• Bryoni Natalie (1/5): URGENT SECURITY WARNING: €10,000+ Theft - Management Has Gone Silent - STAY AWAY - I am writing this as a warning to all future travelers who wish to stay at this property. On December 16, 2025, my partner and I were victims of a targeted robbery at this property with losses exceeding €10,000. This experience has left us feeling violated, unsafe and highly traumatized. There was no forced entry. The property uses a digital keypad/link system. According to the property’s own records, the door was accessed using the secure code at 19:21, exactly 14 minutes after we left. This confirms that the perpetrator had insider knowledge of the code and the specific, non-intuitive physical mechanism required to open the door (which we ourselves struggled with upon arrival). Items Stolen Included: - Designer handbags (Louis Vuitton), gold jewelry, and high-end electronics (iPad Pro, Canon cameras/lenses); - Essential identification: identity cards, driver’s licenses, and all bank cards; - Even basic necessities: Winter clothing, boots, and medication. The response from the management agent, Arbio, has been nothing short of deceptive. Arbio admitted in writing to a "security lapse on their end" and promised full reimbursement and a total refund. As soon as we left Vienna, they went completely silent. They have failed to issue the promised reimbursement nor refund and are currently avoiding to cooperate with the Vienna Police who are investigating the crime. The property provides no safe or secondary security measures, despite using a digital entry system that is clearly compromised. This property is not just "unclean" or "poorly managed", it is unsafe. By staying here, you are providing criminals with a catalog of your belongings and a digital key to access them. Booking.com, I hold you and Arbio jointly liable for this preventable security failure. Your "safety guarantee" is non-existent if you continue to list this property. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

• Marco (9/5): - Todo nuevo y comodo Problemas al entrar la primera vez, tuve que solicitar llaves porque no se abría con las indicaciones del anfitrión. También no me gustó recibir tantos mensajes antea de hacer el check in El baño estaba llenos de pelos y había basura de otros huespedes
• Dusko (10/5): - Clean and comfortable, nicely furnished accommodation. Need slightly better soundproofing for the bathroom door.
• Krum (7/5): - Nice flat, has everything that you may need. The neighbours and the neighbourhood are too noisy. The curtains war not dark enough to have a good sleep in the morning sun. The flat is south - south-east, so in summer it can get quite hot.

Die Wohnung hat allerdings so seine Mängel. - Es gab sehr klare Anweisungen des Vermieters, wie man in das Gebäude kommt und mithilfe eines Codes auch in die Wohnung. Auch sonst war der Service und die Schnelligkeit top. Die Liste ist etwas länger: - die Batterie des Waschbeckens im Bad war lose. - der Wassertank der Kaffeemaschine tropft. - die eine Tür der Duschkabine war aus der Schiene gefallen, ich musste das selber richten, um duschen zu können. - auf dem Betten gibt es harte Federkern Matratzen, keine hochwertigen Schaumstoffmatratzen.

• Miri (3/5): Disappointing. - Good location, 5 minute walk from the metro station. There was a big wardrobe and all the necessary amentities. The apartment was not propely cleaned, there were food remains on the kitchen counter, there was hair on the bedsheets, there where stains from glass on the side table next to the sofa. There was also an awful smell, every night, coming from the bathroom ventilator which smelled like a mix of fried fish and cigarette smoke. When we asked for extra cleaning, since it is charged for 60E, they brought us bag with cleaning supplies to clean the apartment by ourselves. The WiFi was almost not there, we ran a speed test and the download speed was less than 1 mbps. They also capture a security deposit from your account or card and then they release it one week after the check-out.
• Nevena (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, comfortable and clean apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Good location, near to public transport, stores and few fast food restaurants. The unlocking mechanism is a bit inconvenient — please note that you need to pull the door toward yourself while unlocking, as someone mentioned in a previous review

• Daniella (5/5): Passable - The frying pans are not compatible with the inductation stove. I sent a message to the operator to change the fyring pans but they failed to do it while we were staying in the apartment. We brought along food to cook but ended up having to eat out. The coffee machine was leaking and the knob of the toaster was broken. All in all very dissapointing kitchenware. The apartment smelled like cigarette smoke all the time. Probably coming through the bathroom ventillator. Very unpleasant.
• Maris (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean apartment. We hade enough space for family with 3 and 7 year old. Good location, not far from public transport. Everything you need in kitchen to make food. The pillows was too big for us and sometimes it was hard to open the door because of door lock code.
