• David (8/5): Convenient, comfortable, tidy; stair climbing required - Location is near one of the main train stations and historic parts of town. It is quiet and clean. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped for making simple meals. Despite unit being on the ground floor of a multi-story building it is still a bit of a haul to get to the front door. There are either a couple long flights of stairs to climb or a shorter flight, take your pick. There are no other ways. Travelers who have trouble climbing stairs would not find this property suitable.

• Antony (6/5): Pratique pour transiter à Gênes avec la gare toute proche - Emplacement pratique, central mais sans le bruit de la circulation. Les lits sont confortables et les salles de bain très pratiques. La petite cour doit être sympa l'été. Vieillot et sombre, surtout avec ces portes et fenêtres difficiles à ouvrir / fermer. Besoin de rafraîchir certains murs. Il fait frais dans l'appartement, cela peut être bien l'été, mais ça le rend moins agréable à l'intersaison. Un micro-ondes serait bien pratique.

• Noemi (8/5): - The apartel is good, well equipped and clean. And the location was great almost all the tourist spot are just near, just walking distance. We're comfortable and satisfied with our stay What we don't like is we saw a dead rat at the lil terrace of the apartel. The rest is okay

• sonia (8/5): A Genova con gli amici - Appartamento spazioso e in ottima posizione, perfetto per chi vuole visitare Genova Porto Antico, Acquario e Palazzo Reale. Purtroppo la lavastoviglie non funzionava e non era presente il forno microonde. Il divano letto in salotto sarebbe da cambiare.

• Mączka (7/5): - Dobre miejsce na budżetowy wypad na jedną lub dwie noce bez większych luksuów. Dobra lokalizacja. Życzliwy wlasciciel. Mogłoby być czyściej, jeden bidet zapchany w tej samej toalecie nieprzyjemny zapach. Kanapa w salonie rozpadająca sie.

Não gostei particularmente de ter sido surpreendida fora do booking com um custo que não estava mencionado de 15€ por fazer check-in depois das 20h. Cuidado ao reservar este alojamento. Eu reclamei porque não estava escrito e recusei-me a pagar.

• Carolina (8/5): Very good - Nice property with adequate location. We were a group of six, two of which had to sleep on a sofa that was a bit uncomfortable.
• Karrie (7/5): Nice flat in front of the train station - The place is beautiful, with a magnificent view, near the train station "Piazza Principe". The rooms are clean, there are two bathrooms with shower, two bedrooms and wi-fi. We also found in the kitchen cups and pods for espresso coffee + sugar. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning, only some fans and we suffered a bit because it was a hot day and we have small children. Also, despite being a ground floor, the house is located above 3 flights of stairs and it is hard to carry the suitcases or shopping bags. (The host was very kind though and carried the largest suitcase for us).

• Figas (8/5): Great work - Great location. Host really nice and flexible. Great size of apartment and area outside. They are much bigger than it looks on the photos. Good price. Shower in one of the bathrooms was blocked and one plug ripped of the wall but no other issues. Still very happy with place we stayed in.
• Jean (7/5): Beautiful and private apartment, conveniently located close to the train station. - Met by the hosts at the train station, which meant we took the best route to the apartment and no need to lug heavy bags up the steps. The apartment was conveniently located near the train station and we appreciated the space and being able to stretch our legs before moving on to our next destination. No complaints - was a beautiful apartment and exactly what we needed for our stop-over in Genoa.

• Hannah (10/5): Great place to stay, a few minutes walk to station (awesome public transport!) and very spacious. Needs aircon though. W - Fantastic location! Very spacious & plenty of wardrobe space + 2 bathrooms which is very handy for 3 women on holidays. No air-con. Would be perfect if had aircon. Also, we didn’t realise when booking you have to climb 5 sets of stairs to get to the front door, we were fine with this but a little difficult to get luggage/shopping up. Didn’t put us off though - we loved it!
• Martin (7/5): A nice appartment but not as described. - Very spacious, especially the kitchen/dining area. Close to the rail station and all facilities. No fan when we arrived; also no microwave, bathrobes or toaster, as were advertised. One of the small beds collapsed when I lay on it as a part was missing from it! Also no hot water when we arrived and had to wait for a workman to come and fix this! Also a very steep climb up steps to arrive at the property - if you have a lot of luggage could be tricky making it to the door.

• Freeminder (10/5): Perfect place for Liguria adventures - Well, there are a lot of pros. The apartment is very close to the railway station and to the very unique "funicolare" that moves in both vertical and horizontal direction. Very spacious even for two families (2+1). There are also two bathrooms and a garden to rest after busy day. The owners are very responsible and helpful (although we haven't seen them :)) It's not recommended for older people and handicapped because there are numbers of stairs. The only con we have noticed that the flat is quite cold inside. But - when there is hot outside, it might be an advantage. Everything but this was more than five.
