• Kim (3/5): Great location, poor, unclean ammenities - Excellent location right on the sea front Great location as we were attending a fitness race at nearby Fira di Roma. The property was not cleaned before our arrival. Floors were dirty, one room with a yellow stain that looked like urine, a bathroom with what looked like fake tan over the sink, shower basins still with hair and shaving left pooled, and there were clear signs the previous guests had only just left. Several listed amenities were missing or not as described, which made our stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. Communication with the host did not resolve the issues, and despite the host acknowledging the cleaning standards had dropped with his current cleaning company, they later decided that it was our group that left the house in that state (group of 45-50 year old ladies). Based on our experience, this property needs significant improvement before being advertised at this standard.
• jankauhla (5/5): apartment where there is nightlife - We liked the location very much, as there was a business opposite where it was lively at night. Karaoke, Latin, we had a great time. 12 minutes by walk Conad grocery. We went to the most beautiful beach by Altamarea taxi was about 5 km and back by bus for €1 and we went to rome by taxi. The mattresses were uncomfortable and we found hair everywhere. We couldn't get a taxi to the nearby airport via the Freenow app, but luckily we got one right away via Uber.

• Hesenbek (9/5): worth for every penny, recommended. - location is excellent, just next to the beach and multiple clubs. The roof toop was perfect to sunbathing and enjoying the sunset. facilities are new, modern and clean. Near to the shops and rstaurants. The host was quick to respond on Whatssapp and agreed for us to check in a little earlier. wifi is not stable, have to plug out and in the router time to time to get connection.
• Hersheygirl24 (10/5): FCO beachside house - This was an amazing little house directly across from the beach. The roof top terrace was fantastic. The beds are soft and super comfortable especially for European standards ( most like firmer beds here). The owner is very responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again! No washing machine but the owner did have some places to get clothes laundered
