• H (9/5): - Heerlijk groot appartement. Grote balkon incl lekker zitje en ligstoelen. Communicatie via app en mail voortreffelijk. Antwoord volgde altijd vrijwel direct. Extra buitenlamp bij bank zou welkom zijn zodat je daar ook 's avonds kunt lezen. Nu een wat donker hoekje.
• rene (7/5): War gut man fühlt sich wohl 9 Tage für 945€ auf Teneriffa kann man aufjedenfall echt weiter empfehlen - Christina war super alles per wathapp ankunft vor der Gittertür Nr,8 im EG geschrieben wir stehen da sofort tür per öffner gedrückt dann hoch in 2 OG mit Fahrstuhl linker Gang Tresor an Tür schlüssel per code entnommen und tür 2. Wohnung geöffnet frisch gerochen Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen aber alles funktioniert und sie war sauber ! Betten waren flach und gute Matratzen. Küche gab es alles was wichtig ist . Netflix für 6,99€ kann man Buchen hab ich noch nie gemacht zu blöde angestellt dann aber mit Prime per sms code geklappt Wohnkomplex es schart es kratzt wenn der Nachbar über Dir unter dir die stühle nicht anhebt kann nerven ! Terassenkssen der sessel oder bank voll mit gelbe ränder Stockflecken diese wurden einfach umgedreht das man die alten Flecken nicht sofort sieht das ist schon echt nicht gut kissen neu und gut ist die paar euro naja ….. das sollten sich vermieter immer im auge alten ob sie sich selber da nicht ärgern würden Kissen also eckelhaft !!!!! Die pflanzen alle vertocknet also werden nicht gepflegt Nachts im Dez. Ist die Wohnung sehr kalt also im schlüppi is nicht 🤣 wir haben einen Tischgrill gekauft und diesen da gelassen wer das liest umd benutzt hat also freude dran hatte sehr gerne hat spaß gemacht damit Abends wad leckeres vom Aldi zu grillen Sonne erst ab 14.20 Uhr bis 16.30 Uhr auf Terasse ! rechte Pool auf Dach sonne ab 10.50 da mit entlich mal Meerblick umd Liegen pool links auf Dach genauso jedoch nicht vor 15.30 Uhr Sonne Wasser nichts für Weicheier also im Dez 25.12.25-3.1.26

S umístěním a vybavením apartmánu jsme byli také velmi spokojeni. Moc děkujeme. Apartmán rádi doporučíme svým známým a přátelům.
• claude (9/5): - Nous avons apprécié l appartement magnolia pour son emplacement, le beau temps assure. Il est très bien équipé et dispose d une magnifique terrasse. L accès à la piscine est très facile. Merci Cristina pour votre accueil A costa Adeje il faut être conscient de l environnement. L' immeuble est calme mais il y a du bruit la nuit.
• Michael (10/5): Fabulous stay , great host , really satisfied. - Fabulous apt , with stunning views from the large balcony . Swimming pool on 7th floor terrace is amazing , swimming in it all week in February. You'll not correspond with a better owner than Christina , she was easily reached on whattapp. Possibly larger dining table on balcony .
• Dan (8/5): Ejoyable comfortable relaxing holidays - Nice spacious apartment, which is well equipped with everything you need for self catering. 2 swimming pools which I don’t believe are heated but plenty warm enough still in October. The outside terrace is fantastic with a couple of sun loungers that catches afternoon sun. There is also some seating and a table and chairs for eating outside. Good supermarkets are available close by and x-sur shopping centre is bonus with some nice shops and restaurants. Cristina is perfect host and excellent communication from before we arrived til when we checked out Road outside can get slightly noisy at some times of the day. Location of the apartment is on a bit of a hill, it can be a bit of effort to walk there if you’re not fit!

The apartment itself is in an ideal location, and has all the necessary facilities to make for a great stay. The balcony is sizeable and is great for eating al fresco or for sunbathing on the comfortable sunbeds provided. Thankyou!

• Jill (10/5): Gorgeous terrace, gracious host, comfortable, clean, quiet. - Beautiful terrace, quiet neighborhood, responsive host, very comfortable, plenty of free street parking We loved it but if you don’t like walking a bit to get to shops, bars, restaurants it might not be for you. Walk to coast is about 10-15 minutes but cabs are plentiful
