• Diana (6/5): - No hot water most of the time. Staff rude when rang them or didn't call back. No tea or coffee available.
• Dee (3/5): Clearly not suitable for family never mind for any individual - Key collected using door code 1. Bathroom Smell 2. Shower water floods to other part of bathroom floor 3. Electric Shower unusable for children 4. No hot water at the sink ( bathroom and kitchen ) 5. Sofa or sofa-bed not safe to use ( spotted screws of sofa leg on the floor ) 6. No assistance when something goes wrong

• Dimitar (8/5): Very good - The place is located on easy to reach and with good communication. Good house with many facilities and parking place in front. Calm and comfortable. The property was just after repairing with no good quality. On the middle of one of bedrooms we found a huge heap of broken packages, garbage and several heating stoves?! We have had to clean all of that. There was no adecvate reaction from the property holder.
