebracht ist.
