- Anna (1/5): - We booked this accommodation and received confirmation that we were welcome. Unfortunately this was not true. We received a new message that they did not have a room for us. Very bad, feels frivolous. Created problems for us as we had booked taxis, excursions, airport transfers etc. from the hotel. Can’t trust them. doesn't feel serious.

- Besim (10/5): Exceptional - Mr. Luli was very nice and helpfully Location. Everything need is very close, its main street i Vlora I think they need to put a douchecabine for shower, because all the water spread in bathroom.

- Haničičička (2/5): Very poor - Right next to the beach on the main street. Poor communication after booking confirmation. No one could be contacted upon arrival. After an hour of waiting, they started to communicate and clean the apartment. Does not correspond to the offered accommodation with 2 bedrooms and a living room. It is one bedroom and living room without air conditioning. Suitable for 2 people, not more. There was no hot water, no toilet paper. Arrogant unpleasant behavior. The advantage of accommodation is right next to the beach on the main street.
