• Ithopama (10/5): App. Resch - gerne wieder - Das Appartement ADAM hat eine Größe von 40 m2, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Sehr liebevoll und mit einem großen Herzen eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise erwarteten uns regionale Getränke sowie selbstgebackener Eierlikör-Nuss-Kuchen - sehr lecker. Den Hang der Planai kann man direkt sehen. Der Lift ist "um die Ecke" - zentrale Lage. Alles hat uns gefallen.
• Andreas (10/5): Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen und die Wohnung ist frei, immer wieder dorthin. - Wir wurden von einer überaus freundlichen und sympathischen Gastgeberin empfangen, die auch gleich einige Stücke selbstgebackenen Kuchen für uns hatte. Dieses warme Willkommen setzt sich fort, wenn man die Wohnung (in unserem Falle "Eva") betritt. Alles ist so liebevoll eingerichtet, dass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Von der großen Dachterrasse aus, hat man einen schönen Blick in die Berge. Um die Ecke ist ein Spar Markt, ein Stückchen weiter ein Billa und die zentrale Haltsstelle für die Wanderbusse, sowie die Talstation der Planai Bahn. Außerdem ist man zu Fuß in gut 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass unser Urlaub hier nach einer Woche schon vorbei war. :)

• Karl Fredrik (10/5): En jättefin vistelse hos en mycket bra hyresvärd. - Mycket bra läge i Schladming. Stor lägenhet med stor altan. Välutrustat kök. Eva var en välkomnande värd. Mycket info om vandringar fanns på plats i lägenheten.
• Bill Grier (10/5): - Everything was perfect, and the added touches of a couple of cold beers waiting for us on arrival along with homemade cake and hollersaft were so thoughtful and tasty! Easy walking distance to stores and all of the local activities. Eva is great!
• Frances (10/5): We loved Frau Resch's apartment and wished we could have stayed longer. - Location was perfect - close to the town centre and Planai gondola. The balcony had a beautiful view of the mountains. The flat was fully equipped with everything you need and is a good size. The bed and sofa were so comfy. The internet was fast. We loved our stay. There is nothing negative to stay about the flat at all!
• Victoria (7/5): Perfectly located little ground floor apartment in Schladming. - Host left us a lovely homemade cake, beer, coffee and tea. Place was walking distance to everything. We were able to receive a tourist card and it was great. Place was clean and as described.

The communication with Eva was really easy, she was flexible with arrival and departure times, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and with lots of space, including a huge terrace. We were greeted with water, beer and a lovely homemade cake, and even got water and chocolate when we left. The apartment is located very close to the ski lift and to the center of Schladming, we had a really good time there and hope to come back one day. Nothing

Our host was the most welcoming and caring person and kept in contact for a week starting on our arrival with complimentary drinks and cake, equipping us with clean towels, and even worrying about if we needed take-away breakfast for our early check-out. Thank you so much for your hospitality and great stay! :)

It's a must to mention, the terrace is the best I've ever seen, with beautiful view and comfortable outdoor furnitures. Eva is kind and helpful host. Strongly recommended place to stay.
